I dont normally care enough to leave a post, but I arrived at this kroger at 10:46pm and was walking up to the door when a team member ran up and shut off the door and wouldn't let me in. I was confused because I thought they didn't close until 12am. He said they were closed and would only let people out. Apparently they close at 11pm and it was to close to let me in. He then turned his back to me and was dismissed so he would have to talk to me. I left with out being able to pick up some meds and drove across town to Walmart, thanks Krgoer

The last two times I've been in to get bag salads all they had were marked down bag salads. There's no reason why you shouldn't put the fresh ones out. Some people have no problems with the markdown salads. You're not going to force me to buy your mark down salads to get rid of them. I just won't buy anything from you. So once again I left without my groceries.

My order from Instacart was not delivered. Instacart makes Kroger look bad. Instacart drivers be lying about who deliver groceries. When I called Instacart they said it was a guy to deliver groceries but I screen shot them a pic of a woman and her name that showed up on the delivery App. Some funny stuff going on. I got no items, and 5-10 business days to return my money that only took 15 min to mess up!!! I am disabled and this is what happens. This is America.

I’m still waiting on a response for an email that I sent out over two weeks ago. I guess I didn’t need a reply back. Seems like every time I go to this Kroger it’s a hurry up and buy situation. The manager is constantly following me as if I need adult supervision. I understand we all look like thieves but he’s not at all discreet. I shop there a lot, I ask could he somehow deny a WIC card from being used and I got no reply. A simple yes or no would have been good to know. I guess I’ll have to ask someone else. Thanks!

The fact that I can't leave coupons I wont use for other customers is ridiculous & absolutely shameful on Kroger. I tried to leave 3 coupons i wont use (coupons for a dollar or two off food) and the lady at self checkout came over & took them. when i asked why she said "it's store policy you're not allowed to leave them for others". Absolutely disgraceful, scummy company policy. Things like this is why i don't like shopping at Kroger because they're money-hungry. Cant even let their customers help each other out over A DOLLAR OFF. Absolutely disgusting. This is the type of stuff that makes me want TO NOT SHOP HERE.

Genuine consideration is lacking and bagging skills are nonexistant. If something is offered, don't expect it to be done well. 1 item per bag? Get better bagging or be considerate and let me do it when i said Id prefer to do it. ESPECIALLY while there's no one behind us in line.

Update July 2024: Still a decent grocery store, but I think this location has the worse produce in the area.

The store has slightly upgraded their produce standards, though it's hit or miss. The picture I posted shows strawberries I ordered for pickup today. I made a note in my order to "please check for moldy berries", but as you can see, there are a few berries that have started to mold. So not only are they still failing to remove bad produce from their cases, but their employees fail to inspect the produce when fulfilling orders.

Their low prices and easy-to-use app make it hard for me to quit shopping there, but I'm sure the day will come.

There are rarely more tan one checkout open with a cashier. Doesn't matter that this store is always busy. The stores solution was to add more self checkouts. Lets talk food safety. The frozen foods are trash. The are constantly left out long enough to completely thaw before they bother yo put them up where it thn refreezes. This Kroger is a bottom of the barrel grocery store.

One bad apple can ruin the whole bunch! The young brown skin lady with the heart drawn on her face that was working self checkout closest to Starbucks around 5:30pm this evening 6/22/24… no mam! RUDE for no reason! I was so kind in asking for her assistance and I got an eye roll and all, for simply asking for a tobacco product. Apparently you shouldn’t disturb her to ask her to do her job. This Kroger is normally my favorite but that terrible attitude left me super annoyed myself!

Kroger is great. This location is ok. They cant afford to pay cashiers. Hope you have training and a lot of patience because after waiting longer in line than it takes to shop, you will have to ring yourself up and then wait for the single person running an entire grocery store alone to help you with the register that wont let you check yourself out without help. Not a pleasant experience. They have virtually no customer service available in the evening.

