Love my local Costco. One stop for everything.The store is clean. The shelves always stock up. The staff is welcoming. My kids love going there on Saturdays to try the samples 😄. After shopping, we enjoy grabbing something to eat at the food court. As a busy store the lines always move fast👏🏽🌺to the employees there.

What better deal in groceries is there on Earth? Costco is the apex - best food, best prices, best turnover of customers at the register. One day people will tell legends about this fabulous place like they do about Camelot. Anyone who is mot rich who doesn't shop at Costco is depriving themselves. Boo yah!!!!

Love to buy croissants at Costco.
12 big ones for $5.99 or so.
Muffins are fantastic specially the corn ones, my favorite.
Granola 2 big bags for $9 something. Figs, dates, big bags $8 or so. Don't remember very well but it's that price plus some cents.

I felt compelled to give 5-stars thanks to an employee named Gianna. I wanted to purchase some candles but the scent I wanted was hidden all the way in the back of the pallet and I needed 8 candles 🤦🏻‍♀️. I saw two employees (one being Gianna) and explained my situation. Gianna, a sweetheart of a person, squeezed to the back and moved items to get me the amount I needed. When she couldn’t reach anymore, she went and got a hand truck. 😳 I have never had an employee anywhere go to this extent. I was apologetic for all she was doing for me. Even more astounding was her reaction. So kind and like it was not a big deal. Gianna has a fan in me. The world needs more Giannas. Thank you, Gianna (if you see this). Costco is very lucky to have you!

Gas station open at 6:00 weekdays.
However, today, they did not. I arrived at 6:00 am waited & waited. Many cars came and many cars left with no gas. At 6:20 a.m., I called the administrative phone # and after several attempts, a man answered and was surprised that the pumps were not yet opened and said he would send someone right away. No one came till 6:30 when a regular gas attended showed up to start the processes of turn on the lights and unlocking all the pumps. It was 6:40 am, and I finally left without pumping gas since I start work at 7:00 am and they still were not open. Extremely Fustrating and disappointing.

I recently visited Costco Wholesale and had a fantastic shopping experience. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who offered me a map of the store, which was incredibly helpful given its vast size. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find everything on my shopping list.

I was particularly impressed by the variety and quality of products available. The fresh produce section was stocked with an impressive selection of fruits and vegetables, all at great prices. I also picked up some bulk items that will last me for a while, saving me both time and money in the long run.

One highlight of my visit was the food court. I couldn't resist grabbing a slice of their famous pizza and a hot dog. Both were delicious and very affordable. The staff in the food court were quick and efficient, ensuring that the line moved quickly.

The checkout process was smooth and efficient, despite the store being quite busy. The cashier was friendly and helped me load my items into my cart. Overall, my visit to Costco was a pleasant and productive shopping trip.

Update:

Yesterday, we raced over to this Costco location so that we could grab their all-in-one ready to put into oven Thanksgiving dinner before they sold out. Since we are just a family of two, the size of their ready to cook dinner is perfect for us. We even have leftovers for the next 2 days. The price was $29.99 last year but was up to $40 this year. It's still a good value, and there is minimal work to do. Plus, it's delicious when done. You get the turkey breast, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberries. Just add the wine and dessert.

As we headed toward the crowded cash registers (the lines started back in the food aisles), an employee came over and took us over to a self serve register but he did the checking out for us and packing! What a blessing! I wish I had gotten his name! Very customer oriented. I added a star just for him.

Parking was a zoo as usual at holiday times! It took a while to find a spot out in the left field. Customers were quite impatient. We even got there just a half hour after Costco opened. We were happy that we got everything we needed and made it out of there without any problems. We will be back next month for Xmas groceries!

Great sales, we shop for our groceries there, large selection of meat, produce , and pretty much everything else you can think of at very good prices. The store is kept clean, employees are helpful, lines are quick, and there is ample parking.

I loved this store… Tory is the worst I was in line because I lost my card and as I was in line he rushed with an older gentle man’s cart and said he was in front of me which was not true then he proceeded to lie to other Costco workers

Paola on the self cashier was the worst customer service experience received, she is causing multiple customers to get upset. She is not only there to help with the items scan but to also question and removed the receive from my hand after paying and even form an argument in front of all store upon me asking why if she couldn’t trust me and that they where checking me at the door anyways. Such an unprofessional person giving a bad name to the store what a shame.

This place has turned bad. The self checkout machines used to be operated by the employees, now you have multiple employees standing there watching you checkout and not working.

They put membership scanning stations at the entrance but they are slo slow that it creates a long line to enter. I can't imagine fraud is high enough to warrant this. Additionally, you cannot check out without the membership card so why are they checking at the door.

Corporations like Costco are getting out of control.

AVOID this location. The checkout lines were so long and slow that after loading up a cart full of groceries and essentials(about 500.00) worth. We left the cart full and walked out in disgust. The female employees are nasty and lazy. The tire center is so congested and poorly managed it should be avoided. The self checkout lines used to be manned by cashiers now these lines are creating backlogs into the center of the store while the members are fumbling with the process. Now there is a check in process of having to scan the membership card upon entry to the warehouse. Long lines in exiting the warehouse while the bean counters check each individual item against the receipt. This location is undersized and one of the slowest on the east coast of the U.S.

Love Costco... But this store charges more than other stores in Miami for some reason for the same items, and the food court here is always slow and gross. Today no lids, no napkins, half condiments empty. Condiment station gross. Pizza was old and cold. And slooooooow. One person working register and stopping after every transaction to fulfill that single order while customers who ordered from the kiosk wait on a single employee that is bagging hot dogs, cutting pizza, handing out full size pizzas, making yogurts... Basically doing everything else. Meanwhile, right beside the food court is a manager or security station with 3 employees standing around talking and laughing, doing nothing, while the food court employees are miserable.

Always difficult to park, exasperated by the crazy Floridian drivers (I’m from Illinois). Spent 25 mins at a far-out spot waiting for the pelting rain to cease before we made a run for it. Clearly different in-store options based on market (FL vs Chicago). But otherwise got most of our staples. Unfortunately was hassled by the Executive Membership Hassler at least three times during check out. I wish Costco would eliminate this role (we get our $500 max back every year) and it only serves as being annoying.

I've always had great experiences at Costco, but today, MICHELLE crossed the line. I hope Costco management addresses the issue described below accordingly, as MICHELLE's behavior (dark curly hair employee at the return station) is not in line with the excellent service Costco usually provides.

My boyfriend went to get gas while I handled a return in order to save time. To my surprise, MICHELLE refused to process the refund because my boyfriend wasn't present, even though I explained the situation and FaceTimed him to verify. Despite this, she was dismissive, rude, and unhelpful, something I’ve never experienced at Costco before.

I moved on and started shopping, until my boyfriend joined me. However, when we went to check out, we discovered that our membership card had been blocked and we had to wait until help arrived. The employee at checkout informed us that MICHELLE had taken this action. Not only did she waste our time twice, but she also made the entire shopping experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. I hope I don't have to see MICHELLE in Costco again.

Much of the items here are 10-20% more expensive than other nearby locations. The fresh meat, seafood, and fruit is not as fresh as other locations either.
Still, it is a large store with plenty of selections!
