Dollar General

I come in here almost every week. I guess the new employee doesn’t know how to exit out of someone else’s grocery checkout to accommodate other people in line. She needed my ID and I had to find it and told her I had to step outside to get better connection. Not only did she hassle me three times saying “I have a line, do you have it?” But when I told her to take the other people in my line she says “I can’t open another register” which is how I knew she was new. Already irritated with her hassling me she decided to say “Next time have your ID” and I say “Girl check out my groceries and hush” one thing I don’t play about is my respect and the last thing I need is an employee feeling so entitled to hassle me about an ID for lighters at 1:50 p.m. please be aware that not everybody will be as kind as I was. Put her in training or put her in the back cause she did way too much

Customer service was great here, but 3 stars(this may be out of their control) because cell service here is AWFUL. If you're a shop and delivery person, you're gonna have a bad time at this location.

For the most part, this is my favorite DG; however, they have a new employee that stands at the register with her phone and when you get to her for checkout, she looks at you and continues on her phone. I told her I'd do self checkout because I wouldn't want to pull her away from her phone. She said nothing and kept on with her phone... only issue I've ever had here. Get rid of her....

When I walked into the store the employees were putting up stock the cashier welcomed me as I walked in. They had what I wanted and I even picked up some of their discounted items. When I got to the register the young lady was kind and ask if I found everything I needed. As of today I would recommend this place for your quick Essentials.

My favorite DG.. These employees need to go train all the other DG store employees bc the other stores are clueless.. Everytime I come here, I'm always in and out.. If I can't find something they show me exactly where it is.. The registers in the other stores are always down and no one knows where anything is.. And instead of just saying they don't know, they say we don't have those at this location.. Another thing I love about this location is that they don't lock the doors until 10:00.. Other stores lock theirs 5-10 minutes early..

I love this dollar general. Well stocked. Quick service. Jessica is an absolute sweetheart and willing to assist with anything she can. Most employees have great attitudes but hers particular is wonderful

No customer care or consideration! We stopped by this DG to pick up some items that we were out of. I needed to use the restroom so bad that it hurt. I have health issues and it hits me out of the blue sometimes and when it does, I have to go fast! It was close to 9:30 pm, and I knew that I would need to ask the front cashier for the key. One of my daughters once worked for DG, so I remembered this from when I visited her job. I was told no, that the restrooms are closed for the night. I was truly suffering but I went on in the store and got my items. My other daughter and I then went back to the front to check out. Not a cashier in sight! So now they have not only denied me from going to the restroom, but they are making me do the pee pee dance at the register, holding me up further from getting somewhere to use the restroom. We had to call out for a cashier, who happened to be nearby after all. She had to know we were up there, but chose to let us stand there, with me still suffering. A different cashier checked us out, and again my daughter asked if we could use their restroom. Again, we were told No! I was struggling terribly by this point and it was visibly noticeable. I am just blown away. I’ve worked retail, as a clerk and a manager. This would have never happened on my watch! Absolutely Unacceptable! If your store is open, then your restroom should be available to your customers as well!

Love the employees but the one convenience I like to buy is 6 pack of mtn dew and they can't get adequate amount to last more than one day and the store on Dallas hwy has too many and not that many customers

No one available to check out customers. Forced to use malfunctioning self-checkout. Took forever to get any help, and when "help" came, all they could do is ask me why it wouldn't work. It's not my problem why, nor is it my responsibility to troubleshoot your equipment. Needless to say, I left my items there and went elsewhere, never to return. Zero customer service.

This is the worst dollar store i have ever been in. The employees are rude ,unhelpful and just dont care about there job. The shelves are always empty due to the full boxes of inventory sitting on the ground that you have to step over to get to the next aisle. I wouldnt recommend anyone to this dollar store unless you want to stand in an hour long line only to be met with a rude cashier. They never honor there coupons. Everytime i have ever been to this store it has always been like this.

Staff was very rude and refused to let my mother and I use the restroom. Restrooms were not out of order. When proceeding to check out, staff walked away from the register and did not return after 5 minutes of us waiting.

I usually stop at Dollar General when I am on the road. But if you go in and want to use the ladies room forget it. They are always out of order and you have to go to men's. Strange how all of the ones I go in have that problem. But I do enjoy the store for the most part although they are usually messy.
