Was visiting from Michigan and wanted to pick up some vegan cupcakes for daughter's birthday celebration.

No one was at the bakery for at least 5 minutes, and when someone finally came out, I was pointed to the freezer to search for the cupcakes.

Not the usual level of service I'm accustomed to at a Publix.

everytime I come to this bakery I am so disappointed by the customer service, quality in baking and cleanliness. I genuinely wish they would hire a better department manager to properly train everyone. Only the decorators are pleasant.

Publix is a staple of South Florida. Good deals and good sandwiches but this specific Publix Deli might be one of the worst I go to. Unorganized lines to order food, remarkably slow deli workers and I wouldn't even both with online ordering as it's not uncommon to show up only for your food to not even be in the process of being made yet 20 min+ after your designated pick up time.

I WANT to love my local Publix but after years of the same lackluster experiences it gets harder and harder to justify the poor service.

This review is more of a plea to management to take cues from other publix locations on how to improve the customer experience for everyone's benefit. Please try something because it's currently not working.

One of my favorite publix... I've been visiting here for years... moved out of Tamarac and I still occasionally shop here... always well stocked... so far only good service from this location.

This Publix (81st and Mcnab) is down rite horrible! Worst of the worst by far. Long lines similar to any Walmart, no self check outs, no friendly faces or warm welcomes. Selection of food items....forget about it. It's so outdated. Definitely had to tell all my friends and family steer clear of this location.
Keep up the good work Publix on Cleary and Nob Hill!!

love that store and most of the employees, but they dont carry the coffee that i drink wich is PEETS-CAFE DOMINGO.i go to a bigger store that carrys it.they call me mr bogo!!!!where is the sockeye frozen salmon ????? salmons are running this time of year but PUBLIX doesnt have any , why ???? rather than that i love your stores, everything is well put , most are kind and always ready to help !!!!

Michelle refused to give me a refund for my low fat milk because she said it's from wic and I don't have a receipt umm excuse me I Don't have wic and pubix policy is if you don't like something you can return it but idk if Michelle just wanted to play boss this Thursday afternoon but I went to another pubix and my milk was returned!

Sara at the deli is always so wonderful and pleasant. Every time I come to get my subs she's always smiling and has a delightful approach. She's the example of what customer service should be like, she makes it easier to come back over and over again, cause she also makes delicious subs!!!

This Publix is fantastic! From their deli to produce, dairy, and frozen goods, everything is top-notch. The staff offered assistance when I couldn't lift or reach items, making my shopping experience incredibly pleasant. The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming.
