Ok I know that time or kind of tuff right now but if I ask for a Sausage egg and cheese scrambler, I expect to get at least a full bowl of grits Now they have cut the size of the bowl in half, And on top of that they only give you half a bowl of the bowl that they cut in half, But yet still charging you the same full price as the Bowl that used to be twice this size.🤬🤬🤬

Sweet little spot inside of the Kroger to grab a coffee. The service was amazing yesterday, grabbing a Valentines Day special. It was very clean and I was greeted with a smile.

Ok so I try to give everyone the benefit of doubt he doubt but this is the 4th time my order wasn’t up to par and the fact the girl had attitude because I asked for the whip cream she purposely didn’t add! Like if u don’t like your job find a new one I will go to the other location for now on

Aliyah is the best barista EVER! And not just because she remembered me and always compliments my hair but because she's extremely friendly and always has a smile on her face. She also makes the best drinks. I've never been disappointed when I stop by and she makes my drinks. She definitely makes my trip to the grocery store a LOT more relaxing. Thanks sweetie!

I get Starbucks is a big corporate brand nationwide, but do your staff and customers a favor hire more staff so their not overwhelemed when it's super busy and crowded. Please keep your stores stocked up, it's frustrating depending on location that you never have items in stock or run out of items so quickly. Now to the customers including myself please cause I use to do it and stopped. Please don't be annoying when you're ordering these ridiculous drinks from tik tok, it's a coffee shop not the Sugar Factory.

This must be the worst Starbucks I have been to. First, was very difficult to find it, finally I found it inside of Kroger. Then, there was no one there. I waited 10 minutes and no one showed up. I spoke with the manager at Kroger and waited another 10 minutes. Then she made my drink wrong. I wish Starbucks would substitute humans for machines. Just wow!!!

The woman who took our order was kind and got the orders right. The other woman who made the drinks put about 50% effort into making them. My Frap had no whip crème, no syrup, and lacked flavor. It's a clean location with nice people up front, just need to higher someone that knows how to make coffee.

Love this location. The location next to Verizon store on Chapel Hill are not very friendly. The Kroger location has a staff that are very friendly, talkative, sweet, professional, and always fast. I never wait long for my order at this location. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

As a long time Hilton Honors member travelling for work, this has been one of the better properties I have stayed at. They give me maximum points. No tricks (like breakfast I thought was free but actually costed me a bunch of points). Good help from the staff. Very friendly.

So apparently they don’t notify the app or the site when they are closing early. It’s literally a small box and 3 people there but they said they are short staff. I’ve been there before and it’s been 2 people so how is it short staff with 3 workers. They don’t honor what’s on the app and they are rude. Not to mention they are in Kroger’s and the manager said they were open yet when I got there they were arguing me down that the app and manager were wrong.

This is the best customer service and Starbucks here I came around they close at 7:56 PM on September 15, 2020 and I found a nice guy there he made me the coffee after he cleaned his machine that was great customer service

Went to this location looking for Halloween cups today only to be told by the barista Brittany they were “sold out” despite the fact that I saw the pack on the counter with her name written on it. Before I left the store, Brittany then proceeded to clock out and purchase the “sold out” cups that she had set aside for herself and lied to me about. Last time I check “sold” meant paid for.

Very busy.. which is normally ok. However, they fixed my coffee first and I had to wait 20 mins for my latte. By that time the coffee was luke warm at best.

We have been here twice. Both times waited almost 45 minutes in the drive thru. The drinks are amazing, the staff kind, the issue had is the wait time is way too long and heads up, once you get in the drive thru there's no getting out until you actually get to the order box. Starbucks if you could please either fix the driveway for people to get out if the wait is too long or fix drive thru time as what I thought was going to be a quick pick up ended up making me miss an appointment because I couldn't get out of the line. Thanks

I’d say only order the most basic items...I stopped to order a pina colada tea infusion before shopping yesterday since there was no line and both employees had no idea what I was talking about. Disappointing they don’t know their company’s menu or how to make all drinks.

Love Starbucks typically and always think of it as a treat to go, but service at this location is off, order was wrong and they blamed me by saying “that’s how you ordered it”. Well I never get anything different, iced coffee, cream and 2 Splenda. They insisted I asked for sugar and I said yes, the diabetic asked for sugar. She rolled her eyes at me, so I asked for a refund. Screw someone rolling their eyes at me when I’m paying $5 for a cup of coffee.

Only reason I went was because I was riding with someone else. The coffee (real coffee) is just terrible and I don't care for the dessert coffee's as they are much to sweet and calorie laden.

These guys need retrained on how to do their job. There is no need for the bad service. IT'S COFFEE PEOPLE! The regular coffee was luke warm at best and the Mocha with Coconut milk was horrible, especially with the grounds added...

When asked to make something off the secret menu a woman named Kim gave us the ugliest look said she needed the recipe off the phone and it was going to be very expensive. She was super insulting. I would suggest going to the stand alone starbucks. Less rude more professional
