HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The line can be wrapped around the corner and they will have only 1 or 2 cashiers on the register. I find that to be interesting since they always have a “now hiring sign” up. The only reason why I gave this location 1 star is because I always find something here, especially home decor. The manager sucks, he would literally look at the line and go about his day as if he is not cognizant that he needs more people on the registers. You will literally be in line for 20-25 minutes…sometimes longer.

Extremely crowded. Expect to wait in a long line to check out. The staff were friendly and doing the best they can to quickly get customers checked out. The deals and bargains are great. I found some really cute Christmas decorations. You just have to have patience and not be in a rush.

Went to this store a couple weeks ago and was discussed by how Burlington just let the customers just throw everything over the racks and floor. I tried looking for a coat for my daughter but had a hard time focusing because I had to keep pushing loads of coats that was thrown across the racks over including all on the floor. It discussed me that Burlington have their employees probably have them hanging and picking up clothes the customers disrespect. This is so disrespectful on so many levels. How about stop the customers from doing these things. The employees are not slaves. Customers if you take something off the hangers, please hang them back up. If you drop something on the floor, please pick it up. It only takes a second to hang or pick up something. Since when is this ok not to mention that when you throw clothing over the racks it damage the clothing. How much do Burlington care about their employees. Some customers need to have respect for other people things. These employees work too hard for little pay to let some customers disrespect and treat them like that. I'm very disappointed in Burlington for allowing some of these customers to do those things. Stop your customers!!! Next time I go I definitely will take pictures to post and hopefully next time if their is a next time, maybe they will stop them from doing these things. My heart goes out to you employees.

So since I have been in line for 30 minutes and have another 15 to 20 left. About 50 people in line at 5PM. Three cash registers open. Infuriating part that at any time there is 2 to 3 people behind the counter that are sorting hangers and returns with total disregard to lenght of the line. Wrong priorities. Not the first time I have experienced it at this location. I have walked out of here couple of times before after picking upset several items. Today is not a day. I am leaving town tomorrow need some new clothes. Do not have time to go elsewhere. I am admittedly too cheap to go elsewhere so today I will stick it out. Have time to take picture and write this glowing review.

Slow check out. 3 registers open and multiple people putting clothes away but only one cashier. Manager helped with every 5th person. The line was wrapped around to the entrance. The attitude was that they couldn’t care less about any sort of urgency. Acted as if we (all the customers) weren’t worth the time to expedite the line. Manager not taking care of customers. Rather spend my money somewhere else.

I came by this location with my kid to check and see what they had in the store. We were looking for some items for her apartment and specifically the kitchen and bedroom. We found many of the items in this location which we purchased and was on our way. The cashier was very friendly and seemed capable of processing our transaction and a timely fashion. He also seemed to be aware of the use of the machine to process the gift card. We opted to buy the reusable bag instead of using one of the plastic ones. My daughter and I were commenting that it was noon and the line to check out was already full of people. We observed how quickly the line moved and the fact that the manager called more workers up front to help move the line quicker as it became more crowded.

This location has so much more clothing and merchandise than the one in Decatur. Dressing rooms are still closed so you have to buy everything, take it home, and then return what doesn't fit... I guess all the stores arrive that. I like that they have someone at the front monitoring folks to ensure they are masked up.

And before Burlington decides to give the same generic excuse, you would think it is an automated response. Always the same excuse, no resolution to the negative feedback. Save it.

When you decide to go shopping around 1:00 p.m. and think it's not going to be terribly busy. The checkout lane was wrapped all the way around. You would think that they would have more registers open besides three people. Train more people to work on the registers when you have a multitude of people standing in line! Don't waste your time, leave your buggies behind and go elsewhere! It certainly not worth the wait.

I’ve been coming to this Burlington for the past 3 years. My mom is a manager in another state and I normally use my friends and family discount. Myself knowing that the company no longer uses the card, I tried explaining that to the manager Fernando and the very childish cashier Kimberly. I even called my mother so that she can explain. As the situation was going on in the midst of my frustration, while Fernando repeatedly told me that I was incorrect and he would not approve my transaction, Kimberly looked at the cashier beside her and both started to laugh which is very rude and unprofessional. I then had to purchase my items and DRIVE 25 minutes to the next Burlington where the associate was more knowledgeable and able to process my transaction correctly. This message will be blasted everywhere!!!!

The clothes are disorganized most of the time.And the line to the counter is never ending. There are more than 10 cash registers, but most of the time only one or two registers are open. Very poor customer service.

The parking store is an absolute NIGHTMARE! My wife’s car was targeted by a thief, and the audacity of the situation is mind-boggling. The car’s left windshield was shattered into pieces, and to add insult to injury, a Police car was blatantly stationed just in front of the store. The response from the Doraville Police Department Officer was nothing short of infuriating – he displayed a shocking lack of concern and failed to show even an ounce of empathy towards our distress. Instead of taking immediate action, he callously handed us his business card, along with the case number, instructing us to call the DPD ourselves to obtain our Police report. As if that wasn’t enough, he casually dropped the bomb that the store doesn’t even have an outdoor camera to review the incident, leaving me with an overwhelming sense of insecurity. This experience has left me questioning whether I’ll ever step foot in that store again. Utterly disappointed and disgusted!

Line is always long a they usually only have 1-2 registers open. There are many staff members available but no one is jumping on the register to help get the line down. They are literally just walking by and ignoring us and tasking over providing guests service! It’s very frustrating to see 14 registers and only 2 being utilized. The manager today’s is up front talking to employees about breaks! Hope on a register sir and help us! There is no sense of urgency here and it’s disappointing. This is my favorite location and I would like to keep coming back

Okay, so as much as this is my go to store it is the worst as far as having the right amount of cashiers at the front during the peak hours....Like I have never seen anything like it in the 15 years I have been going there, yet I continue, lol....
Anyway, there is always at least one strong cashier to hold it down and Angel, you were her for me the other day. Thank you for providing great customer service although you were still fairly new, you did an AMAZING job!!!! And the best thing is that you kept the same energy and spirit thru it all!

Some crazy employee named Dede or didi attacked me verbally and made a scene in front of my 4 year old daughter! I refused to deal with her and tried to buy my things (was trying to make a return as well that’s what started this all), told her to leave us alone and she kept on! Then when I refused to deal with her and just complete my purchase she threatened to call cops to make me leave because I refused to deal with her! Yes after she threatened me and made a huge scene in front of my 4 year old I called her a snarky bit** but not loud- and then she went off Even louder! This store is full of victim mentality people they can attack people (customers) and make themselves a victim! Watch yourself here- as you see I most always give 5 stars so if I rate low it’s real bad! Needless to say- I was the bigger person and I walked away and apologized to the sweet cashier who has to deal with that woman as a shift manager and did not purchase anything

Varieties of merchandises as usual, though this location is very crowded time to time during the day, and extremely long wait for check-out after 5pm. You just have to pick the good time to shop here.

September 2023 - this area of Buford Hwy is currently under-construction, so a lane or two is closed- therefore more traffic expected.
