Ingles Market

My wife and I go every weekend and spend a lot for the week. I had a day off and wanted to grill my wife hamburgers. I bought 4 items and got home and the buns I paid four dollars for were not in the bag. I called down and they said yes, you left them.
Out of 4 items shouldn't she have not hit a full size grocery cart! See ya Ingles!

Be careful buying from here. Employees will steal your groceries and won’t give money back even with a receipt. I would’ve just gave them whatever they needed if they would have asked. But, taking from somebody without asking is unacceptable. Especially an Employee they should be fired. Please make sure you get everything you paid for and go to a different ingles.

Ingles is the best grocery store when it comes to the mainstream grocery stores. They have local products you can't find anywhere else. Brands you can't find anywhere else. Organic products that are usually hard to find. However, every time I go to check out, certain products ring up with a different price than what the tag says. Even after telling a manager.. It stays the same.

Shop here on weekly bases. Prices are much better than the other store in area. The people that work there're always friendly and helpfu. And store carries Sundrops, which are very hard to find in GA.

Went here to grab a sandwich for lunch. The price, both on the board on the wall and the sign up front by the Deli case says “$4.98 for 6”” and “$6.98 for 12”. My Sandwich took 10 minutes to make, and been very patient.

At the end of it all, they decided to charge me $6.98 per lb, for my sandwich. NOTHING there mentioned being PER LB.!

I even talked to one of the managers up front, and was basically told that they changed it today and that is the price - per lb. This is false advertising. I told them that this is not my problem. And the cashier said “This is not my problem either. Either you want your sandwich or not”. Being hungry, I bought it. I should have walked out.

Look I can pay for my Sandwich. But it’s the principle of being true to what was advertised. This place basically robbed me.

I called corporate and they spoke to the manager (who was apparently out that day) that the sandwich should have been indeed $6.98 for a 12” sub and NOT per lb.

So yep, got robbed today by the store itself. They want me to come back in to make it right, but I’m not stepping foot in there again after they treated me that way.

Douglasville Ingles is really a good grocery store. It's always clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The Deli is my reason for visiting, 95 percent of the time they have something I clearly wanted for lunch. I been going there for 20 years and I do not have a complaints.

I honestly do not know how in the world this store is receiving stars for customer service. the worst! the rudest cashiers ever!! And the manager said she can't do anything about it because these folks are hired by Corporate. So who/what are you managing?? Be sure to check the date especially in the dairy department...molded cheese!

I hate to make it a race issue but it is what it is. I have been in this Ingles b4 and reported to management that not only do not acknowledge or speak to me another black customer and I stood at the deli and meat counter for about 7 minutes and the worker didn't offer 2 help either of us but a white lady came up and immediately the said good morning and if she could help her. After helping her the other black lady and I looked at each other like wow and the went back to what she was doing never acknowledging us or assisting us. This has happened several times 2 me at location.

One of the highest grocery stores in America lol. I would definitely continue to buy meat from there and only good for deals other than that ingles is HIGH for the times we are in right now. The store is definitely always stocked and the employees are amazing.

WOW! I love Ingles. The hot food counter is my favorite. Usually, I order three fried chicken wings and the broccoli 🥦 salad. Plus, I like the donut counter. After 6 PM, I can get 2 for $1.00. You should check Ingles out. I am sure you will love it too

Stopped by Ingles and picked up something sweet. We ended up getting some cake and cookies from their bakery. The cake and cookies were soft and moist. I believe people are sleeping on Ingles bakery section. It is worth trying it out. Especially if you need something to bring to a potluck or family function.

Stopped in here at night after noticing other trucks parked here with the hopes of grabbing some groceries in the morning before making a delivery at 8:00 a.m.. that plan did not come to fruition due to a woman who knocked on my door very loudly and told me that I'm not allowed to park here and to move my truck.

Was not able to buy groceries and spend approximately $100 for a half hour between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 due to this lady telling me to move. TRUCKERS BEWARE, you're not wanted here, so pull around back, deliver your !@#$ and get the %$ll out of here.

I usually only stop in for specific items when I’m in the area. This location is not the cleanest but I believe that’s because it’s so old and in serious need of an update. This particular store doesn’t carry a large selection of anything, it’s not a store for international shopping at all. The staff is neutral, not friendly but not rude either.
