I love the place!! The plushies and figures were so adorable! The stuff is pricey but it's okay! The workers are so kind too! One of them complimented my Genya plush! I definitely have to visit again! Here some Sanemi merch I bought from there!! Including Sakura Miku! 🩷🩷

Visited the Super Anime Store in Sans Souci shopping center as I needed to buy gifts for two ten year old girls and was set on a Japanese plushy. Devin’s was extremely helpful and their huge selection of toys and collectibles made a it a bit hard to make a final decision. Ended up buying two beautiful large plush dolls!! Highly recommend this store for a special and unsual gift!

Best Anime store in Miami! My daughter found all her favs, lots of nendroids and other products she hasn't been able to find anywhere else. Nile was so friendly and helpful, he explained the loyalty rewards program we signed up for promotions. We'll be back!

HONEST REVIEW!!! the place is honestly so small and boring, not much diversity in the items, they only have like Re:zero and Kny. No manga, honestly items from like 2018. you wouldn't find anything newer or specific, they have a lot of random figures and trading cards, which are honestly a bit overpriced. overall didn't buy anything 😭

This was a good place when I came I loved the figurines and I also noticed 4 people both gave 1 star and I kept reading it and I noticed they were all almost the same and they were being overly dramatic. Let me tell u about the store so they have cheap and expensive so also they have little figurines and they have the cute big ones 😁 so I honestly find it weird that when I went there wasn’t a blonde girl and the employee was nice and those people didn’t leave 1 comment but 4 seriously like are they that mad. This was a good place and still is I would go here if u like anime figures

If i could give zero stars i would. Probably the worst experience i’ve ever had at any store ever, there’s this one worker with blonde hair who over all has a terrible attitude towards customers which i find rude and disgusting. Never coming to this location ever again!!! I hope management considers hiring a new staff with a more positive attitude. I have had good interactions with staff in the past but this one blonde girl should carry herself better especially with customers.If you have considered coming to this location i would simply reconsider doing so.

hello, this store has decent selection and they offer price matching, however majority of the products are overpriced compared to other anime stores. the customer service wasn't the best either, especially coming from the blonde employee as she seemed annoyed whenever I asked a question. if you come into the store, you'll get better customer service from the employee who loves one piece. he's very nice. i'll most likely be taking my business to the walmart like what the owner's response from another comment suggested.

This store is horrible. I had the worst experience there a few days ago. I went with my friends a couple of days ago and we got a few items. My friend decided she didn't want the item anymore and I looked up the return policy beforehand to make sure everything was fine. Once I read over everything, I went in with one of my friends to go ahead and return the item. I asked the lady to return it, looked at both of us very rudely and just said "No." and then proceeded to say "You can't return that item." She didn't give us a chance to speak or explain and we just left. My other friend called the store on the phone, asked why she couldn't and said it was because of that specific item. We told her that no where on the return policy does it say that and she annoyingly sighed and said "Give me a second" she then told us that we could exchange it for another item. Fast forward, my friend goes to exchange it, and this blonde rude lady starts yelling at her and cursing at her because she was trying to make the exchange. FIRE THIS RUDE LADY. Don't waste your money or time coming here, especially if you see a blonde lady working at the front. Just walk away and go somewhere else.

This store had the worst service I have probably ever experienced in my entire life. There is this disgusting woman with blonde hair that kicked me out of the store and refused an exchange on a product that I was due an exchange on. I even told her multiple times that I would take my business somewhere else and was patient while she was typing to her boss on her phone in my face but apparently my story was bogus and she ended up cursing me out and telling me to leave the store like a psychopath. This lady needs to be fired and y’all need to get better employees to manage your store while you’re gone. Because how it possible that I give my money and support your business only to be greeted with horrible service and attitude. Even my friends are scared to go this damn store when this specific lady is working. Y’all beware if you’re going to enter the store when this lady is working she will give you an attitude in comparison to the other male workers.

Second time i've went to this anime store with my girlfriend and we found some good anime related merch to buy. My girlfriend loves Launch and we did found a Pin of Launch and she was ecstastic about it. I also brought a Jojo pin from Steel Ball Run, pin of Goku, a poster of Dragon Ball Super and two Back to The Future Gatchas. I wish the store had more choices for t-shirts or more items from Dragon Ball but its an anime shop with variety.
