Dollar General

Visited this location this morning and the manager is disgustingly rude! I had a receipt to make a return (no info about Dollar Generals return/exchange policy on the receipt at all). First off theres a bell to ring for you get help. I ring it and wait for assistance. After he gets to the register he looked at my receipt, threw it back on the counter and said “that’s not from this store. You gotta take it back to the store you bought it from”. I look around and don’t see any signs regarding this policy and ask “is that the policy at all locations”. His response as he’s walking off was “that’s always been the policy” in a rude tone. Just based off his rude, snarky attitude I will no longer shop at Dollar General.

They did not have some of the items I was looking for, but I was able to purchase a few other items. At the register there are hand written signs advising shoppers that they can not provide a physical receipt for their purchase which is unacceptable. They also had several other hand written notes advising customers of all sorts of arbitrary issues. This was the worse shopping experience I have had at any Dollar General.

The customer service in this store is horrible! The associates are unknowledgeable, aggressive, and rude to customers. I had a horrible experience and connected the corporate office. You’re better off at Dollar Tree where the price is 1.25$ and their associates aren’t unprofessional.

I used to love getting the simple things i need from this store because it was convenient i didnt have to drive far but now it feels like the people they've been hiring to work here don't really care about the customer's they are always so aggressive trying to start a fight or an argument over the simplest questions you ask i rather drive far to get what i need then continue to feel uncomfortable going to this store

The positive reviews are when the old manager was there. Now they have this black lady who is very rude and very nasty. I already complained to corporate on her and the way she speaks to customers and put in a report. I will be calling them again and speaking to the district manager. I will also be filling out the survey. This is the most nastiest manager I have ever met. It's time that we as black people stop supporting these little stores just because it's convenient, unless they learn how to treat us with respect. They would never do this with white people but they have the nerve to do this to us. Corporate is another issue. All these negative reviews and they still don't care because majority of who supports them are black folks and we just don't care because the store is convenient. Well, there are other stores. They already lost a few customers because of her and I hope they lose more until they figure out that lady has to go. She is a disease to what this place once was. What a shame Dollar General, a true shame.

I went over there in the morning and the employee named Nick was so rude he was on a argument with a person over the phone I asked a question and he responde me rude and after when I was gonna pay he was on the phone again and one of items has no rouge so he told me he’s job was no getting prices that I need to go by my self and get it . I ask for his name and he got really mad .: people like him can’t be working as a customer service

The two managers are simply the most helpful the store is always stocked well I love this store the employees are always friendly and courteous unfortunately I have to move from the neighborhood around my store and I most have the pleasure of going to that store anymore thank you to the store on 131street and NW7th ave they deserve more money

Messy store. Nothing in its place. Employees are in their own little world. Cashier charged me for an item I didn't buy. Had to go back to get a refund. Most items are not priced so you don't know how much something costs until they ring it up.

These guys are always amazing with their customer service. The manager and the cashiers are always friendly and helpful. I drive 8 miles just to go to this store now that I moved.

This the Dollar General on 7av. nw 128st. This store is clean and the employees the manager all of them is so polite and very helpful, oh my god there are great, I haven't been to one that was 100%.

There is no one there to help you around, most of the time is only 2 ppl there and they are on the floor putting thugs away, you have to wait until one off then cone to do the cashier work so if you are in a rush don't go there. You will be welcome by every quarter when you walked through the door that says welcome to Family Dollar this store is being monitored for your protection but that's it . there's no physical person there knowing that the cashier that is on your left side hand when you walk into the store is empty that spot is empty everybody's in the back and most of the time it's like I say two people only I have never never seen more than two people there

As opposed to alot of other DG's this store has got it going on! Clean floors and plenty of provisions to choose from. Only four stars cause a woman I was following in store turned me down for a date.
