Dollar General

I shop here for the convenience. Definitely not the night employees. They leave a lot to be desired. You feel like you’re bothering them.

Zero employees until I had to walk and find one. All that to buy cigs and it took forever and when I found her she sighed and said she’s be up at register 3 and to meet her there. I walk up there as she kept cutting boxes. It wasn’t until she walked up on me taking these pics that the attitude changed but oh well this is ridiculous. I just got off work and don’t treat customers that way!

We visited the store on Ridge Road on 4/6 and it was probably the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. You guys need more employees like Vett. She offered us help without hesitation and with a pleasant attitude. She definitely went above and beyond to help us find what we needed.

The Dollar General store on Ridge Road seems like they finally have gotten some really good help. The employee that goes by the name of Jermaine you would have gotten the impression that he had been working there for a really long time, but no he said he had been there maybe 2 months. He was so Professional, Respectful and had so much knowledge of the store to have been there for that short of time we were very impressed. There were Noone in line the store was very clean and you would have thought there were 4 or 5 people in there working but he said he was all by himself. Dollar General if you had more employees like Jermaine I promise everything would run a lot smoother.

I have been to a lot of Dollar General‘s in the area and none of them were this clean and well-stocked! I spoke with the manager, T, and had to personally give her the compliment because it really does make a difference in your shopping experience to not have to diligently search for things in the middle of isles where they have boxes everywhere but the shelves are not stocked or having to go to multiple locations due to limited inventory. This location has definitely become my go to even though I have two other locations that are closer to me!

This dollar general store has the rudest most unprofessional employees, I have ever seen. They literally will have an attitude if they have to come to the front to wait on you. We literally stood in line with other customers for like 10 minutes another customer had to walk the aisle to find an employee and when she came up there, she had an attitude and yelled that she is on register 3 and I said is that the kind of service we get after standing her for 10 minutes waiting on someone.

Very nice store. The good thing is, is that I saw that the two women from the Dallas store on Hwy. 61 South, T and Marla there. I'm glad because this store is closer to me and they just seem to actually care about their store and customers too. I have literally been driving out of my way to shop their store. Believe me, it's for good reasons.

Don’t waste your time stopping in here , just keep moving down the road to the one on Villa Rica Hwy . Every time I have came in this store the employees are in the “office” . You have to damn near yell to get someone’s attention then when they finally come out the office it’s as if YOU are a problem. This staff is very rude and unprofessional. The looks they give could kill . Management needs to address this immediately!

One of the cleanness stores I've been too and I stop at a few between GA and Bama, while making deliveries for my job... I live right down the road and employees are very friendly😁

I went in yesterday they were these two females trying to buy face masks and the sign said 50% off the guy who was working at the time was so rude to them very unprofessional. That's not the first time he has been rude it's been multiples times sometimes needs to be done about him and the store

I would not recommend this Dollar General to anyone, very unprofessional. Tried to return a gift that I was given with the receipt and told me I was not allowed to return it unless I bought it at their store and the manager cussed me out. Will no longer be doing business there.
