Great store but minus a star for the location! Whatever idiot designed this shopping centre has installed some massive speed bumps. My car scraped all over them (it doesn’t scrape anywhere else).
They need to remove those and install some proper ones if they must be there. I won’t bother trying to navigate back to this store or any of these places here until they remove the literal hazards in the parking lot!

The place is great, it's the neighbor, he lives alone but you will think about 4 people up their he is noisey as HELL, no consideration for others and time always moving something boards, planks,lumber or something always something he should have received a notice of noise but that didn't work, he just don't care seems like it. Kids still running wild as buck rabbits (parents faught)

I went to this location for the first time tonight and couldn't have had a better experience. The store was clean and neat. Good variety of stuff available and the staff was great. I go to a lot of Homegoods/TJMAXX/Marshalls locations looking for Halloween stuff and the staff there on 7/23/24 around 8pm were pleasant, helpful and courteous. That has not always been the case (looking at you Dunwoody location) I was surprised to see reviews citing rude staff. I encountered three employees and each of them were great.

Store had nice things good selection but the cleaning staff is EXTREMELY RUDE. There was a lady with braids 03/16/2024 around 10:45 am mopping & i asked if i could pass through my daughter had to use the restroom she had NO wet floor sign nothing and i asked if i could pass through she looked at me & rolled her eyes and asked if i did not see that she was mopping that she isnt supposed to let me go through. Ok i understand but the eye rolling and the tone was extremely unprofessional. I know she had to having a bad day to speak like that

If there are EIGHT customers standing in line waiting to check out with ONE cashier, you’d assume said person would call for help. Nope. We’ve been standing in line for FIFTEEN MINUTES and counting. Rude staff, horrible service.

Friendly employees! The store felt cluttered and disorganized. I wasn’t sure if the stands in the middle of the aisles were displays or stockroom overflow. Smaller than other home goods I’ve been to so that may be why. Not sure I’ll return to this location though.

The worst customer service ever. The store manager is being managed by the assistant manager(s) and the assistant manager(s) (specifically the girl with locks) was hired off the streets with no training. She has zero interpersonal savvy and should not be responsible for leading people.

I came to the store to grab some last minute items for my guest room since my mom is coming in town in a few days. When I walked in I noticed a young male employee and I asked if he could direct me to the shower curtains and the shower curtain rods. The man said “they’re right by the window treatment section “ a little odd for the young man to point behind him instead of actually take me to the section but It’s 2022 and I know that most stores are short staffed so I wandered until I found the actual bed and bath section. This was perfect because I actually needed to grab a few things for the bedroom as well. I’ve been in the store for a minute and couldn’t find the shower rod so I saw another young lady who appear to be an employee coming from the back, but since I know that the restrooms are also in the back I figured I’d ask just to make sure and this is how it went. Me: hi… Do you work here? Employee: (Looking quite bothered) I don’t work here today I’m actually off do you have a question? Me: I do but are you going to answer the question? Employee: it depends on how long it takes you to ask. Me: well I’ve been here for a while so I won’t take long. Employee: so are you gonna ask the question? Me: where are the shower curtain rods? Employee: we don’t have any. If we did you would’ve seen them in the bath section. How unprofessional! I actually saw the manager speaking with the young woman before she left and decided to report to him my experience. I also asked for the nearest HomeGoods. I was advised the nearest HomeGoods is in Hiram, Georgia, The manager name is Angela and she’s extremely nice. OK so if you are looking for A home goods with knowledgeable and pleasant employees go to the HomeGoods in Hiram, Georgia. I on the other hand went to AT HOME and found everything I needed, the product quality was better, the inventory didn’t look picked over and employees were very pleasant and glad to see me.

Last 3 visits to the store; the alarm was going off. Today all of 2 employees couldn't do anything about it, no different than the previous visits.
It must be some sort of torture to work there.

This HomeGoods location has had the best display/selection of Halloween and Fall decorations so far!! Seems like some of the other locations either sold out really fast or just didn't get alot of inventory because I hadn't been able to find much. Jackpot!

I absolutely love, love, love this place. They have a vast inventory. You can give any room in your house or office an immediate facelift with just one visit. The prices are reasonable the sales are delightful. Give your decorative eye a recharge & visit this place. Also the colors are limitless. I redecorate orange, blue & tan, where oh where would I find my pieces🤷🏽‍♀️ Home gods of course‼️ I found the flavor I needed & so will you, remember come with expectation.

Home Goods is under the same brand as TJ Maxx and Marshalls but they specialize in home decor. I was surprised to see many of the major labels in their store but at a substantially lower cost. Be aware that most of the store's inventory can't be found on line. So put on your shopping shoes and get out of the house.

I love going to HomeGoods. It’s a wonderful place to find all sorts of different things. From clothes to kitchen gadgets. They pretty much have something for everyone. I recently went to buy a pan and the service was friendly. When the line seemed to start to get long; they quickly opened another register to assist. Fantastic store.

ALWAYS EMPTY!. out of all the Home Goods I've ever been this one is always empty, just a few items scattered around the shelves. Been there during different times of the week to see if I can catch new shipment days... but no luck, they just dont have much. They can close it.

My first visit a few weeks ago was very impressive. They have awesome home decor at pretty decent prices! Not a huge store, but they have the right selection of things that won't disappoint.
