Five Below

This store is so much fun, I see products here I've never seen elsewhere!!! Always a cool trip! They have toys, gummies, car accessories, household goods, make-up, clothing, bags, footwear, pet supplies, outdoor products, water/yard toys, craft supplies, squishes, korean foods and snacks!!!!

I understand if the staff watches as you checkout to ensure products don't get stolen but to treat someone as if they are stealing is something different. I will not return to this store till they either get rid of the self checkout or allow me to checkout on my own. Normally I don't mind but to rudely tell me they have to scan it and laugh about it when something is said is too much, I will spend a couple extra dollars than to deal with this mess. No point in self checkout registers as they are taking up space that could be used for more products.

Pretty neat little store. The selection of products is fairly large. They have treats and candies that you don't see anywhere else. This is a great place to go for young children to spend their little allowance money! If you need a quick gift for youngin, this is a great place to start. The last few kids' birthdays we've gone to got gifts from here.

The store in Douglas, Ga was very clean, well organized, well stocked with a nice variety of products, and the staff was very friendly. The closest store where I live is nice, but not as much variety. The only thing lacking was the variety of boxed craft items. Five below is a great place to find kids craft kits, journals, and art supplies necessary for surviving long weekends and holidays. :). My cats love to get a new pet bed from there every Christmas.

Tried to go into the store at 22:03, an hour before the listed closing time(23:00) and refused entry because they were already closed. Asked about the listed closing time and employee just shrugged shoulders, had no explanation. Note: there were other customers inside of store shopping at this time

I like our Five Below in Douglas, GA. However, when it is busy they need to use the main register, and the self checkout. Also, it needs to be renamed to assisted checkout instead of self checkout; because that is exactly what it is! Other than that; great service, friendly staff, neat store, and no other complaints from me.

I like our Five Below in Douglas, GA. However, when it is busy they need to use the main register, and the self checkout. Also, it needs to be renamed to assisted checkout instead of self checkout; because that is exactly what it is! Other than that; great service, friendly staff, neat store, and no other complaints from me.

Walked in at 10:04pm was greeted by an associate we greeted back and went on our way to find gifts for a 4 yr olds birthday the following day.

Same associate walks after us says “actually we are closed we just forgot to lock the door”

Which was weird because we made sure they were closed so we could just grab a few things like wrapping paper, misc toys.. etc

I then say “well we checked before we came in it actually says you close at 11”

I thought she ignored us but then finally turns around and says “I don’t know that’s what my manager said”

Honestly the worst customer service I could have experienced because there was literally another couple shopping in the store with us..? Make it make sense please.

I’m very pleased with day shift staff, but night shift overall 0/10
