The service specialist knew almost immediately why I could not print and directed me on how to create an order online and send to their store for pick-up immediately. I was frustrated at first to have to do it, but pleased that it did not take as long as I thought it would.

I only gave 5 stars for Lolita and Brandon every time I come in this store they are the only ones working. Lolita is an older lady that does all the work, while all the other employees just stand there like idiots. Brandon does his best to help every customer! Shout out to Lolita and Brandon. I only usually shop here for clearance deals and the print center. Pretty simple, generally friendly staff and helpful.
However, on 01/11/23, I rushed in for a jump drive at 8:37 pm. There were 5 employees on the clock including a manager. They closed every register except one. The one open register took forever.
Registers are so intuitive now. You can do a close at 8:30 for the print center but then keep 2 open and then close another at 8:58. It takes about 7 minutes to close a register if you know what you're doing but always remember your customer doesn't want to be in the store with you any longer than they have to.

Print service is very Horrible.
Manager and employee don’t know how to work with printer. They don't know how to do double-sided printing. They also don't know how to set the print distance from the edge of the paper. I DO NOT recommend using the printing service in this department.

There is not one self service copy print machine that works. None of them can read a USB stick so none of them work. None of the employees are aware of this and some of the employees Do not even know how to work the machines stay away if you have urgent business to do printing or scanning etc

Acabo de salir de esta tienda de hacer una copia, donde tenía dinero en una tarjeta de ellos pero no funcionaba . Y me han hecho perder una hora, primero me dirijo a una asociada que me preguntó mil veces que pasaba con la maquinaria se acercó y se cercioró que lo que yo decia . Chequeo la tarjeta como mil veces y de paso me hizo sacarle una foto a el PDF , lo cual al final me quedó chiquito. Luego me hizo ir a la cajera que tampoco pudo hacer nada a la final le compré una tarjeta, puse dinero pero le dije que me devolviera el dinero de esa tarjeta que no funcionaba , me dijo en inglés lo que tenía que hacer pero yo no le entendía, entonces con arrechera y con actitud pues se vino y ha puesto todos los números y hizo que la tarjeta funcionara . Ahora pregunto no era lo que debieron haber hecho la primera empleada que yo le pedí el favor . Señores no saquen copias en este local ya que ninguna desea trabajar porque solo se enfocan en su trabajo. Igual están trabajando. No entiendo el estrés que provocan a los clientes y no desean que nadie las moleste. Esto fue lo que me salió después que esta señorita me dijo que le sacara una foto

I bought a purely inferior defective printer the store refused to take back without refunding me less than I paid for it. It's not my fault. They refused to stand behind the product they are selling.

El servicio no es malo! Es pésimo, parece que necesitan que les ruegues para que te ayuden. Me hicieron esperar para hacerme unos cortes, pero él se paseaba por la tienda hablaba con otros empleados mientras yo esperaba. Pase más de 1 hora en la tienda y no pude terminar con todo lo que necesitaba por qué no podía pasar la mañana allí.

I absolutely had to leave a review! This store is amazing. Our office needed a printer on short notice, so we ordered one from this store. Alejandro was very accommodating to help me get the printer inside my vehicle. He was absolutely a problem solver, and provided excellent customer service. It may not seem major, but people like him make this world a better place.

At check out the lines are down the lanes. It appears it always one sales check out ;as well in the service area.
It's in a nice location. Please, have at least two register open and one service rep to answer questions. At least acknowledge them standing at service counter ter.

So far every time I’ve been to this location I have been able to get everything that I need to pick up. There have been several other locations that I have gone to and they are completely out of stock and no idea where they will receive their next delivery.

Really bad service!!! I sent my business card to be printed and they came out horrible. The girl in the printing center really didn't know much..... she really wasn't trained to find a way to help me. ( but she tried)
At the end, it took us 3 hrs to try to get a decent card and I was obligated to modify the design.
I do not recommend this printing center.

Shout out to JEFFERSON at the 12255 Biscayne Blvd, North Miami, FL 33181 Office Max. I came in shortly before closing on 09/14/23, Jefferson helped me find what i urgently needed, he helped me confirm it was what was actually needed (i was not sure when I went in- product for my boss), he made sure it was compatible with the computer being used, etc. He was professional, friendly, incredibly helpful, and super patient with me. I never take the time to leave reviews, but this time I am.

Bad experience — Service is no good. I was there today, 09/03/23 at approximate 3:30 P.M., and I asked the lady on the floor about the price of a chair I liked and wanted to buy. She ignored my question and was reluctant to help. I observed her all the time doing something on her cell phone and she didn't care about serving the customers. My impression: she is not qualified for that position or she doesn't deserve that job. I had to walk away, and I would buy the chair somewhere else. POOR ATTENTION TO CUSTOMERS.

I mostly used the print services area to get my business cards printed. And I found that now they only have 1 person behind the counter that takes care of everything whereas they used to have at least 3 people behind the counter. Anyways the young lady Beverly was absolutely phenomenal. She kept her cool and she was courteous. She gave helpful suggestions to each customer and the experience could have been a lot worse without her there especially if you know about working with the public as some of them cannot be as cooperative if they have to experience the above situation and have to wait when they are used to and expect undivided attention until the service they need is done and they pay... With the current situation behind the counter at Office Depot now complete and undevided attention is impossible.. that means that you could possibly wait at least an hour in line until the attendant gets to you and that means the person behind you may have to wait another hour..see where I'm going..now you can see what I mean. She needs a commendation because you can only imagine completing a task in that particular area for 2 to 3 people At Once. Plus, during normal busy hours, other people waiting as well remember. It's a print services and copy section so she has to take care of both and calm the commotion of the customers because you know what happens when people have to wait that long. She worked that puzzle out

The printing service was quick. There are people to assist you if you need help. I love the fact they don’t let customers access the computer anymore. I think it’s better. Customers are paying only for the printing job which is fast and cheap.

structured; however, there is an employee who has identified herself as "Karen" who will give you every excuse to use the self service machine at the print shop.( might not dealing African American) I have visited that store in 2 consecutive days and that young lady does not like her job. I was on a deadline to get some documents printed. I’m the owner of a Mobile Notary business, and I got a last minute Loan Signing job to do. My printer was acting up, I printed my documents and realized I didn’t have enough cash on me for the print job. But they made it happen for me! The manager made some adjustments and he made it happen!!!!! I’m a forever customer of Office Depot and that location has become my go to in the clutch store! Thank you, I really appreciate all that you do!

Printing department is a joke. Cards were cut crooked with angled white border that isn’t supposed to be there.
Edit: I contacted the store and an associate named Alejandro was very helpful in correcting the misprinted flyers, changing original rating from 1 star to 3 stars.
