Hands down the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Food was brought out fast and the staff were friendly. I’m a white guy and a lot of places around here are not friendly to white people, but this place will definitely get my business again. Inspection score was 100 and I know that’s hard to get. These guys at this location deserve a raise.

One car pulled up was chatting it up and didnt have anything given to them while we all waited. Same car appeared to go back in line again. Inside while people wait for food too much horseplay between the workers and loud! Food handed to you wet and coming through bags and acceptable to them. Food warm to cold as if it was sitting there waiting in between the fooling around. When getting to go drinks multiple why would one assume you can take them individual when drink holder needed? Time to wake up. Time to get and be serious. Keeping it fun while working is a plus but consumer facing and service affecting is another story.

My order was taker was great. He listened attentively and repeated it back. All was good, he even communicated that our order was being delayed due to the potatoes. He had us parked very nicely and even the person who took the order out was very pleasant. Our food was hot, properly made and nicely bagged. We also got napkins and sauces something that is forgotten at times. Highly recommend this location. I wished I had asked the workers name to let the manager know they did a great job but we totally forgot. To the young men who did our order.... Keep up the good job.

I ordered the Griiled cheese burrito deluxe cravings box for under 10 dollars. Included is a Chalupa Supreme with seasoned beef, Nacho Cheese Doritos® Locos Tacos, chips and nacho cheese sauce, and a drink. Very filling and so yum.

Go to taco bell on Fairborn rd. Not the other douglasville location. This one has a score of 100 A. Everything always on point here. 50 % worse at other taco bell across the board! STILL today!! Update..tonights food very skimpy on meat. A line the size of a pencil was all the meat my challupas and tacos had.

It's typically a hit or miss experience at this location but the next closest one is a few miles further away so I just cross my fingers and say a little prayer before I grab food from here lol. Your choices here are pleasant staff members, well made food, and open during listed hours but you're only allowed two out of three at best. However, I am willing to take that risk to avoid driving twice as far.

Customer service is king!!!Ive been frequently using this location for two years its in the area with my business so even my clients go their.#1 I wonder who is in upper management because Kia the gm had the worst attitude and customer service I’ve ever experienced I’m always talkative and playful with the workers their.I go so much they know my voice.I actually thought the drive through person was kanneisha talking but it wasn’t it was Kia so playfully I say girl you know who this is since that’s how we always act.KIA SAYS I DONT CARE WHO U ARE.I then knew it wasn’t Kanneiaha because she’s doesn’t act that way and always has a good attitude when I’ve come.Kia was nasty rude and could care less about customers it’s really sad she even felt she could act that way I will be going as far up the chain as I can because it was uncalled for.We need good customer service in the area.U never know who ur dealing with but in her words she doesn’t care.She was also conducting a meeting In the lobby profanity was being used which is another red flag.Not professional and obviously allows anything to go on if I have to judge how they were congregating in the lobby.

I ordered three taco Supremes I get home and the meat and the taco is cold just like it came out of the refrigerator. I’m not sure if they made it fresh or it was sitting in the freezer. If the meat is not warm, they need to let the customers know that it’s not ready. Give me options to either order something else or wait thank you.

Eat here every so often for years, food quality is good and has a mostly good track record of accuracy and speed of service from ordering to handing of food. Over all it's one of the 2 local tacobells I would rather eat at in the area.

Terrance and the other gentleman working were awesome tonight. A lot of times I am reluctant to go to fast food places because customer service is not always a priority. One of the only fast food places around that actually care. Sometimes they have troubles but usually it's not even their fault it's just something happens but these are some good people working here. And they're nice they actually talk to u like you're a human instead of making you feel like you're being a burden. 👍👍

I ordered from this store from door dash. Every time I order from here they get something wrong. This time they decided to barely put any meat on my sons tacos. Check out the pictures. To their credit and DoorDash they re-made the order and got it right the second time.

Placed my order for two burritos at the Kiosk machine. After thirty minutes I asked someone in the back did my order not come through? She asked are you paying cash? I of course said yes as I pressed on the machine. She told me then they don't receive the orders back there if you are a cash paying customer!!!! 40 minutes later I left with my two burritos.

The service is terrible and the employees are extremely slow there to busy gossiping and talking about Tyrone. The employees don’t wash their hands and text on their phones with their gloves on. Online order takes extremely long to make and they ignore customer who goes inside the store.

The last time I visited a Taco Bell was maybe 8 years ago. I decided to stop by while running a couple of errands for Mother’s Day, and it was worth the visit. The food I ordered was fresh and delicious, and the store was very clean, condiments and utensils fully stocked! If I ever decide to stop by Taco Bell again, I will visit this location.