Generally a good place to stop in and grab a few things, but now they don't seem to have anything but self checkout after 9:30 or so. When I left there tonight there was a line 10 people deep without anyone helping but the one young lady at self checkout. Told I've of the young men I saw on my way out to let him know that she needed help and he said "she's got it". Next time if I need something for the kids in the morning I'll make the further drive to another store that's still open.

2023: Even worse store these days, I try to avoid it by going anywhere else... But today I went in to grab a couple things and there is barely room to move around with boxes and stands in the already cramp isles. Cashier was friendly though.

I tried to do a pick up order and my total was $112. When I actually picked up, my order jumped to $143. I asked to speak to a manager, and I was meet with Deborah in the pickup area. Ohhh gosh, let’s hope no one has to talk to this lady. She was the most unhelpful rudest manager I have ever encountered. When I told her that I was over charged she said she would give me a gift card for the gap. Ok… that’s about $30.. she gave me a $25 gift card. Normally I would have been ok, but times are tough and $5 means that’s extra food that I’m being ripped off of. When I went into the store to say that didn’t cover it all- she demanded I get my groceries out of my car in front of people, she then followed me to my car and proceeded to grab all of my groceries out of my vehicle. Like what? Who does that??? It was food for my family for today, now I’m stuck having to go somewhere else cuz this bad mood manager didn’t want to help me at all.. a mother of 3… what is that saying about the managers they employ? I won’t be shopping here anymore. Deborah, you need some customer service training and you should be downgraded to a regular employee- if not let go! You are terrible at your job.

Kroger is an absolute joke. If I could give zero stars I would. On June 11th I placed a pick up order. On a June 12th I picked up the order. I was charged $250 for the order and another $250 prior authorization hold was placed on my account. Still, today it has not been released. I will NEVER place another purchase at Kroger in store or online. Their customer service representatives are horrible and some of the most rude individuals I have ever spoken with. When I asked to speak with a direct supervisor the last lady I was talking with told me I could hang up and try again but she wasn’t putting me through to anyone else.

Don't shop at this store if you value your safety. It is an unclean and hazardous place. If you injure yourself record the whole thing, take a lot of photos and get as many witnesses as possible, call the cops and fill out a police report right there. They will tell you that their cameras do not work.
THIS IS A LIE! This has happened twice in this store under the same management and they got away with it with me. They will have lawyers defend them with complete disregard of your veteran disabilities and obviously don't care about your well-being or safety.

The Starbucks within this Kroger needs to have their customer service skills reviewed. They make whatever drink you request, but never tell you it's done so customers scramble reading off the cups to see which is their drink (some people get icked if someone random touches their stuff). I understand some of the Baristas are young, but it would really help if they paid attention to what has to be done. This is the second time I've been to this Starbucks and last time I was there, in the morning, they made drinks/ coffees and just left them on the counter instead of calling out and get people on their way. People were getting irritated. I thought it was a one off because of the morning rush, but not the case.

Nice store. I was really impressed until paying and wanting to leave by the nearest exit. But the door says it’s only for use by employees taking Clicklist items to customers cars in clicklist parking spaces.

It actually goes on further, to explicitly order that other associates and customers are not allowed to use the door.

? Because why ?

After I have paid at the self checkout next to that door, why can I not leave by the door that works for me? It’s not going to set off alarms is it? It has a simple push to open mechanism. I can work doors. I think customers know how to work doors!

Some businesses are customer first. Others are, well, not.

