Kohl's

Not a pleasant experience with Tara, the manager. I wanted to do a price adjustment. My significant other lost my recipe. My transition was on my Kohls card. I knew this was not going to go well, when some one called her over the walkie, and she aggressively snatched the ear piece from her ear and stated, "They can wait" and didnt even give them a response to say she was busy. (Very Rude) If she advertently did that to a fellow employee, then I knew I was chop liver. Tara told me the terminal was not set up to do price adjustments and gave me a short explanation. I had no qualms. I asked to do a return and repurchase my items. She gave me a silent look of disgust, and we stared at one another in silence. She began to reiterate what my options were not. I pointed this out to her, and she gave a disgruntled, disrespectfully sighed as if her job was not to provide enthusiastic customer service. Her attitude was so displeasing, and discouraging that I did not want to continue shopping. Through this encounter, I asked her why she continued to focus on what my options weren't vs. what they were. When I inserted my card, I directly asked her if she could see my transition. She gave me many conflicting responses other than that she could see it. A bunch of Indirect responses. Very unprofessional and confusing. I won't be shopping here for a very long time. Paid full price for this sweat shirt and went on about my business.

I had a return that needed to be processed, and Tanya was genuinely quite helpful. She was able to process my return swiftly, let me know of the deals going on, and pointed out where Amazon return was located in the store. I was shopping for my nieces birthday, I showed her the options and she helped me pick a toy she adored!!! Will come back again!!

I looked at the dress suits. I bought 2 suits but thought it was a high price. But i liked the Kohl's cash we received. On line i used my Kohls cash and bought my wife a dress, and i got a dress shirt and tie set, plus a pack of athletic under shirts. I only payed an additional $9.00 tax. So that was nice.

My new favorite Kohl's! All employees were very friendly and helpful. Store was clean, well organized and well stocked. Found everything I was looking for and then some. I will be back

I went back, NEVER AGAIN. Disorganized, dirty, only 1 check out area with more self-checkout stations than actual cashiers. June & July, not 1 pair of plus sized shorts in the store! Can't find any women's size 11 "gym shoes." Very low stock, especially on sales items. Not going back for anything other than returning things from online orders.

Every time I visit this Kohls, every employee that I pass in the store greets me and asks if I need help. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced that. The customer service is top tier!

It was closing time on a Monday night. My adult son was taking his sweet time to get to the cashier. I knew she was tired and ready to go home. My legs were so tired I just couldn't walk another foot. We hadn't begun to check out. She stepped from the cashier station and found him.
She was kind and friendly and we had a complex order of purchases and coupons. She made it easy. I like shopping at Douglasville over all stores in Atlanta. Customer service is helpful and friendly, and you feel good leaving the store with your purchases. Will be back!

Clarisa was the Kohl's associate that helped me during my visit. I walked in and apologized for the interruption of the work she was performing but asked if she could help me.

My wife had sent me on an errand to find an item in the store. With truly little help or information from me, Clarisa helped me find the item.

Clarisa was more informed on the item and collection than I could expect walking into the store "cold" or without any warning or information to share.

Her knowledge of her area of the store, the products and availability surpassed any information that I would have hoped to discover online. She is without doubt the most valuable person that I met that day and provided me with the customer care that is hard to find.

The management/leadership team in Lithia Springs, GA should know or be informed of how exceptional this associate is to the team and the clients/customers that they serve.

She is truly superior, thank you Clarisa for your help.

Great sales, however cash and coupons expire too soon. Great return policy, clean and tidy store. Best shopping is M-F, daytime hours, where there are no lines at check-out.However as with most stores now, very few sales personnel in store if you need assistance finding something.

I had a great experience at Kohl’s today on Chapel Hill in Douglasville, GA. I found the items that I needed totaling approximately $107.00. With my Kohl’s Cash and $25 gift card I paid only $17.80. Monya, the customer service representative, really took time to help me. She found an additional $20 in my Kohl’s Rewards. I really enjoyed this trip to Kohl’s.

Kohl's, but the department my friend shops in for XXL is something to be desired.
I felt bad for her because fashion is not in this department. More like tacky and ugly clothes.
They need to look more into fashion for the healthy size person.

Never EVER Again Will I Be Shopping at This Kohl’s Location. This Sweet Lady in Front of Me Gave me a 30% Coupon to Use & Was Very Excited To Use It, Then This Lady at The Jewelry Counter Who Rang Up My Stuff, Had me Insert My Card, to Then Tell Me That “You Can’t Use This Coupon Unless You Have a Kohl’s Card” , Right After I Inserted My Card In… & Then I Said Okay, Well Can You At Least Scan My Rewards Kohl’s Rewards, and Said, “It’s Too Late You Inserted Your Card Already”…. Like Ma’am, You Canceled My Purchase Because I didn’t Have A Kohl’s Card and Wouldn’t Scan My Kohl’s Rewards on the App to Let Me Use My Kohl’s Cash? Totally Unprofessional & Will Definitely Be Reporting My Traumatic Experience To Corporate! This Happened Last Saturday When I Was Shopping Here. I Really Hope That I Will Receive at Minimum $500 Kohl’s Cash For This Down Right Nasty Experience. & Then The Store Didn’t Even Have My Favorite Candle In Stock That Day, Even Though It Says It Was “In Stock” Online…. Totally Traumatic Experience All Over Again. A Double Wammy Slap In The Face! The one thing that made this visit great was the sales associate, Monya! She is always friendly, soft-spoken, and just the nicest and sweetest person every time we visit. I love her and so does my entire family! We love to see her when we come to the checkout! The prices need to be more family-friendly and sizes need to be available. That’s why I rated a 3…you would think there would be deals for school beginning.
