Total Wine & More

It was time to replenish the tequila. We happened to be in the neighborhood for other shopping when we saw TW&M. We did a u-turn immediately, lol.

Our favorite tequila brand is Casamigos. We figured we would find it at TW&M. It is a huge store stocked with all the popular brands. We found what we needed. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Parking is conveniently in front of the store, along with wheelchair accessiblability spaces.

This is my sole source of everything wine and champagne. They always have all of the brands and choices I’ve ever wanted, and at reasonable prices. Staff members, especially those in Customer Service, have been extremely helpful in navigating the store and finding new selections and choices.

This store has a great variety. There was some sales today, BUT sadly No sales on Baileys which that’s my Moms Favorite liquor. I was hoping to find Coquito but you know it’s New Years Eve , so nope!

This store is always very well organized and all staff are willing to go out of their way for you to find the right product. Online ordering is easy and usually fulfilled in less than 2 hours.

I have more than 1 year with a Keg cooler and I have always bought the Keg at this location. I buy one each 2 or 3 months. One month ago I bought one and since the beginning was doing different but after 2 weeks it stopped like it was empty but it was a block of ice inside it must have come like this because my cooler doesn't freeze. When I went to return it the manager didn't care about it and just ask me to buy a new one. This is my last time I will get a Keg from this place.

This is one humongous beverage store, one of the biggest ones I've ever been to. they have every single thing in the whole world and exclusive stuff you can find in a regular liquor too!! I never knew all this existed lol! Wish we had this store in ohio! Amazing beverage store!

Disappointing Experience with Rude Employee

I recently had a frustrating experience at Total wine, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts. I approached the store seeking assistance in finding a specific item, but the employee named Josh was incredibly rude and unhelpful. His demeanor suggested that he had no intention of assisting me, which was both disappointing and surprising for such a well-known company.

As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer service and the impact it has on a company's reputation. Having someone like Josh on the team is detrimental not only to customers but also to the business as a whole. His lack of effort and professionalism has led me to write this review, and I sincerely hope that management takes note of this behavior.

Customer service is key to success, and I urge Total wine to reevaluate their staff training and ensure that all employees understand the importance of being helpful and courteous. It’s essential to foster a positive shopping experience for all customers. Unfortunately, my interaction with Josh left much to be desired.

Mi lugar preferido , siempre.tienen ofertas en distintos tipos de licores , mucho mas economico que cualquier supermercado , si tienes fiesta , matrimonio y necesitas comprar muchas botellas siempre hay ofertas en llevar 10 o mas botellas , tambien al.registrar tu numero de telefono , por cada compra acumulas puntos los cuales los haces valido en alguna compra descontando dinero en la boleta

I have never felt so neglected the way the manager treated us today, Drove an hour to get there in Miami traffic I had a few bottles ready to pay I was with my cousins who are 24 y/o, 23 y/o and 23 y/o with their proper identification on them and with the fact I’m 43 years old I was paying too the bottles I had gotten and picked myself were for me and my own consumption and then they refused to sell me the liquor because there was a Miami police officer had just walked outside of the store right before us. I asked multiple times for a real reason of why are you refusing to sell me the alcohol now and the manager and cashier said that they should had stayed in the car I repeated why if they are the proper age and they have their identification and you can scan them in the register if you have any doubts even thou these bottles are for me, these two person really made us feel sided, they neglected us without a real legit reason they just refuse to serve us because of their own opinion and not the reality and the facts of us not breaking any law because it was never our intention on the first place, I’m a teacher and coach for 12 years and I understand minors will try to get alcohol but if we have our legit proper credentials because we are all the proper age and we have ids on and they have a scanner or if the police if there just ask the police if we’re ok if you have any doubts not just wait u til they were gone to tell us to leave because you can’t sell me alcohol, anyways long story I know but these kind of people cannot be managing these customers service businesses and I hope the owner takes action on these case that I’m sharing for now.

I went to Portugal, and the wines they have over there are so good. So since being back, I've been trying to track down dome of the wined. I was in luck they had 3 of them, so I bought 3 bottled of each. The place is clean and the staff know how to the customer. Now I k ow where to get my wine.

Yesenia is very rude and is a poor excuse for a manager. She doesn’t know what customer service is and for the sake of the place I would get rid of her. I don't appreciate being disrespected and Yesenia has disrespected me on multiple occasions. I will not be returning to this store and will be telling others not to come here either.

I've been coming to this location for years and have always felt respected and valued as a loyal customer even when they have to deal with difficult customers who do not respect nor follow store policy, for example: I was visiting the store on Sunday May 19th afternoon like around 3p.
I was at the register ready to be checked out when I witnessed two young ladies giving the cashier a hard time because of the ID policy. The red hair Hispanic manager intervened and politely explained the policy to which one of the young ladies began to use profanity towards the manager and even calling her the B word.
Throughout the whole situation she kept it respectful and professional. I recommend this location for their friendly and respectful employees.

I went there today and I had a bad experience. I stay around the corner and always go there. Yesenia was so rude and I had to go to Flanigans liquor store to purchase my liquor. Hopefully the management gets better and Yesenia learns from her mistakes.

I went to the store on today around 3:06 PM and Yesenia (the ginger hair Hispanic woman) was being completely racist towards me because she is Hispanic and she is the store manager. As I was walking to my car to go get the manager Yesenia started talking about me to her coworker (the other Hispanic woman with black hair) which was rude and disrespectful. After going to the car to get my ID she snatched the liquor and told me to go to the other total wine to go buy it from there. I will be contacting corporate about this situation and will not be visiting that location there. It’s to the point that I had to call the store location to voice my opinion and concern and sadly the other manager Ann took her side as well. Also, they were trying to see my ID on my phone before I went to the car and you cannot verify an ID through a picture on the phone. They need better customer service and better management. I feel like Yesenia owes me an apology cause she not be snatching things or talking about my mama. You cannot be a store manager and coming of like you have a problem with black people.

What a great place, literally the more into Total Wine & More, should be all in uppercase “MORE”. They have so much selection at reasonable prices.
Purchased two really good bottles of wine for a friend in Thailand. They even sell wine bubble wrap, so convenient.

Store staff all look very sharp in their uniforms, but they’re all lacking customer service etiquette. Afraid to ask for any type of alcohol tasting, due to rudeness and aggravated face expressions. Store has competitive prices, but personnel unfortunately attitude will force you to visit elsewhere.

I recently placed a $330 order to be delivered and they cancelled my order because the driver couldn't find my street since there was no th after the street number in the address that they had on file for 5 years!!! Since it's Doordash delivering , it's not terrible service. IM wondering if I should shop at ABC instead.

Incredible choice of beers (the free beer guide is really Interesting to read), many spirits too, "to die for". French Beaujolais was up to par.
Fair prices, although you'll easily find the original stuff in Europe for less than half the price, because local / federal taxes honor some kind of extended prohibition here...
This place is worth a visit, much better than a regular liquor store !
