Five Below

Love that they put a five below in our area but since they’ve opened, they haven’t had plastic bags. And forced to pay $0.35 for a reusable bag. I know it’s not much but if their plan is to stop using plastic bags then don’t make customers pay for their bags. Also, they added a self check out area but workers are still checking us out?? I don’t get it. It’s “self check out” for a reason.

Nice inventory on things to buy however its been weeks without bags and the employees are rude and love to say they don't speak English. Short haired pregnant lady (Karla ) pictured below sprayed my neck with windex and laughed about it. The other employee told Karla she sprayed me and she told her "Sorry no English." With a laugh. She also likes to answer the survey at the end of the transaction for you. She does NOT greet anyone.

Five below has great and unique products. However, I waited 10 minutes for a return when I was the only person in line. I don't know if it was a language issue, but I kept showing the lady my bag, who motioned me to the checkout machine. I kept saying return, but honestly, she was more concerned with the customer using the counter to build presents using gift bags and tissue paper. The entire transaction just took wayyyy too long. This is not the location for me.

The store itself is nice and the employees are friendly. However, lines are long due to all the self-checkout lanes being closed. They only have one self-checkout opened and have an employee doing the scanning. It’s very inconvenient.

I went into the store 11 mins before it closed and was rudely rushed out. I was told the store closed in 1 mins by 3 people in 1 min and then 2 minutes later to come to the front before they close the registers. If i did want to buy something, I didn't even want to be bothered.

My husband went into the store today to purchase a water bottle, they accused him of stealing. He paid through the self check out, they just were not paying attention and unprofessionally accused him of stealing because they were not doing their job. Never coming here again.

this place is not a nice place they make u feel like u are a criminal they watch as u walk in and out have to ring up your merchandise and stand there when u are putting ur pin in to pay i do not appreciate this just take out self check out and put the regular registers back

Customer service is non existent. Store clerk yelled 4 times they were closing 10min before closing time. They are entitled brats who don’t know how to work.

Es la segunda vez que me pasa que vengo a comprar algo y dice que por x motivo esta cerrado y siempre hay gente dentro.. también llegue 8 minutos antes de uso hora de cierre y no quisieron abrir la tienda! Cabe aclara que llegue el día 23 de enero si van hacer inventario el ideal es que este totalmente cerrado sin excepción alguna!
