Dollar Tree

My girlfriend loves the dollar tree. It's her favorite store. She was super excited to see all the cute Easter candy and items. She loves designing her neices and nephews baskets each year. Good prices on the buckets are only 1.25 for this year's Easter buckets. The lady cashier was friendly. Highly recommend this location for a good place for cheap crafts.

OMG!! There is so much going on in this store that I sincerely question why it is still open. The manager stands and watches the one cashier ringing up people, and the line is long. The cashier and manager use profanity and said they needed them. Items are never stocked. Boxes are everywhere. Store reeks of urine.

The lady wouldn’t let me run to my car to get my debit card to pay for my items because they were closing my car was literally at the front door!!! People like that need to work on a farm!!!

Great store for a quick &inexpensive shopping visit. Compared to many other dollar tree stores I've been to, this location had a much wider variety of items to choose from (in all departments). Also, the staff here does a wonderful job at stocking the shelves frequently, unlike many other dollar stores I've been to. Highly recommend this store for anyone needing to have one of those get in and get out shopping trips without spending too much money.

Jackie and Dianne couldn't give me a refund for two white pillows that had the fur coming off didn't even leave the store yet and notice as I was grabbing my bags. the fur was coming off the pillows it was all on my shirt as well , I showed jackie the long red hair Caucasian lady. I asked nicely they showed me the store policy and couldn't accommodate me at all didn't even say no refund during the end of transaction so I could know before cashing out. Jackie was rude and made sure she knew I knew she printed a duplicate copy and wrote on the receipt what happened when y'all have cameras that was unnecessary, she knew I was going to call corporate and did the most. I didn't put up a fuss or anything I politely asked why they don't do refunds if you haven't left the store yet and how some companies say before you swipe no refunds or have it on the display window at register they had none of that. She just wasn't professional at all. Dianne nor Jackie would even give me corporate number !

There was only one sweet cashier, on Halloween with a line that backed up to the back. I knocked on the office door to try and get more assistance bc several people in line were talking about needing to get back to work...the manager who was counting out money and setting up a till was kind and let us know she would be out shortly ..the bulldog lady that barked at us all was rude, unprofessional, and quite frankly needs not to work in customer service as she obviously doesn't like customers....on top of that though this is the most picked over disgusting Dollar Tree I have ever been in...save your time and money and go to any other dollar tree but this one!!

Jackie the store manager almost bought tears of joy to my eyes she came out of her pocket to help me pay for my things and she didn't have to that. THANK YOU ! I Really hope and pray blessing come to you as you've done for me. SHE NEEDS A RAISE !!!

Thought I would give one more try.. it's decline of this location has quickly and steady been constant. No inventory and it smells like a nursing home. Sadly, the outside/side walk doesn't look any better

The store had everything I needed. It was well organized and not cluttered. There is a Plus section but no freezer/refrigerator or Snack Zone. The store had Christmas and Fall items.

Not sure what’s going on at this location… 8t used to be nice. I went in last week and it was shocking how dirty and disorganized it was! Never seen it like ok like this, but I won’t shop here until they clean up and organize. Disappointed ☹️

LEIGH is amazing! Our order was delivered to the wrong place by no fault of hers, but she was kind and very helpful in directing us to the right location to get our items, even offering to drive to Dallas herself to get my misplaced order. She’s always on top of the game in her store and we visit dollar tree often. She’s doing great! :)

Horrible experience in the store today. My daughter and I were in the store when an employee got into a verbal altercation with a costumer. I was going to leave and not make a.purchase but they were in front of the exit. After a few minutes we joined the line. Again the customer and employee began screaming profanities at one another. I will never go to this location again!

A couple of days ago me and several customers witness a employee Barbara Smith getting chastised by the head manager with glasses. This is not the first time Ive witnessed this with her and employees. Today i go in to find out Barbara has been let go for no apparent reason. My husband is a lawyer and I will do what every I can to help Barbara because for a company to allow a manger to keep on letting one manager do this to so many employees is a disgrace. From what employees were saying that I can hear is that she is lazy and do what ever she pleases. So my question is why keep a manager like that!! Demote her or let her go.

Spoke to the Store Manager AMY, whom I feel needs to be demoted from her position. I came in to load my greeendot card and a very kind cashier named Karen helped me the best she could. Instead of encouraging and getting behind the register to help Karen; AMY publicly humiliated her employee. I am a regular at this Dollar Store and did not appreciate AMY and her actions. In addition to speaking with AMY she walked away. Fire her.