As i pulled in i was glad to see there was no line but i was suprised to see over half the staff hanging out outside, smoking, talking on the phone etc. None of that would be a problem if the service and food were upto standard. As soon as i get to the ordering screen a young lady named zarriah greeted me with nothing but attitude, after rushing me thru my order, she proceeded to continue with the bad customer service while handing me poorly put together, barely warm food, featuring stale fries. very disappointing experience, considering this has been my favorite taco bell in the area for years. I'm not sure what's up with the new night staff but they're all over the place. I really hope the guy with the mustache isn't your night management, but that might explain it honestly.

Ordered online 4/7/2023 and was going to pick my order up via drive thru but things went wrong. As we pulled to the window the lady opened the window handed the food said have a good night walked away. Well for my order I had 2 large baja blast so we sat at the window waiting for someone to come back. The manager white lady w blonde hair came to the window; we stated we are missing 2 large baja blast. Instead of explaining the soda machine was out and they only had sweet tea or that I need to contact taco bell customer service for refund the young lady in the back with the drive thru head set on jumps in and starts yelling “we ain’t got no drinks” “we ain’t got no control over the app that’s not our problem” “nah nah we ain’t got no drinks” we sat there in disbelief this random worker jumped into our conversation that had nothing to do with her. I’m not sure why you have such an attitude as 1. no one was talking to you 2. if you have no control over the app how would we as the customer know the drink machine was out of order unless you told us? the lady that handed us the food at the beginning never said we are out of drinks nothing just handed the food and dipped. I go to this taco bell over the one that’s closer to me bc the men that work there are dope they do an amazing job , great food , great service always nice but the women on 4/7/2023 shift at 10 pm need more training on how to work the drive thru and talk to people. 2 drinks shouldn’t be that serious but I have never been so confused on why the workers were so hostile over something we did not know. It’s really the lady that had the headset on that made the sweet teas and started yelling with an attitude when all we asked was if we could get anything else to drink or if we need to get a refund and by the way I saw you put literally made 1/4 tea in each cup and fill the rest with water so they were thrown away. you really need an attitude check and I wish I knew your name but you had no name tag on. Not going back for a minute you ladies suck and the food was trash

The lady working drive thru tonight was the reason for our poor experience at Taco Bell today. She greeted us politely when we pulled up with, “Hello, how are you?” After my husband responded, there was silence. After a several minutes, we decided to inquire if she was ready for our order. She didn’t respond. Another minute or two go by and she repeats her previous question. “Hello, how’re you?” We answered and this time went ahead and followed it with the start of our order. She gave us a total and my husband asked if we could also get a cup of water. Another minute or so of no response. We decided to go ahead and pull up to the window. She handed us the food and my husband asked, “Did you get the cup of water? I wasn’t sure.” She just stood there and didn’t respond. Eventually we gave up trying to get her attention and left.

This location is advertised as being open until 1am. I arrived around 11:50 pm to place an order in the drive thru and was told that they were closed. Apparently they were only accepting doordash/uber eats orders at that time? Very confusing especially since I've been to this location around the same time in the past. This is one of my favorite locations to go to since it's closer to me. Hopefully it's not an issue of people just being lazy.

I am giving this Taco Bell a very bad review. I gave my order and after I got it they forgot 3 items I ordered so I had to go back through the drive thru to get what they forgot. This is the part that is so upsetting, I ordered a nacho bell grande with no meat and it was repeated twice. When I got back to my daughters and started to eat it there was meat underneath the chips where you couldn’t see it. In my eyes this is very very rude to someone who doesn’t eat meat and repeated it twice no beef. Then I tried calling and can’t get anyone to answer the phone. This Taco Bell really needs to get it together. Someone that doesn’t eat meat that can make them sick and the young lady even repeated it back to me. Needless to say will not be going back there

Went through drive thru about 12:pm order 2 chicken chulupas and fries..drove across street and realized chulupas we're hard and cold and fries luke warm...I took back they replaced but chulupas we're still cold... I just delt with it but fries were hot.. After picking up daughter she wanted the fries so I went back at about 1:30pm and order 2 fries we asked for fresh fries and once again we got our order and before leaving the parking lot we tested fries and again NOT FRESH..I went back thru drive thru and told them that we asked for fresh fries she said oh yeah!!! Then someone on speaker said they were fresh I said no mam they are not because my daughter tasted and 2 people on speaker wanted to argue me down and say yes they are fresh .I then again said no mam they're not..I have worked in fast food befo6and know when fries are freshly fried..finally I said can you just drop some fresh fries we would like them straight out the grease or however they cooked..This time we pulled around to wait for them as we would have the first time and YES this time they were fresh .Just said we had to go through all that to get our food right .This was my second time in one day returning food .Ao not a good experience at this Taco Bell at all..Thanks

At drive through the cashier did not greet me at all. During the whole transaction did not say a single word, and just handed me the bag with the food. Ya'll need to train your employees to speak, to greet customers, to say "please" and "thank you". Instead your customers are given the silent treatment , just horrible customer service, even though the food was good.

