I'm unsure how two of my orders have been messed up and severely late.

Order #1. Missing an entire Pizza and 2L
Order #2. I ordered 1.5 hours ahead of time for 6:15 pm, but it's 6:48 pm, and it is still not here

My pizza just got delivered and I am not pleased AT ALL!! Instead of the red sauce I asked for the white sauce and as you can see in the picture it’s literally NO SAUCE just cheese. This pizza is EXTREMELY DRY and the onions taste spoiled. Then I asked for two ranch dipping sauces and they gave me dressing instead. If I could give zero stars I would!

UPDATE: I called and they delivered another pizza with no problem!!! And it look, smell, & taste A LOT BETTER!!

The drivers are usually polite and friendly, and the food is always hot and delicious. On the last two occasions, I had inadequate service. The last time the young lady forgot my two beverages, she said her manager was rushing her. She asked if I wanted her to bring them back later... I told her no because the pizza was already here.

Another time, it took about 1 hour twenty minutes for delivery. When I called the young gentleman answering the phone, he informed me that my pizza had just left. Which was over an hour after I placed order

While the food was good, customer service was lacking. I'm disabled and it's hard to get in and out so we chose curbside. They refused curbside saying they didn't offer that option even though the online ordering said they did and even said it on the receipt. That's one reason we decided to get dinner here because of curbside. Even when I told the person who answered the phone the reason we needed curbside and that the online ordering offered it and confirmed it would be curbside he just said "oh well we don't do that".

I order frequently from your chapel Hill and morning Star locations. I have a personal and corporate account when i buy lunch for my employees. Lately it has always been something at your Chapel Hill location, a couple months ago i ordered soda with my pizza and the delivery got forgot it… said he would bring it back and never did. A couple weeks later i ordered pizza and wings and my pizza had shifted to the side as if it was smashed or dropped and my wings were cold. As i tracked my order via the app my delivery time kept changing the driver apologized and told me they added deliveries as he was leaving. This last time i ordered I’m pretty sure i had someone else order and they had mines. I called in and they confirmed i had someone else order. I asked if i can get the correct order sent and they told me it would be a while before they could get it out. I asked for a manager and they put me on hold……came back and said they manager wasn’t available but they can assist. I told them if they couldn’t get my correct pizza that i paid for out to feed my family i wanted a refund. The gentleman put me on hold…. Came back again and apologized and told me i would have to speak to the manager… and before i order online call in and ask for the manager. Today 10-5 i called and asked for a manager and after i was drilled on why i wanted to speak to a manager a young lady finally came on the phone very dry” How can I help you “. I explained my dilemma and she told me she didn’t see any notes so there was nothing she could do. I told her i KNEW this was going to happen and i was upset because my last 3 experiences there was a problem. She put me on hole and came back and said she see no notes so she couldn’t do anything. When i asked for the corporate number she told me unfortunately… they wer franchised and i was speaking to her… Makayla…( so i assume she is the owner). I have always eaten Marcos for about 15 years and never experienced service as bad as my last three visits to your chapel hill location. And Makayla as an owner, you need to understand when there is a mess up… you try to make it right. My money was spent… and in my eyes wasted. I wouldn’t have left a review because i know things happen… but i didn’t like the way you handled it. I also work in customer service so I understand there may instances where the customer is not right….. but i feel as a owner Malaya…. Instead of being rude… and brushing me off…. You should have tried to make it right.

Manager Mckaleigh prejudged me & admitted it instead of listening to the words that were coming out of my mouth!

After 8+ years of patronizing this store, I will no longer be a customer here as long as she and Alison are the managers!

I requested a lightly baked pizza as I have been doing since I’ve been visiting this location. Over the phone, I told Mckaleigh that sometimes they skimp me on the ground beef. I let her know that sometimes there are literally 2-3 pieces of meat on a slice. I asked her to make sure they made it correctly. Her response was “if you want more meat, then I’ll have to charge you extra.” I responded by saying “that’s not what I asked for”, and then restated my ask. Long story short, she got nasty. When I arrived at the store, I looked at my pizza and it wasn’t lightly baked, nor was the meat evenly distributed. She took the pizzas, & slammed them in the trash. The new pizzas came out the same way.

