Dollar Tree

This store was so nice. The lines were not long and the store was clean. I must have gone at the right time because usually with the Dollar Tree Stores the lines are long.

The merchandise I needed was on the top shelf. The floor associate was very nice about getting it down for me. I was impressed that the cashier knew what item I was talking about and its location.

I visited yesterday with my husband and my 3-month-old daughter. I will never come back to this location. It's been about 5 years since I've been to this particular one and the inventory has changed so much that it is not worth going. I didn't appreciate it being followed by a Spanish worker just because we are a young black couple with their child it doesn't mean that we are thieves. The cashier may or may not have wondered why I never spoke to her and that is the reason why. Apart from the store being completely messy and unable to find anything that I came there for I was already irritated with the nonsense going around. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I DEFINITELY WOULD GIVE THIS LOCATION IT! I DEFINITELY WILL WARN PEOPLE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME YOU WILL NOT FIND ANYTHING THAT IS ON THE WEBSITE 😕

I’m already 35 yrs old, along with my 69 yr old mother who comes shopping at this Dollartree very often. Last week the female cashier (IDK did she change her name from Pamela to Andrea?) when she already got fired about a year ago for mainly disrespecting me is continuing to be rude outrageous while there. This time she said “WHY THE HELL……” directly at me in front of my face, but acting like she’s talking to the other employee Shal.
I don’t know why they’re letting her come back to work at Dollartree if she’s continuing to act this way treating a 33 yr old woman customer, after already getting fired. They need to fire Pamela ASAP. Don’t let her be the manager. That’s what she said she’s going to be at this Dollartree.

They don’t like blowing up balloons. You go and ask for a specific balloon they’ll tell you they don’t have any and that’s just the way it is with an attitude. Been there a few times and always same issue especially in the mornings. That’s why I go get my balloons at the dollar tree off of Lavista rd. It takes two seconds to blow up a balloon but I guess when you don’t like to work (like they say in their words) that’s just the way it is.

There were two incredibly rude employees closing the store 2 hours early the week of a holiday. Yelling at and threatening customers about every 30 seconds over the intercom. They were locking the doors with customers inside to keep other people from coming in which is a dangerous fire hazard. Made racist comments about spanish speaking customers. I will be complaining to corporate about this experience and will not come back to this location.

I was shopping this store many times .all the time shopping here I was happy but this time I'm unhappy. del turno de la noche son irrespetuosos, no cumplen con el horario de la tienda ejemplo en la puerta deci que la tienda cierra a las 9:00pm y ellos no dejan entrar personas desde las 8:50pm y si estás dentro de la tienda en la fila para pagar y son las 8:55pm dicen por los parlantes la tienda está cerrada por favor salir y vuelva mañana. Es increíble pero cierto. The night shift employees are disrespectful, they do not comply with the store's hours, for example, at the door they say that the store closes at 9:00 p.m. and they do not let people in after 8:50 p.m. And if you are inside the store in line to pay and it is 8:55 p.m. they say over the speakers that the store is closed, please leave and come back tomorrow. It is incredible but true.

Came since the hours posted they close at 9 but they were not open. From other reviews looks like most of the time they open later and close earlier than posted hours. Try your luck but don’t go out of your way.

Horrible business! This place often has one worker stocking the shelves and working the register. That’s unfair to the employees. The shelves are disorganized and empty. They need to hire more workers and clean up the store.

This Dollar Tree location needs help. The outside of the store makes you think it's a great location however, once inside you can see from the pics that the floors are nasty and products are thrown all over the place. I think an update is needed and more employees to recover the store. Please help this store look better!

