This is my "First Impression" Review
The highest I rate is 3 stars because I have yet to visit at least 3 times

This was a bomb experience! The gentlemen was working alone and did not greet right away but he was busy and I was impressed by how he kept his composure. I used the kiosk to place my order.

There were at least 4 people ahead of me so I knew it would take some time
I ordered a Tuna Sandwhich and Lentil soup, FIREEEE! MUST TRY..

He was friendly and kind when he let
me know my order wasn't ready and about 5-7 minutes later it was.

The food was great. I will be back...from the receipt it says his name is "Biggest Boss" shout out to him! Thanks

I have ordered the Falafal Veggie Bowl on multiple occasions, and it always satisfies! The serving is more than enough and I often end up with a bowl for the next day. The variety of veggies in the bowl help you reach your veggie goal for the day and the flavor is mouthwatering! I will say there's not a lot of spice or seasoning so you may want to add some salt or pepper as needed. I ordered online and when I requested to sub a veggie they did so without question and paid attention to the detail. I'm obsessed with the vegan options at this restaurant!

The quality of the food and the smoothie was good but the service was absolutely terrible and the pricing was crazy. I was charged seven dollars for a small piece of carrot cake and I was charged $11 for a smoothie. The girl serve me didn’t answer any of my questions, that didn’t relate to my order was very unpleasant to deal with for the owner who may have this business would recommend having somebody represent your business with a little bit better energy customers don’t like to be treated the way that she was treating me

We happened to find this place on google maps cause we were in the area. Omg! What a pleasant surprise! I had the grilled chicken platter and my hubby got the veggie burger panini. I also got a juice which was perfect!. We enjoyed the food so much! We will def be back!

Ordered via UE. This operator is copycating Miami Squeeze. The menu you appears extremely similar to MS, but quality and taste is nowhere nearbthe same. For example the falafel are not handmade but a commercial product. I used to but them from Jetros. They add raisin to tuna salad to cover the fact it is not solid white albacore. Ordered onions on sandwich did not receive. Asked for hot sauce no luck. Remember it is not Miami Squeeze. On top of it gyro platter and falafel were ice cold. Sorely disappointed

Not the best tacos in town but hey you gotta go to a Mexican restaurant for that. Wanted to try some other stuff but it was weird having to pick my own sweetener at a place that's not Starbucks. The service was good. Giving it 4 stars until I go back and try something else. Will update.

Edit: I gotta specify what I mean by not the best tacos. There was way more veggies than meat. Which would have been fine had the veggies been seasoned with like lime juice or something. Idk I make my own tacos and have had friends who made tacos for me and they were always super delicious. But the difference is that the veggies were either seasoned or had lime juice or there was sour cream. Either that or add more meat. Love supporting my local businesses. Hope this helps. 😇

Based on all of the positive reviews, I decided to try this healthy eatery for lunch after my workout. Their menu was expansive and filled with options including juices, smoothies, salads and protein bowls. I was a bit overwhelmed at first but decided to go with their lunch special that included a chicken, falafel, turkey or veggie wrap with fries or a salad for only $9.99. For an additional $5, you could upgrade the meal to a smoothie which is what I did and got the PBJ smoothie. It was delicious. The falafel in the wrap I ordered was quite dry and the fries lacked seasoning. They didn't have much taste. But this place was packed and with so many other items to try on the menu, I'll be back.

Ok, first the young was welcoming she did help with the food ordering. But I think she have dementia at a young age. I choose the lunch special then asked which chicken is good she said the jerk chicken. Then she showed me a customer food which looked like a Flatbread pizza I said, "Looks good I want that . Then asked what kind of bread us it she said Pita I said ok I also told her I will like a aloha bowl and put the blueberries on the side. Then she asked would you like honey I said put it on the side . Now I get my food the sandwich is not what I order then The acai bowl looked a mess she probably was upset cause I told her to change her gloves because she was going back and fourth touching door handles and cutting fruit.. And only the honey I wanted on the side she drizzled on top of my bowl and I asked her why she said ohhh. So at this point I don't wasn't the bowl didn't look appealing she just threw it together.I requested my money back she said she can't cause the manager is not there. Which has nothing to do with me then walked away like I wasn't speaking. I guess they needed a new hire cause she is only it to a certain point not a problem solver. My first and last time and was excited to try this place for the first time. And even while I was waiting someone left cause she didn't great them .