I called in the next day looking for the store manager, only to learn from Mckaleigh that her store manager Alison was standing there the day of my visit, and watched the entire interaction. Never once did she intervene.

During this call, Mckaleigh asked if she could assist me. I told her not really since the complaint was against her, instead I requested to speak to the Area Manager. Mckaleigh said I would receive a call from Michelle (area manager). A few minutes after our call, I received a call back from Mckaleigh as she wanted to try and get in front of the situation before I took it higher. She admitted to prejudging me as a customer that wanted more meat for free rather than actually listening. She also admitted to being frustrated which is why she threw pizzas in the trash rather than giving them to me as a curtesy since my order was messed up, and I had to wait for new pizzas. I let her know that I have been a customer for 8+ years, and typically bypass closer locations to come here weekly …sometimes more than once a week. I also informed her that I had just visited this location twice the prior week. She did not care!

It has been 2 weeks, and I still have not received a back from the area manager.

I'm not sure if they have new pizza makers but quality of food has gone down. I have been getting delivered orders from this location for years since I've moved in the area. My last two orders have been horrible. My chicken was burnt the last order and my customized pizza was regular. Tried them again and once again same thing. Chicken pieces look like they are from cornish hens and pizza was regular and crust dry. The pictures are nothing to what I ordered. Calling them is a waste of time. Pick a different location.

Employee on prep line making pizza without gloves andI brought to management he said it’s not necessary because the pizza will go in the oven at 400 degrees so it will kill all the germs.. I told him it was unsanitary and he said I have be making pizza for 4 years.

Manager Mckaleigh prejudged me & admitted it instead of listening to the words that were coming out of my mouth!

Marco's pizza Chapel Hill is fantastic! The manager is awesome & I love the way he interacts with his staff. Food was great & he gave me a drink for $1 as a gesture! The restaurant was clean & had a great atmosphere! Again thank you Marcos, I will be back.

We ordered 1 small 2-topping pizza, 1 calzone, 1 foot long sandwich and 1 individual sized chicken Cesar salad plus a brownie. All of this for came up to just $62.00 and that included the delivery fee, tax and driver tip!! This was enough food to make 9 full meals each with entree, some salad and a piece of brownie, and a little extra. Great taste and arrived hot and fresh. I placed order at 8:04 and it was at my door at 8:41. You must order from or go to the chapel hill location though, not the other Douglasville stores. It's the only good one in town!!

Update.... Today, I had delivery pizza. I wasn't very happy with my order. As you can see from my last photo in comparison to today's photo on the quality of the pizza. I also ordered and paid extra for salami for the salad, but it was not on the salad.
I love the cauliflower pizza here. I never get sick with my gluten intolerance. The staff is very helpful.

Marcos is so unprofessional and got delusional workers like a older hating old lady who looks like a old auntie came to my house being disrespectful and delusional acting like she was pretty and she wasn’t and I was like this lady needs mental help she sounds delusional if she thinks she’s prettier and she wasn’t and I’m not here for that I just wanted for my service that I paid for to happen and she intentionally forgot my sauces and did not pick up the phone when I asked to call back the food looks like dhit and it’s not that good I’ve had two delusional workers show up to my nice neighborhood being delusional like this and being unprofessional and deranged it seems like Marcos workers they have mental health issues and they need to seek out a professional for they delusionals they too old to be that delusional and making not enough money below minimum wage I highly don’t recommend

Love this location and the employees are always nice AF to us.. my only issue (not a deal breaker but) is that the pizza is oftentimes cut off center so the pieces are all different sizes.. sometimes it isn't cut all the way to the bottom either, but it's within the "window of tolerance for human error" and not a reason to take away any stars at all.. we just grab our pizza cutter and it's a quick fix.. download the app to earn points for valuable savings and coupons to stretch your budget further..

