Target

The checkout isles are always empty. The line reaches the back of the store because there’s no one manning the lines. They’re so reliant on self checkout that the store experience is giving Walmart.

I come to Target to have a better experience than other stores. And while the shopping experience is generally good the checkout experience knocks it back quite a bit.

As you can see in the photo there’s 6 empty check out lanes. And behind me there’s 2 more. I find that unacceptable

I had a return and had some questions regarding the product. There were approximately 5 other customers . The line moved quickly. They took their time with each customers request and with a smile which is a rare commodity these day. Thank you daja and Annabelle for making my experience and return a pleasant experience. I canceled my drive up order because it wasn’t ready in the window 8-10pm slot given to me. I called customer service plenty times with no answer, I only had 7 items to pick up and they couldn’t even shop that in two hours Publix would never do such crap like that, this target don’t ever have to worry about me shopping there again as this is the 3rd time I had to deal with that issue.

Alexis, the woman who processed my return, behaved in a rude and offensive manor. I returned a docking station that I'd never opened and only bought a few days earlier as I ended up not needing it. I told her I hadn't opened it. She decides to act as if I were lying, pulls out a box cutter and opens the box. I repeated again I hadn't opened it and she tells me it's store policy to open returned items. I've returned electronics before and this is the first time I've experienced it. She then proceeds to unpack the device, seeks out the serial number on the device to compare it to what was on the box. Again, in front of me and without beginning the process of issuing the refund. When she was satisfied that I apparently wasn't a liar, she puts the device back into the box and puts a damage sticker on it.

As she's doing this, I'm asking how does this make sense? Now she can't sell it anymore, all because she treated me like I was some kind of liar, the store now can't resell the $120 device. If more of your employees behaved like this woman, it would account for your stock value dropping this week. While she was never verbally rude to me, her behavior left a bad taste in my mouth about Target. It was truly offensive.

I'm very disappointed with this experience and hope you do a better job of training Alexis. The whole experience was truly offensive and it was clear to me she didn't care how offended I was. As someone that pays attention to the retail industry for my career, this would make for a compelling case study to explain Target's recent earnings call -- poor customer service that deters formerly loyal customers plus a policy that sees the company suffering losses when a brand new, unopened electronic device is returned only for your customer service person to deem it necessary to both open it and then mark it damaged because she opened it.

Hellooo!!! I have been coming this location for sixteen years. Wow. I cant even believe myself... It usually has a great mix of clothing, technology, furniture, accessories, food, cosmetics, alcohol, and much more.

I find it a bit pricey sometimes but worth it at the same time.

You can tell this Target has good management in place. Tidy, organized and clean. Very friendly employees who are actually working hard. I enjoyed my shopping experience and hope they it up!

This is the worst store to call for information…I have try many time to call the pharmacy’s and even try to call HHR… to see if I can talk to someone on the store no one answer the phone….bad business experience…I have to put a start because other wise I can’t comment but they don’t deserve any start, also the maneger should get fire for not managing the way it should.

One of my favorite Target's ever! Amazing selection and stock, and the store's overall cleanliness was exceptional. Excellent, smooth checkout experience, and friendly cashiers and guest service associates! Looks like it was recently renovated and looks so modern. Would come back again!

The shopping carts are far superior to other companies . Walmart has outdated hard to navigate, filthy carts. Target's carts are immaculately clean and easy to push. Eggs are affordable, spinach and catfood are , as well. The trees in the parking lot help create shade. This is a beautiful store. I wish Target was open 24 hours in densely populated areas. .I always enjoy shopping at Target. The coupons are awesome!!

Came for a pickup order. The worker asked for my code and never came to have me my order.( he marked my order as picked up). I’ve been waiting for over 20 min every other car after me has gotten their order.

The customer service here was welcoming I'd recommend anyone to this establishment. I only rated a 4/5 simply because I might've came on a off day and workers were a bit more on the fast paced and wanted to be done side of things when it came to assisting customers but i might've just came on a off day :)

I have been coming to this target for over 10 years i am a regular customer. I shop in store and drive up. I have noticed over the years my shopping experiences have gotten worse and worse to the point where i ask myself why do i keep coming back and spending my money there. Lets start with the bathroom not one time have i gone to the bathroom and it was clean. The restroom’s are nasty and unsanitary. Bad management!!! The employees are not properly trained and are rude, ghetto and act like they own the store. Bad management!!! The managers themselves need proper training because they clearly lack it. The employees make up their own rules and they gather around to talk about people. The cash registers are always closed self checkout is 10 items or less now. The store is very unorganized and dirty. I rather drive the extra miles and shop at the aventura location then come back here. I will be escalating this to corporate office because something needs to get done about this issue.

Let me tell you, this is the BEST target in Miami! I have to highlight the drive-up/pickup team. Everyone is AMAZING! Always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. They are simply the best!!!!!

