Party City

I needed to find a certain particular special balloon. I went to a couple of places before coming here, but couldn't find what I was looking for. However, Party City had exactly what I needed. This was my first time in a Party City and I see how it got its name. The customer service was excellent as the staff was very courteous and polite. Great job.

If you have questions that are ready to answer it most of the time. They know exactly what aisle things are on. And most of the time they know the exact price of things. I have not had any problems. With some help we found everything For my baby's first birthday. And we found some cool masks

Highly disappointed with yesterdays purchase. When picking up my sons 6th birthday order one of the balloons was already deflated and the lady asked if I mind - I did mind, especially since I was charged over $7 extra for the helium even though the confetti balloons were purchased at their store, so they had to replace it.
Within hours after leaving the store they began to deflate.

This 1 star is for service.
After spending 15 minutes in line. We were asked to step aside while someone from the back brought out costumes. Then we were asked to get to the back of the SAME line and wait to check out. After another 15 minutes of waiting, we left without purchasing anything.
For the first 15 minutes there was only 1 employee. Eventually, a 2nd employee came out to open a second register.

Customer service was HORRIBLE I was not greeted upon walking in the store all the associates were into they own personal conversations! I was in the store for at least 20 minutes no one ever ask if I needed assistance. I asked one younger lady a question she acted as if i was getting on her nerves i will NEVER return to this location 11/4/2023 9:30am Also the workers were talking about pervious customers in a negative manner

They are high. Only one cash register open and a line back around the store. The guy was to busy trying to sale balloons and flirt to move on. We walked out and so did alot more customers after we stood in line for 10 minutes and still on same customer. Buy your party supplies from somewhere else. They don't have anything much in the store anymore.

Literally just walked out. Stood in balloon line. Girl asks if I was just checking out. I say yes. She says to go to register one. Also told lady in same line. She was the there before me so I let her go first. After waiting she takes lady at balloon counter and tells me to go to the end of the balloon line. I ask even though you all directed me here and now the the line is longer? He says yes. I left everything on the counter. Really? Tacky! Won't be back. I rather go to the dollar tree-I expect foolishness there.

Visited the store for a quick balloon run. The store was clean and organized the staff was friendly and informative. Was advised of a lil upsell with the gel in the balloon to help them last longer. No excessive wait time although it was a line. Overall great service great staff.

Spent 50 bucks on candy for favor bags and the candy was old, stale and hard. If you gonna charge 15 dollars a bag for candy sell fresh candy

Found product seems to be stocked well, floor personnel was helpful, but once you get to the register to check out be patient only three people in line with two people working registers one walked away after finally finishing the customer ahead of us, in the meantime the other employee beside just stood there before finally taking the two left.

It's sad when spend over $25 dollars for balloons and within an hour they are deflated, you can get better balloons at dollar tree. Party city just need to shut down at this point.

My daughter and I stopped by to purchase her birthday balloons. Employees were too busy talking amongst themselves and spent 45 minutes waiting. The Cobb location is more efficient and will start taking my business there.

Bare. The staff were less than enthusiastic to be there. I had to greet the cashier and when she handed me the bag I said thanks... nothing. So...this is why people prefer online shopping, actually have selection and no interaction with people that act like you're bothering them.

Honestly one of the best Party City stores I’ve come across from April 2020 to May 2020 as there were many events and expectations.

Only in the store for a few moments as to potentially not expose myself to the pandemic, I was still able to be awestruck by the kindness of the employees and stocked up merchandise on display.