Got a Mexican pizza didn't taste right the crispy tortillas tasted wrong asked for light beans and extra cheese amd extra meat got extra beans almost no meat ask for a 5 layer burrito no beans extra meat extra chees got nothing but beans and a little cheese almost no meat asked for 2 soft tacos extra beef extra cheese and lettuce got 2 soft with beans and lettuce!? Usually this place is on point but not when I went this one day!

Always friendly! I went through the drive through and ordered the strawberry lemonade with my combo. I told the lady that there was nothing wrong with it, it was just too sweet for my taste. She switched it out for me and was very nice about it. Our order was accurate and hot. Thank you guys!

Customer service was ok. The people themselves are good. But I’m not a fan of the automated machines. Regardless, the 3 stars is for not getting the order right. Overall the place is decent, clean and similar to other Taco Bell’s. Nothing really sticks out. But, this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order.

Some of the BEST service I've ever received at a Taco Bell. We got Chick Fil A... service, so you know its the real deal. They had a delicious strawberry lemonade. A very sweet surprise! Our order was given to us correctly. Loved that. The gentlemen at the window was smiling, courteous and an efficient being.We complimented him for the wonderful service with a smile. My cousin stated he must be new. Never seen him before. He even gave us 2 tickets for a free taco. My only complaint was one of my tacos wasn't wrapped too well so everything fell out while grabbing the neighbouring taco. Life. My food was extra tasty today. Thanks for a lovely experience!

Be warned that this location stops producing any meat meals after they start running out of premade stock. So, if you show up say at 10... 11pm or 12 midnight or certainly by 1 am be warned that you might be offered only a vegie taco.

That actually happened to me while heading home... they had no meats on their menu, and the female actually told me that she would make a non-meat taco. She said it in a serious voice like I would actually want a salad taco.
Should have asked if I going to be charged the same price... l lay odds that I would have. Also, when this happens you can be waiting in a line without them pre-warning customers.

I stopped going to this location after 9pm... they must be concerned with shrink, not customer service.

Don't adhere to their hours. They struggle with order accuracy. I paid for a special order and when I got it nothing was what I requested. Even went inside and the shift lead tried to tell me what I ordered like I didn't have a receipt. Straight trash

25 minute drive thru time, with only 3 cars in front!!!!!

Keep driving unless you have nothing better to do.

Been going through this area for a while now and given that it’s either Taco Bell of the McDonald’s across the street, they are both equally horrible. Service is guaranteed to be slow and unprofessional. The predictable semi below average food is the only thing that keeps this place alive. Drive thru is extra irritating. Seems like no one here knows their roles and they keep interrupting and crossing each other. Was greeted over 5x by someone on the speaker just to be told by the other person “I SAID WAIT A MINUTE“ (very rudely) by another person on multiple occasions. Management of this place is pitiful and non existent.

If any half decently ran place opens in this area, I have little hope for them making it.

I gave this place a lower rating several months ago, however, the young kids working there saved this newer rating. The dining room had a couple of people eating there and another person coming out as I was trying to get in when a young man, politely told me the dining room was closed. A little perturbed I went through the drive thru and when came up to the window to pay for my order, the young man apologized for the dining room being closed. It is good to see young people being responsible and polite. This young man is responsible for this 5 star rating. Kudos to the workers there. Keep up the good work ethic.

I ordered a bean burrito with cheese, it seemed to have barely a pinch of cheese, and so little beans it looked like a cheesey roll up. A third of the time we order at this location we wind up having to go back because something was wrong or missing. I would recommend checking your order before you pull away if you ordered drive through.

I’m sorry, please help me to understand why is their a recording to take orders at 8:00am but theirs nobody at the store. If your open at 8:00 am someone should be there it. All the lights were off.

The food is good at this location but good luck going while they are actually open. Only Taco Bell I have ever seen closed at 6pm on a Friday.

They close the dining room for no reason. I need to wash my hands and want to observe the folks making my food. I dont like the secrecy.

The line was longer but the service was fast. The drive thru cashier was more than happy to provide details about menu items and they gave us coupons because of the wait. The food was hot 🔥