I have been looking for a quick health food spot like this around Miami. I stopped by here for lunch and it did not disappoint! I will definitely be back. I had the falafel wrap with a salad. The wrap was amazing and I especially appreciated how fresh the vegetables were. The hummus on my wrap was also 10/10. I tried a smoothie and it was equally delicious as everything else. The restaurant was clean and the gentleman working behind the counter was very friendly. I see a lot of reviews on here complaining that the food is “bland.” I did not find that to be the case. They have all kinds of options for sauces and add-ons so it’s really just what you make of it. As for the smoothies, you definitely need to add a sweetener if you want it to be sweet. I make smoothies at home and it’s common sense that you need to add something like honey if you want the smoothie to be sweet. The taste, quality, and price point of this place is way better than anything you’ll get from nasty Carrot Express.

I’m going in person from now on bc the service with DoorDash and Uber is more expensive they put all charges on you and the food is yesterday’s leftovers like the soup etc. I can tell when it’s fresh and warm and delicious same for other take out delivery food ,they take advantage that you’re stuck with the food,so from now on I go in person or not at all , they expect you to give an 18/20% tip just for picking up a bag and handing it to you , I always give a$5 tip, one person me , so unless it’s an emergency I m out

I ordered from this place thinking it was Miami Squeeze very sneaky to name yourselves after them… well to my surprise the food was very bad… like the baklava was older than Donald Trump perhaps made in 1946 or something… chicken pita was also not good but at least Fresh.

I had the lunch special chicken with avocado in a spinach wrap, BUT I also had a burger with avocado. The food is delicious, and not so much sodium made fresh to order . The team is usually friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming

Welp, I should’ve read a few reviews before coming here. I agree with a few of these mentioning how bland the food really is. First of all, I ordered a Papaya Mango smoothie with coconut water and it tasted like ONLY coconut water in a thick smoothie consistency. When I asked the guy why it didn’t taste like the fruits, he blamed it on me ordering it without sugar…really? You can taste mango or papaya on a juice or smoothie even without sugar, it’d just be maybe sour or not as sweet if fruit isn’t ripe but not tasting like it all, c’mon. Also ordered the “Mediterranean” chicken bowl and that was bland too. Why is it a “Mediterranean” bowl? Because you added chick peas? Only thing that had flavor was the chicken. All this for $30? Smh…I’ve complained about Pura Vida’s prices but these folks just replaced Pura Vida on my “worst” list and that’s not a good thing. If maybe the guy had offered to make something else to replace this nasty smoothie maybe a third star could’ve been deserved but nope, it is what it is. As far as service, well that’s why I gave them a second star. The gentleman at the register was welcoming and friendly.

I enjoyed my food. They give you a lot of food for the price you pay and its pretty fresh too. I had the pineapple smoothie and it was fresh. The only thing is the place is pretty tiny. I wish it was bigger with more seating options

Usually our go to spot for healthy food, today June 10th, 2023 we were very hungry looking to get their jerk chicken bowl, and online it said 9pm closing time and we know what time they Usually close at and today we got their just before 7pm there was a Spanish lady standing outside, as we approached the store she saw us coming while on the phone and quickly went inside and locked the door, she didn't even acknowledge us to say anything just locked the door went inside and not look back at us, or give us any type of response while looking inside which was VERY RUDE, as we walked back to our car and waited, she thought we left and she comes back outside and continues to talk on the phone, and locks the store back up, I felt that was very unprofessional and not a good way for repeat customers to be treated, the owners should be aware of this type of behavior because I'm sure they're not.

I walked in for Mediterranean food and ordered the Middle Eastern platter, Cajun fries, and a can of coke.
Nothing has salt.
Hummus bland - no flavor.

Salad, just no seasoning.

Fries had cinnamon.

Then I realized it was a health food joint.

So I'm not mad anymore.

But tables were DIRTY.

Stopped in here coincidentally and got an Aventura Cooler. Amazing! Fresh fruit and got honey instead of agave. The associate helping me was a sweetheart. Definitely will come back when I am in the area and need something fresh!

I don’t normally do reviews and should do more for the food and not just the bad. However I have gone here a bunch of times and loved it . A friend from my job said she also loved it but stopped because there was a bug in her friends food. I should have took that as a sign and never order from there again but again I really loved it and was craving this good salad I like from there. Also I didn’t see it or know the other person myself and thought maybe wasn’t really it or mistake and I guess didn’t want to believe it. So I Also always loved the chicken tacos and other dishes from there . I was starving at work close by and did door dash for a smoothie and this mixed salad. I put my dressing on my salad and had a few bites and I see something on a piece of the chicken that looked off and it was a dead fly . I’ve never been so disgusted and upset . I called restaurant and all they said well I don’t know what I can do and will have someone call you back and still never received a call back so I will follow up again tomorrow. I also complained on door dash. This isn’t about the money or refund it’s more about the disgusting fact that I order food and a bug is in my food as if it made with it. Also considering it’s two times and who knows how much more

This place is so yummy! My boyfriend and I get the beyond vegan burger every-time and it’s honestly the best vegan burger we’ve had. The staff is super friendly and we will continue to come here.