Pizza arrived barely lukewarm, under-seasoned and without the sauce packets I paid extra for. I called and was told I could wait until later that night for a 2nd delivery or accept a refund. I requested a refund but never received it.

Ordered the all meat pizza, the I saw your advertisement offering a 1/2 & 1/2 puzza. So I ordered the all meat, 1/2 & 1/2 with mushrooms and olives on one half. They wrote it up that way, but gave me what they want 1/2 all meat and 1/2 mushrooms and olives. Thanks for messing up my dinner.

If you want to order Marcos pizza, go to the other location in Douglasville on brightstar rd and douglas blvd to get pizza with more toppings and also has all the promo deals!
It location on chapel hill rd doesn’t to all the promo (Hot Deals) that all the other locations have! This location is just wanting all their customers to dig extra deep into their pockets! If get pizza from here ask them what the specials are and when they have none or just one deal ask them why they choose to not participate

Marco's has a couple of tables with chairs, but is really at take-out or delivery restaurant. Their pizza and chicken Cesar salad is delicious! A small pie has 6 reasonable size pieces and a regular chicken Cesar salad has nice grilled chicken and fresh shavings of parmesan cheese and delicious dressing. Just under $18 for a really satisfying meal for the two of us! Friendly, prompt service.

Our pizzas were amazing!!! And it was hot and fresh! Y’all have the best pepperoni hands down!!! And it was delivered on time! I did leave a 25% tip though. Tip your delivery guys well!!! They deserve it!

Absolutely rude if you call past 10pm even though they don't close til 11pm and forget about getting a delivery past 9 p.m. absolutely garbage service. They should really start getting some employees from Chick-fil-A or Papa John's because I can order Papa John's at 10:45 and my pizza will still be delivered within 30 minutes. Every single time I call Marco's I get the same rude experience

Ordered at 4:40 PM and finally received my pizza at 8:15 PM and found my order on the bench on my front porch! I was told it would be 30 to 35 minutes for delivery at 4:40PM. CALLED AT 6:15 to find out about it. Was told by manager that the store had run out of dough and it would be another hour and a half then found on my front porch cold! I will be very much reluctant to order from this store ever. My suggestion is never use this store.

Hard to rate atmosphere as it is not a done on location. Pizza is pretty consistent and they don't skimp. Domino's has lost me forever although that's not saying much.

I get food delivered mostly, they are really fast. I love the delivery tracker if you order online. The toppings are always fresh. Nice crust consistency, very good sauce. Wings are good to just ask for crispy.

10/9/22 I order for my kids and this was delivered to me old and cold!! Also ordered a sandwich for myself and The sandwich bread was mushy and wet at the bottom like it has been sat in water. This was absolutely unexceptionable because the person who cut the pizza knew it looked this way but didn't care!! The whole thing was rushed!!

The specialty pizza The WORKS is never offered as a choice when using a coupon under their hot deals. It is the only one missing as a choice. Tried contacting this store but nobody at the restaurant seems to care. To answer the owners response; Really? You can't figure out what to do to fix the problem???

I ordered from here at 8:40pm and around 10:00pm I called the store to check on my order I always order from this location and have never had any problems but I spoke to the manager LESLIE and he said they placed my order on carry out he will have them remake my order and deliver it.. my order was not remade or even reheated it was VERY COLD I’m very disappointed & upset that he lied.. it’s not about the money it’s the principle

After a while you get tired of bad service.. final time dealing with them..got my order.. had a pizza and Calzone.. pizza came late after a phone call and then open the box.. no sauce for calzone.. I call and say the driver just left can he bring it back.. after a loooonnggg hold I get, no we can't deliver a sauce but can give you a $.50 credit. Who wants a eat a dry Calzone.. just hung up.. to many orders late and wrong..

I usually get a build your own pizza bowl and I'm always a little disappointed by the thinness. The pan is close to 2½" deep, but they only fill it up ½". If they layered the bowl with more toppings and added more marinara sauce, it'd be worthy of 5 🤩 Nothing looks like it does on the commercials 😆

Let me start by saying Marco's Pizza is delicious! Tonight was the first time we ever had an issue. We ordered 3 different pizzas and one was the wrong pizza. When I called they were awesome!!! They apologized up and down and within 30 min I had a hot pizza at my door again!! No questions asked just awesome customer service. We all make mistakes but they made it right and we're super fast about it!!!!

