Dillard's

I went to the mall today and I decided to stop by on Dillard's. The music choice was really amazing and the entire place was quiet at most. It is a really great place, and though the prices are a bit expensive, the quality of the interior was really nice and I have bought some clothes before. This shopping experience did not disappoint and I'd most likely come here again. Amazing service, and thanks to the employees for being cooperative and understanding. Definitely check this place out for yourselves.

I had an amazing experience at the Clinique counter at Dillard’s in Arbor Place Mall thanks to the wonderful young woman who helped me. She was incredibly patient and so helpful in matching my shade perfectly. After having a disappointing experience at Ulta, her kindness and professionalism truly made my day. I even asked if there was someone I could speak to about how great she was, but she said there wasn’t, so I’m writing this review instead. She deserves all the accolades—such a gem! Thank you for your outstanding service!

They had lots of women's ready to wear clothing. Mother is 98 & was as happy as a child in a candy store. Plus everyone was friendly & helpful. Some beautiful woman work there💯

I ordered my fragrance online with Ulta, since no one in the store, acknowledged me, or helped me in men’s fragrance department!🥰
Shopping in store is not the same! I use to hustle and make sure EVERYONE was spoken to! Twice now have I came into Dillards looking for something with not one greeting or inquiry into what I’m looking for!

I placed a curb side pickup on 12/21. The confirmation that I was given is 23 or 24. I phoned 24 afternoon and told it would be the 26th. Since it was a Christmas present that's a problem. I just phoned and was tol27 28. I explained the above information. So I asked to cancel. I was told the item has to arrive at store before they can cancel
So my grandson's pres r znt is in their hands

The jewelry salesperson was very accommodating to my mom's request even though she was not sure of what she wanted. This is the greatest value any business can provide. Sorry I didn't get her name but we were there Saturday afternoon. Kudos to her! We're still pleased with the purchase.

Will never go back here me and my husband walked around for 30 minutes why 3 of your male associates at the fragrance counter sat and talked. One of the employees didn’t even move a inch when we stopped and looked at a fragrance for my husband it’s utterly ridiculous how you guys hire people to sit and talk all day and do no work. Come on Dillards my favorite store is now the worst store.

My husband and I were shopping at Dillard’s for some intimates and fragrance. The associate, I believe her name was Thea, in the intimate department was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable with the selection they had available. She found the exact items I was looking for. She made me feel comfortable and made sure I didn’t need anything else. She was very thorough and thoughtful thank you so much Thea.
The fragrance department was just as helpful. The associates in both the men’s fragrance and the ladies fragrance were knowledgeable to the extreme, I was very impressed. There is so many different fragrances it was hard to choose which one but they helped me find the right one for me. I love it! They even had a gift set with that particular fragrance! In the men’s fragrance they helped my husband find the correct one for him as well, and he is very very picky about smells. So that is amazing in itself. Thank you all so much, you all made shopping at Dillard’s a pleasure!

If you don’t wanna feel humiliated by their employees don’t shop here please. My very first bad experience was when the lady at the perfume department ignored me as she was taking to her coworker then on the same day o went to the kids department and smelled a SAMPLE of a shampoo and the lady at that department rudely told me not to smell it. Two days ago I made a cash return and I was holding my child when the lady was handing me the cash some coins dropped on her desk and she didn’t ever bother to hand them back to me and keep in mind that she did even look at me or talk the whole time. Worst experiences ever

Shoe shopping before my flight. Received assistance from the most amazing salesperson. His name was Abi. He was kind, personable, patient and knowledgeable. Maybe the good deals have disappeared. I went over a year ago, the day Dillards was closing (temporarily) for covid. Bought some over-priced shoes last week, because I was in a bind for time, and they had my size. Well, of the 2 pairs I liked, they had one of them in my size. Found better deal upstairs at Shoe Dept,. but they didn't have any in my size. The Dillards staff didn't appear to know much about the styles and seemed a little out of place. Mgr, which took a while to get a hold of, said basically I wasn't a good enough customer to get a 10% discount. Finally, I asked others for comments on my shoes, and they advised me try Men's Wearhouse next time. I suspect Dillards may be at the bottom of my list next time.

Dillard's in Arbor Place was very nice. It offered a variety of lovely things. First time visiting this store and this mall in Douglasville. I will return.

The ONLY store in Arbor Place that is worth shopping at for nice quality clothing. I am from MI we don't have Dillards. I never went in until the other day. They have nice quality and stylish clothes the store reps were nice and friendly and the store was clean. Many of the stores at Arborland feel old and dated this one doesn't.

I visited this location specifically for the mens Pollo clothing . The store had a great selection. Customer service was friendly and the store was very clean. I particularly liked how well organized the clothes were and how nicely displayed they were. I also visited the mens cologne counter. The lady who helped me was very kind and funny. She took her time with me. I described what he liked and she knew the notes of the overwhelming amount of cologne’s they had. She was extremely helpful. When the gift purchase was made I knew it was the right one. Which it was.

I had ideas for gifts for my wife. The salesperson, Shai(y), was so helpful in refining my ideas and helping with additional suggestions. Never any pressure, and she helped me with gift wrapping. Never had a bad experience here, but this was a great one!