Been here a few times, the food is great 😊 the chef does cook with love when all ingredients are in stock. The prices are high but worth it, so I come here when I feel like spending $25+ on a good veggie bowl.

Edit - I no longer come to this restaurant, they often do not have all of the ingredients for veggie bowl, specifically Avocado and aren’t willing to discount the original price. Last time I was here they served me rotten black avocados, the pictures were sent to the owners and they said sorry 😢 but they still didn’t discount it. Money is more important than providing what they promised. So they will no longer get my money.

I ordered the shrimp and chicken tacos and luckily my daughter did not eat anything because I ended up at the ER for 3 days just vomiting and diarrhea non stop! I will never buy again! They should refund my money as it’s also expensive!

The place seems a bit dirty, I came in said good morning and no one answered, typical bad service in this area, sadly to say. Spent almost $38 for a green juice and panini that was not tasty at at all.

Yesterday was my first time trying this place. I decided to try the Mediterranean bowl which costs $25. I was shocked by the price because it (the price) wasn't on the menu and I didn't think it would cost that much. However, I paid for it and waited for my meal. The food was good but it was a warm temperature and not hot. The portion of the meal was huge, so it was worth paying $25. The presentation looked just like the picture on the window. The place was clean. Overall, I would come back here because I had a good experience.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Save your money. Go to Carrot Express or Smoothie Spot. I cannot believe I waited over an hour for almost $50 worth of food and they gave my order to the wrong person and refused to remake it.

I placed an order for pick up and when i got there they did not have my order ready. They said that there phone line disconnected and that id have to wait when i remeber clearing giving her my name and how long it will be. Not only are they expensive but ive spent lots of money here. I asked if it was ok to at least discount the price of my meal or something for the inconvenience. They rudely told me it is what it is. That there $28 dollar salmon is too expensive so they didn't want to waste their time with the phone order. Also their online prices are different then the prices in store. Everything is about $4-5 dollars more expensive. Hopefully they get better at there customer service. Really disappointed.

Absolutely exceptional experience the staff was super inviting and made my first time visit very memorable. I had the pleasure of trying the “Ginger Cleanse” as well as my own açaí bowl . The açaí bowl was literally to die for the freshness in the fruit itself was amazing y couldn’t find myself stopping that’s how great of a taste it had . Other Açaí bowls I’ve have have been tart and bitter but the sweetness in this was perfect! The Ginger Cleanse was great as well not to over barring the lovely gentlemen made my drink to perfect with the specifics of “light ginger” and he did just that which I greatly appreciated. I unfortunately didn’t quite catch his name but I hope I run into the next time when i try something new here . 10/10 would recommend!

After a nice long walk at Oleta State Park, my girls and I decided to grab a bite to eat. One of them suggested this place, so I went along for the ride. I ordered the middle eastern breakfast platter which looked amazing in the picture and also when it was served. However, the taste of the food was not good. The falafel looked burned and did not taste fresh, the eggs tasted like they were made in a pound of butter and the tahini and tzatziki sauces, (if you want to call them that) were terrible. The tahini sauce had an odd color and was super thick and did not taste anything like tahini and same with the tzatziki sauce. It had the consistency and taste of sour cream. My bad for not saying anything, I didn't want to be a Karen, and as much as I want to support a local restaurant, unfortunately I will not be going back. The person making juices literally picked up the fresh veggies with his hands and not wearing gloves. Perhaps take a good look at the menu. Seems like there's too many items on the menu that can't be made properly. I was hoping to enjoy this platter, but left very disappointed and with a bad tummy. :(

First off I love to support black businesses, especially when it comes to healthy food as I think that is very important in our community! This place is a gem! The menu has many options for veggies and meat eaters alike. The man who handled our order was very nice and welcoming. It has a small space to dine and eat. We loved our food! I had the falafel tacos and my man had the spinach turkey wrap. Their fries (sweet or seasoned) is sooo good! Oh yes, we will be regulars 🙂

Today I went into the squeeze 305 and I was highly disappointed. I ordered my food and we started on the wrong food because the cashier tired to charge me for sauce that comes with my food. I waited at the table for our food to come out and it was like sitting in a sauna. They don’t have any running AC In this establishment. after waiting 35 minutes for the food to come out they had put it to go and tried to dismiss us. The food was to eat in and I was fed up at this point. when they finally bought the food back out after another 5 minutes. Without an apology or any sight of customer service. Do not recommend to eat here.