Review №137

To be honest this store isn't the worst store I have shopped at but it comes a close second. They are always out of product which I understand may not be the stores fault but is still frustrating. The reason for this review isn't about that or the horrible customer service that we received when we rented a steam cleaner it is about their click list program. We have tried it several times and the only issues until now was that they were out of some of the products we order. We click listed on Friday May 21st 2021 on our way home from Florida when we got to Kroger it was 430pm they were quick to come to the car but after getting home we realized we didn't have ANY of our cold goods. This was going to be out dinner and after 9 hours in the car I had no desire to drive back up to kroger and wait for these items. I called the lady was very nice said she would let her manager know, we would get an email the next day and be refunded. GREAT. Well come Tuesday no email, no refund. I called again and spoke to Candi she informed me that our information was sitting there and nothing had been done about it. Also the manager for that department was on vacation till Saturday and we were basically out of luck. I find that completely unacceptable, that NO ONE in that store could help me but the one manager who was on vacation. Candi eventually got what I assume to be another manager who informed me she could send me a gift card or give me store credit. I realize that seems like an acceptable solution but I wanted my money back in my bank account which at this point she informed me that when you click list you can not be refunded your money. I wanted to make sure I understood because working in customer serves I find it very difficult to believe this, I asked if I order $50 worth of food and you messed it up your telling me I could not get my money back she said no you could not. This is totally unbelievable that a company could make a mistake but not give me back my money. In farness everyone I spoke to was relatively polite, there is SO much wrong with this store and this was just the last straw. My family will NEVER shop at this store again and I can say we will all be happier in doing so.

I told him multiple times go check or call for price check. He never did until a coworker step-in and he went to check and told the cashier I was correct there's a BIG sign with the price. Anyways after all that he still enter a wrong price for the item and another one. I had to go to customer service to have it corrected and no one was there to help. Finally showed up and took her time to give me a refund and had me wait on the side while she helped 2 more behind me (this whole time I was on the side waiting for my refund with a toddler) never did she care to help me first since I was FIRST in line, instead out me to the side until she was fine with the 2 customers behind me! I finally got someone in the floral department to answer after calling the front and the deli multiple times and letting the phone ring for several minutes each time. The man in the floral department told me that he could not get me in touch with a manager because they were not there yet. How is the store even open without a manager? Who would have the keys and access to registers for employees? As someone who worked in a grocery store for many years I find this extremely odd. What parking is really bad. The pre-orders pick up should be in the back of the Kroger's instead of in the front of the store taking up parking spaces, wood you're already at a premium.

They just started charging a dollar more on cigarettes at the kroger gas station here than all the other gas stations around! Even the most expensive ones that rip u off! Unbelievable! That will leave people with less money for food and gas for their family!

Love having a Kroger so close to my house but they are always out of so much. Rotten produce and even moldy bread etc. a few times. Most of the cashiers are nice but the store could be much cleaner and better stocked. Really hope they make some improvements. Publix is not far either and even though they are pricier, we don’t mind driving a mile further for better.

They Always get attitudes when they have to fix something they screwed up. On multiple occasions, I’ve dealt with things being priced wrong & them getting attitudes. It’s usually the white girl with the short hair that works nights and the black older lady with the scratchy voice that sounds like she ate a pack of cigarettes

This store is consistently out of the same products week after week. This is getting old.... might as well go somewhere else.

I had to do some shopping for a friend's birthday and it's bouquet selection is excellent, although somewhat overpriced. If you're willing to dig, however, you can get a pretty good deal. The food selection is average and the shelves always seem well stocked. The staff are friendly and willing to talk with you and answer any questions you may have. The parking lot can be difficult to get out of, but overall I've had very positive shopping experiences with this Kroger.

Worst fish(cod fillets) I've ever purchased from a deli/seafood market. I try to buy fresh as possible but with Kroger I should have gone with frozen. The fillets had a strip of extremely tuff membrane along one side that I couldn't even cut away without turning them into fish sticks.

Be prepared to wait, wait and wait some more for the pharmacy. Customer service is extremely rude, slow and unhelpful. Every answer is "not my fault". Never have anything in stock, tell you one thing on the phone only to get up there wait forever and find out they have nothing in stock and nothing ready for pick up. Terrible communication.

Freshest, produce, meat, and store is usually clean and well-managed. Cashier's are friendly and store employees are courteous. Kroger is my go-to grocery store.