Ordered a pizza on-line from this location and the driver placed our food on the freaking ground (we did not request contactless) And the young girl Bellamy (Supervisor) said the driver waited too long (I saw the driver pull up)....this is by far the dumbest decision I've seen as far as food delivery goes. Always fast service! Pizza is always fresh and cooked to perfection. Only had an issue with an order maybe once or twice in the last 4 years. They always make things right. I love ordering on the app!

Looked busy inside. People working hard. Sandwiches were good. Wings were no good. Too Small and under-cooked. Looking for a little crispy. Asked to cook triple. I just won't order wings from here anymore. Every thing else is good.

Marco's pizza is really good.
You taste the price and well worth it.
The only thing is that next time I will ask for my wings to be double baked..

Their pizza is my absolute favorite! It's always fresh, hot and delicious. Many pizza restaurants don't have green olives but Marco's do! It's the little things that make me choose them over the many others. You can also order online, which can, at times, be a bit frustrating as it's not the easiest to navigate. But well worth it!

It’s weird that delivery is clearly posted on their website and advertisement, however, when I called in, I was informed that deliveries aren’t taking place. It’s sad that in a pandemic we are told to support the restaurants when they are doing the same shady practices as they were before. I probably won’t support this establishment any longer and don’t appreciate being met with a rude demeanor from the young lady that answered the telephone.

Pizza is always made to order delicious. Be very aware, this is not a corporate location. Commercials that are marketed do not apply always to this location. Call ahead because the app may not coincide with this store.

So I honestly blame myself as I continue to come expecting great service and food only to be dissaponted with ok service and incorrect orders. I honestly think I may be done this go round, after having my wing order incorrect I had to wait an additional 20 mins only to receive my wings not to my satifacrion. Again the service is Ok, its just they always mess up my wings and I only order plain wings, don't know how you mess up plain wings though. Still love you all just want my wings cooked corrtly the first time.

Marco's pizza Chapel Hill Rd (Publix plaza) doesn't know the meaning of [customer service]. I waited over 30 minutes for a pizza 🍕 I ordered that never came. After 20 minutes of waiting in my car (because signs are posted No Entry Allowed), I [attempted] to call them to check on the status of my order. Huh!!! I remained on hold for nearing 13 minutes and 3 minutes waiting on my business phone (hoping I'd have better luck calling from another line). SMDH! The young lady that was positioned as a runner (bringing the orders to the cars) actually brought me someone else order telling me I had already paid. It clearly wasn't my order and I told her that. Then, she walked away apparently giving the order to the proper person. I had my 2-year-old with me who had lost all patience at this point so I left. I'm so disgusted and I'll NEVER return. I should have known better. The first and last time I went there the got my order wrong and had to remake the pizza. NEVER AGAIN! For excellent customer service, go to Marco's Pizza 🍕 off of BRIGHT STAR ⭐ RD. They're very personable and they treat their customer's with respect.

I live in lanc.Pa I visit Ga. I have to have a all meat white pizza with pineapple. That's so delectable. Scrumptious in the morning with coffee. Mayannnn I'm tryna tell ya!!!!!!

Until today, this was my go to place for pizza. My order was wrong so I called the manager and she offered to make another pizza (if I wanted to drive back) or a credit ($5). I opted for the credit. I pick up a slice of pizza and it was dripping with grease and the bottom of the box was covered in grease. The pizza was wet and soggy with little to no cheese on the pizza. This experience was horrible. I ordered pizza because I didn’t want to cook but this is inedible. "

The service was awful! We ordered online and when we got there we said online we were there. Out online order said it would be ready 530-540. I called at 545, the girl brought out our pizza and I asked how long has it been ready and she said they just pulled it out. This was a lie, the pizza was coming cold and the order was not complete. She did not care at all. It will be awhile before I visit this establishment.
