Circle K

This is flat out disgusting. I filed a complaint with OSHA. Florida Health Dept, and company HR. No matter how much I inform them about the food safety concerns they were ignored. So if you get sick after eating anything from Circle K. I advise you to seek legal and medical assistance. The sad part is that the managers still fill shelves with expired of molded products.

Sad part a customer a returned a sandwich he had already bought and started eating. Fortunately he wasn’t affected. The soda and ice machine has mold inside, I found frozen ice with mold inside. Now of this is not disgusting I don’t know what is. After all the hazards I found. This location should be closed.

There's always issues with their pumps, they also raise the gas prices for the weekend. $2.99 all week and Friday evenings always goes to $3.19. Marathon across the street keeps the prices at $2.99

Just Last week the lotto machine was down (Had to go across to publix ) now 5 days later the machine won't take my Tmobile Tuesday Offer .I have never used it However none of the staff are willing to help but to say it's already been used . If it's a promotion and related to the business you should know how it works. Do better !

Their vacuum machine has very little air pressure. It can’t pick up a spec of dust. Total waste of money!

It’s supposed to be 24 hrs but every night at 10 it’s closed. Change your store hrs instead of making people believe it’s 24hrs a day.

Icee drink machine never works no matter what day you go. Hot food such as hot dogs and tornado rolls never available. Employees more worried about what’s going on with there phones then to pay attention to the customer in front of them at the register. The place was good when it opened now it’s gone downhill.

Most of the pumps wasn't producing receipts after purchase. The cashier Andrew wanted people to go into a long line in order to get a receipt that you could've gotten at the pump. He was letting me know that if I didn't wait in line I won't get my receipt for gas that I already paid for. He got rude and I had to insult him back. If you're requiring people join a long line to get a receipt for payment already collected, put paper in your pumps so we can get our receipts and leave once we're done pumping gas.

Equipment not maintained and staff is friendly but lack the appropriate training. They are quickly stumped on simple requests and will differ to manager/supervisor on most things.

Store is usually very clean and stocked. Pumps well maintained but the location is new so time will tell how this location will hold up.

The store is always closed at night and the workers think it's always funny. Why is this store even open can we put a wawa or a corner store here. Circle k is point less on 441 especially for it suppose to be 24 hours. It's a joke. Like shut down the whole store.

This store used to be good now there is never anything on the grill lottery tickets always out of stock including vending and stopped going after 12am because doors are locked no sign lights on gas open just cant go inside.

Is it by far the worst store I've ever visited in my entire life there was no hot food at all no hot dogs and pizza and a tornado nothing not even nachos and they too they were working and I didn't even care they were so lazy one was talking on my cell phone and she charged me more for my drink than what I was supposed to do hey it's federally advertised so she's already breaking the law and prize too young and do you know it the store is incredible disaster

Was there this morning 4AM after leaving work to get gas. Filled up and went inside to buy some to drink. Got the 2 for $2 Arizona and took my change to give the guy that was at the register and he said " am not accepting that". I guess there's a rule where you can't buy something with change.

I met a wonderful employee there at the register by the name of Deanna. She extended to me and the other customers great customer service. A+++++ employee. My only con is that the deli is a hit or miss subpar service need improvement.

Very clean but the service is subpar. There was an associate behind the food counter who was not on the clock and improperly dressed. She didn't have any gloves or a net on. She kept distracting the associate who was actually working from assisting actual customers. To top it off, "fast, fresh, and delicious" turned out to be false because a simple sandwich took such a long time to get. First and last time there.

Large and clean store however if you come around midnight expect it to be temporarily closed up to 45 minutes while the cashier mops

This store was great when it first opened up. It’s so big and had so many selections. They even put the other gas stations out of business but it deteriorated quickly. Their frozen drinks are ALWAYS out of order (no sign), your lucky if one or two flavors are working. A majority of the time there is no hot food even though their “made-to-go” advertisements are posted everywhere and they won’t make it for you if you ask. The hot dog toppings taste old and most of the time they are completely out. Fountain drinks are usually out or mostly seltzer. My main reason for this review is the store has recently been closing for long periods of time. This store is supposed to be open 24 hrs yet it will close for hours at a time. Usually between 10pm and 6am door is locked anywhere from 30 minutes to a couple hours. The woman working just shakes her head and says no when you knock on the door. I have worked at a convenience store in the past and if for any reason the door needed to be locked it was never longer than 5 minutes. I blame the store manager for not ensuring that all the machines are working, employees are properly trained in customer service and stock replenishment and at the very least that the store is open.

Extremely poor customer service . I work down the street from this location so I stop here often lots of my co-worker stop here also. This afternoon I stop to get a few drinks to bring back to work so I walk up to there frozen version of slurpees and noticed the machine is dripping liquid and only one is actually on and spinning, so I go over to the counter just to mention that something might be wrong with the machine .
< NO OUT OF ORDER SIGN >So I tell The employee (Daniela )excuse but your machine might be broken she turns around and tells me with a attitude " yeah it's broken and ?"" I'm assuming talking to a customer like he's a idiot is ok at this Circle K. So I'll be taking my business elsewhere and will make sure I advise my co workers to do the same.

My Mountain Dew locator said they had Livewire Mountain Dew. I drove a long way to get there and they did not have any. Guess the locator is not as accurate as I hoped.

We NEED MORE STORES!

Big store ... Clean! Looks of choices... Fairly priced, better than 7 eleven and fresh items. The food they make there? Pizza and pizza wraps are YUM! The pizza cold is even good! Tasty wings, you don't pay for sauce!

I really like this location, can't speak to any others .. don't know where any others are ...

Yes, there is a big selection of refreshments, but what's the point if 80% of the drinks don't work. Everytime I ask the staff about it they do not have the way to fix it or they just dont know. Freeze drinks are out, vitamin water out, lupton brew tea out, the first fountain machine never has ice, and some of the drinks are water down. Train your employees to refill the machines is a shame that you ha e such a nice store but it's starting to look very bad. Gas is always cheap👍