The food is always amazing!!!! I’m hooked on the jerk salmon and shrimp bowls. Great portions for the prices and the service is always nice when I visit. Also, I’ve ordered from them on UberEats and they were still on point! Definitely give them a try!😊

I know healthy places are expensive but this one definitely is expensive. I won’t be coming here only cause I saw roaches on the wall and felt disgusted to continue eating here. I left my food and left the shop. It’s a shame because I love their smoothies and their food isn’t all that bad but after seeing roaches idk.

Bit into this dirty, rusted piece of metal mixed into the chicken wrap can’t shake the taste of metal. Definitely not coming back here. I suggest to comb over your food for hazardous materials.

This review is solely based on my experience eating tacos. I haven’t tried the rest of the menu. I probably won’t.

Do not order tacos if you actually enjoy Mexican food or eating normal tacos and now you’re trying vegan tacos because your husband thinks it’s good to be healthy so let’s order vegan. It will be such a horrible disappointing experience.

The tacos are fresh (2 stars for that). Lots and lots of lettuce (maybe to replace the amazing cheese/ guac/ meat that usually fills a taco). Lots (what too much) of fresh onion (you’ll need to brush your teeth asap) and lots for can corn. Nice sweet touch but still very depressing.

I wouldn’t recommend to people who eat meat and dairy and enjoy food. I wouldn’t even recommend it to vegan people. Very boring flavours. I’ve eaten good vegan and I know that even with tons of restrictions, it can taste good.

This restaurant features incredible food, friendly staff, and a convenient location. The menu is EXPANSIVE, with options for both vegans eaters and those who enjoy meat. I typically get the keto bowl while my dad gets the burger. Beyond that, the smoothies are really good and even their coffee is enjoyable. If I remember correctly from the sign on the door, it’s a black owned business. Beyond the food, they are really responsive to their phones and it’s very easy to place an order over via phone call and then pick it up. Price is definitely on the higher end, but the portions are big enough that you may have left overs. For context, the keto bowl comes out to $20 :(

Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

Love the healthy options, large menu and the jerk chicken bowl is a 10 for me! Also the staff are all very sweet and friendly! A great spot.

I walked into the store at 5:30pm, was not greeted, got bad looks from both workers. I asked to order and açaí bowl and the worker told me that they couldn’t make it because they were closing. I looked online and the door and it said they close at 6pm. This place looks like it has a lot of potential but they should consider hiring people that actually want to work there and aren’t rude.

I was sadly disappointed because this place looks soooo YUM. And most items probably are as looks very nice on photos. And i can tell my order would be good if it wasn't so over cooked. I have been craving SEARED tuna for weeks and decided to order some, found this place on uber eats. I was hesitant as they are not a sushi place really or a thai place but i went for it. Tuna is suppose to be SEARED which is like a 30 second flip on each side, not fully cooked when you order SEARED tuna and sadly thats how I got it, fully cooked practically vs seared, no raw or pink at all in it. So then it just tastes dry. Its a nice portion and lovely presentation. But for $20 bucks it should be done properly and seared. I also paid for an extra ginger dressing and didn't get it. So yes i'm sadly disappointed that my few weeks craving went wrong. I won't even eat it I just put it away to give to my brother as he won't mind free food. And its too bad as I thought this place would become a regular, but my first order like this... Oh well.

I went over there and order a gyro plater and it was not that good to much grease on it and the price on the menu say something and what they charge for its completely different

I highly recommend the jerk chicken bowl
and the jerk seasoned fries. Everything taste so fresh and good. Customer service was amazing as well.

Very nice staff. It is a hole is the wall with a LOT of options. Pretty much a one stop for juice smoothie and healthy meals. And they don't skimp. Portions and flavors are all there!!!!

The food is actually great, there's a kitchen hidden in the back. They have a few pastries as well.

Overall I come here frequently. The one thing I recommend to management is to play some music. We like to eat and vibe but not in silence :-) sometimes you guys have the TV on but muzic would be top notch!!

Excellent food and you get a lot for the price. A large variety of healthy and ethnic dishes available. When I spoke with the owner, Sylvester, he was very passionate about the quality of the ingredients. Great place!

What u NEED to do is get the banana protein shake here! It has dates coconut milk and what not. So good! Also the gyro here is b o m b. Just eat here! You're welcome!

Bad service and very dirty. The girl that works there is very rude. Changed my mind to eat there and left. I don’t understand the good reviews. Probably just from delivery orders and not from customers who actually saw the place!!