First time came to this store and would be the last time. Feb 9th, 2023. Around 2 pm. I was buying some snacks and then grabbed an empty box by the balloon section. A black young woman yelled at me, "are you taking the box ?" And I said "yes". She replied "did you ask? " I told her I would ask the cashier during checking out. She said " I am the manager here. Did you want the box ?" Wow so much attitude and arrogant. I don't understand why she needed to declare her being manager of the store. Maybe a first time manager ? I just left everything on the shelf without buying anything. She is definitely in the correct position or need further training. Ps the store is dirty also

Don’t come to this store! They close 30 minutes early and disengage the phone so you can’t call. I guess if you leave on a low income neighborhood you get mediocre service.

Stores have all gone downhill. Guess they can get help with what they pay. Floor is littered with boxes and filthy.
Hardly any cleaning supplies on shelves. No cat food or treats. Couldn't find half the things I came for.

Beware this store!!! Fraudulent business practices!! Cashiers will ring you up improperly and pocket your money for themselves!! This store has gone down hill in the span of TWO WEEKS!! The previous manager, Ron kept this store running, stocked and clean. This store is now run by scammers, is disgusting and the shelves are now empty. I’m so disappointed in the decline of service at what was once my favorite dollar tree store in the area. I’m better off shopping at Big Lots

Horrible Service! Extremely rude store associates. Waited in line for 5 mins for one store associate to assist another customer with blowing up balloons, while two other employees were in the back office. When the janitor knocked on the door for someone to come assist me, the lady who came out was extremely rude, detached...she did not greet me nor thank me for shopping. The only words she said was my total cost. Her name was Adrienne. I will NOT shop there again and will calling the store manager on Monday.

This is the most clean and well stocked store. Always new products organized and ready for purchase every week, workers are truly helpful, I get greeted every time I walk in. Its such a lovely environment to grab things and go. My kids love browsing the toy section and I love seeing the new products coming in every week. Fav dollar store! A++

I'm so tired of being treated so rudely at this Dollar tree and the other one further down Buford highway. Sadly, It's obvious that the staff at both locations have a problem with white people in general. They treat us like dirt because they know that there will be no repercussions. I only shop there because I'm a disabled veteran and on a tight budget. However, I don't "Have To" shop there. None of us do! So, my suggestion is to find the products you're looking for at other discount stores. If this company doesn't have a problem treating us with contempt, then it's time we take our business elsewhere.

Was very happy to find a place where you can load money to certain cards for an awesome low fee. However, today I went to this location & I am told they dont open until 9am to public, that it was senior hour but they do not have any signage indicating as such. No issue with it, but post the information on the store. Now I have to wait approx. 40 more min to get into store.

NOT THE DORAVILLE LOCATION IT WAS THE BROOKHAVEN ONE. Looks like all employees are thieves. I got legally robbed there and the managers work with the cashiers. Nobody can do anything if you got 3 dollars back instead of a $17. I called the cops and apparently is not their first time coming here. Watch you back in this place! Never coming back.

This was the cleanest dollar store I've ever been to. Everything was labeled, the aisles weren't cluttered, they had lots of items in stock and they were very friendly. They have a true grocery aisle and freezer section. It was incredible. Check out my pics and videos for more insight.

Online this is the only Dollar Tree Closest to me that says it opens at 9am, Which is the only reason I came. Apparently 9:00 is the senior shopping hour which is not a problem. The problem is the cashier came to the door and said rudely we don’t open till 10 and shut the door. She could have easily said I’m sorry our store doesn’t open till 10 to allow seniors to shop. We apologize for any inconvenience. No one told me, I figured that it was for seniors. Customer service just isn’t what it use to be.

I needed some nice disposable serving dishes and utensils for a Nacho Bar lunch for about 40 employees. I knew just where to go, the Dollar Tree. My assistant took me there last year around Christmas and I was amazed. They have a great selection of anything disposable that you could possibly need such as serving bowls and platters, smaller bowls, large spoons, plates etc. They have everything that makes clean up quick and painless. I love this place.

Just another Dollar tree. This location is pretty clean and not that crowded compare to another one in Tucker. They don't carry anything special, but have frozen food which some locations don't (@ Cambridge square).