I came to this target quite often in the mornings, since my job is a block away… but for the past weeks there are never cashiers, you have to go through the self checkout…… so today I made the long line (mind you only 2 self check out registers where working) and when I about to pay I tell the lady I am paying cash and she just responds “well I suggest you go to customer service” so unprofessional and such a lack of customer service! She didn’t try to help at all knowing I already made the line. If you know they are not accepting cash, find a solution, maybe open a register with a person… thankfully the lady at the Starbucks counter was so nice and allowed me to pay with her, if not I would have to wait in customer service because there was also a line but for returns which makes sense, I shouldn’t be paying in customer service. I don’t understand how you have a whole bunch of people walking around in the floor but can’t have one register with a human.

i couldn’t understand why cafe starbucks doesn’t work in work hours ? i came to market to buy home staff and wanted to drink coffee on closest cafe from my home . on google maps shows that starbucks works until 20:00 . it was 19:18 , i camel and one employee woman said that she is going home . and other guy employee said that he is going to the lunch and after that cafe will be close . Why ???? i turned around and went to other store . it’s terrible service. i will no recommend your store and and I will prepare a complaint in your store

Don’t order online they take the whole 2 hours to bring out the order even if it’s 2 small items. Which I thought was supposed to be convenient, but if you still go inside, they only have 3 cashiers working so you’re still going to have to wait. I waited 2 hours for 2 item's, wasting gas, I’d just come from the beach and couldn’t go inside!

Came to the store after work to pick up a drive up order and an item from my order was missing. I called customer service and they told me that they would re-shop my item and bring it out. I waited 40 minutes in the parking lot until closing and nobody ever came despite me calling 3 times to confirm they were. This was something I really needed and have no other time to get the item so I’m really disappointed and definitely will never order from this store again

If you want a show….. or a free cat, or raccoon. Or 50 of either, come out back in the evening time. Some woman feeds the strays food at like 6pm. I’m a trucker and had fun watching the cats run from all over to eat dinner; then the raccoons came. I’m m sure the neighbors don’t enjoy all the cats. But all I can say is I bet that woman has a ton of cats at home. And no husband.

Target In North Miami lost its edge. The lines are long and slow. The store looks dirty and disorganized. It feels like Walmart... with higher prices! Where is the "line longer than three customers, we open a cashier" promise???

Bathroom was super dirty. Looks like it was not cleaned in the morning. It was not even the afternoon yet it looked like it was not cleaned since the day before. And lines were super long! I turned around, put back the small basket and left.

I was at the store right when it opened and had to wait at customer service desk for an employee to show up. Asked two employees that were walking by for help and they both said to just keep waiting instead of calling someone to come to the desk.

Last evening, we stopped by this Target since they are open later now for Christmas shoppers. We needed to look for some island wear for a future trip next year.

They have a good selection of swimwear, cover ups, straw hats, beach bags, and other stuff. Their prices are much lower than at the resorts for the same quality.

The service was good considering there were quite a few Xmas shoppers. Our cashier was cheerful and friendly.

Parking was available in front of the store with wheelchair accessiblability spots.

I visited on 08/26. The place was very clean and organizated.
There were no lines on the checkout; nice place!
They have some discounts right now, we bought some things for our baby; and had 30% off

The customer service was efficient, and the experience was excellent! I will definitely be purchasing many more items in the future from Target online. My new Laptop came in perfect condition, and they gave me a free applesauce. All this being said, I feel valued, appreciated, and I love the customer service at Target. Thank you for making my life easier!

Worst Drive up/order pick experience ever. The opposite of convenient. Drive up was unavailable for NO REASON - clear skies - but they claimed it was poor conditions. I joined 2 dozen other people in a single line, along with returns and exchanges, to pick up the order inside. One cashier doing double duty as customer service and the runner for orders in the back. Inefficiency doesn't even begin to describe this store today. No manager in sight. What a complete waste of time. Will never try these services here again.

Don’t come here unless you want to be racially profiled, I payed at self checkout with exact change because they weren’t excepting cash at opening, there was no one in the store. Why as soon as I’m about to walk out a security guard literally runs at me to intercept my path then pretends to fix a hand basket 2 feet away from me…? He popped out of no where. So tired of being treated like a criminal when I haven’t gotten as much as a speeding ticket my whole life.

La chica de at&t que estaba trabajando con una promoción estafando a la gente el día viernes 16 de junio en las horas de la tarde nos ofreció cambiarnos con una promoción y resulta q era una estafa no es para nada como ella nos lo vendió . Ahora tenemos problemas con dos facturas d dos teléfonos y fuera d eso no quiere dar la cara ni ayudarnos a solucionar nada . I used to love going to this Target. However, my most recent experience there was not so great. It was disorganized, with items out of place, including lots of items on the floor. I didn't go in but my daughter said the bathroom looked like "a war zone" so I stayed out. Also, there were huge check out lines on a Saturday afternoon so maybe they need to hire more people? In addition, it struck me that Target is still really missing the mark when it comes to plus size clothing for women. Recently a big women's plus size chain closed all its stores (still have online shopping), and Target could really pick up this business. Their plus size section is small and very unimpressive...

I can’t stand coming to this target. 95% of the staff is so rude and couldn’t care less about your questions. In the nearly ten years I’ve lived here I’ve had more negative encounters with their staff members than any other business in miami - which is really saying something. Not to mention that they only ever have two check out counters open, there’s always a crazy line, and the interior and parking lots are dirty.