Absolutely love the food from this place! We love everything we have tried on the menu. We found this place looking for a healthier option for when my husband gets sick and the soup has been a lifesaver. Also recommend any of the bowls, wraps, freshly squeezed juices (we’ve been able to make our own combination by adding it to the comments/calling ahead), hummus, melts, burgers, and fries. I’m addition to that, the way they pack the food is impeccable, so be sure you’re getting your pita warm <3 Thank you!

The Squeeze Juice Bar has incredible food, however, I arrived at 8:56 on the dot, I begged and pleaded for them to make me two flu shots as my mom and I are sick and I just got off work. I wasn’t even going to order an açaí bowl because I knew it was late. I even offered a $20 tip so that I wouldn’t be taking advantage of anyone’s time. The woman working today’s shift 12/30 who was there until 9:00 pm not only said no but the way she said it made me feel like I was not worth the time or effort as a customer who comes here daily. I don’t understand why they couldn’t make me two flu shots when I arrived at 8:56, and called as I pulled in. I’m really, truly not trying to be a Karen but why wouldn’t anyone want to make a $20 tip, while the location is still open, and just for two shots. I’m literally so disappointed. I’ll include the call time so you can see they refused to make the drinks. I rushed from work just to get their amazing products and was denied service. I’m disappointed at the way she spoke to me after I pleaded with her. I don’t want to come back here. If the food wasn’t so amazing I wouldn’t. After this experience I won’t be coming back for a while just to give myself a break from what happened tonight. If I were the owner and my shop was still open and a customer offered a $20 tip I would ask my employees to make the drinks. Companies lose money when they deny service. They weren’t closed yet.

Great food, great vibe, great music playlist. But the light skin chick in the front with the nice eyebrows and slick back hair has a dry attitude. She didn’t know what was in the meals, couldn’t tell my sister what was in the pastry’s, and my lemonade juice was thick like a smoothie. Louis took care of me and had great customer service. Re-did my juice with a great vibe.

If you’re looking for a DELICIOUS healthy spot, look no further. I randomly found this fast casual restaurant on a day out with my mom and we both loved it. I just had my second meal and needed to share a review because it was so so good! Seems a little pricey at first but the portion sizes are pretty big! The paninis are AMAZING, highly recommend.

Great spot for a quick healthy bite or drink. Everything from wraps, salads, smoothies, shakes etc. Staff was nice and friendly. They also have breakfast too. The last smoothie I tried was delicious

We were craving a frozen lemonade and upon searching we found this place and we've been ordering our juices here for a few months now.

We love the regular lemonade usually plain or with agave. Our favourite though is the mango lemonade which is always delicious!

The only reason we gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the inconsistency of the drinks every time we order, sometimes they're frozen and sometimes they're not. Same with the sweetness, sometimes they're perfect and sometimes they're incredibly sweet. So that's something they could improve on but it's never stopped us from ordering.

The juices are fantastic, and the wraps are good. If they brine the chicken in salt and water for about 30 minutes, it would keep it moist and juicy because the chicken is a little dry. The red hair cashier could use a little enthusiasm in her demeanor. A smile and bring nice never hurt anyone.

We happened to find this place on google maps cause we were in the area. Omg! What a pleasant surprise! I had the grilled chicken platter and my hubby got the veggie burger panini. I also got a juice which was perfect!. We enjoyed the food so much! We will def be back!

I called for a pb Acai bowl pick up for delivery. I am expecting a high level of enthusiasm at a juice bar, it’s a healthy, energetic, place. The girl that answered the phone was not very excited to take the order. She said I could
Pick it up in 15 min. I can’t understand why it takes so long to make an Acai bowl but ok, that’s fine. When I get there, the place smelled like frying cooking oil, no one was helping me until some guy asked. It had been more than 15 min. And the Acai bowl wasn’t ready and there were only two other people. I had to wait more time while
Thai guy was making an Acai yahtbhk estoy has been the worse Acai I have ever had, the bowl was made I’m a rush, didn’t look correct at all.
They really need to pick up some good energy on this place, they were all talking to the delivery guy of their produce while I had to wait for my bowl to be ready.
I wouldn’t recommend this place. They might have the will to make it happen but you need the energy and the soul to make it work.

I waited unnecessarily. My food was done but no one ever notified me. I overheard the cashier offering my food to someone else. That's what I was able to get my order. The food wasn't bad though.

Really great atmosphere, great juice blends, all around a great spot to have a healthy lunch. Prices are reasonable but I support local nonetheless. Owner is also super cool btw.
