Very disappointed! I’ve used them for years and typically without issue. However after one of our employees called and spoke to the person I told him to speak with I was extremely unhappy with the conversation that took place. So I called and spoke with her myself, feeling better about the situation I sent over the requested information. Then waited three weeks and called back, it was almost like I was inconveniencing her with asking for help with a simple business card design. So gave her the benefit of a doubt and waited two more weeks before emailing again. Only to be told I’m extremely busy and it takes time, well found another printing company that accommodated us the next day. We’ll take all of our companies printing elsewhere going forward, sad!

The man at the front was so excited with me! This was my first order for the sign for my business. As a new business owner going through a lot of firsts, it felt good to be able to openly share my joy with him and have it replicated back to me. Friendly and speedy service. My sign came out perfect!

I don't know exactly where to begin. I can't describe how awesome this place is. Kathy is the sweetest and most kind person. The work is exemplaphory. I had them create and frame a poem for me, and it actually brought me to tears. They really believe in customer satisfaction to the fullest and I will recommend anyone that needs excellent work and service to go see them.

I rarely leave reviews but all I can say is RUDE!!. The lady who answered the phone was short and cold. I asked how are you doing and she basically asked what did I want. I took my business elsewhere. To Acra Printing Signs in Villa Rica. Now THAT was great customer service. She answered all my questions and got me a quote ASAP. Getting my Flyers in less than a day. She even engaged in great conversation with me trying to give me the best product and save me money.

Eric at Allegra by far went above expectations. Customer service has lacked in businesses today but not here. He not only listened to my ideas but offered suggestions for a better product and outcome. The warm greeting from the secretary (forgive me I don't remember her name) to the help getting my finished product to the truck is what made this buying experience one to remember. Jim was able to do the PANTRY logo for my glass pantry door in 1 day. Others wanted over a week and art work charge etc. I just gave him a clear picture. He did an amazing job. Im very thankful for Allegra and Jim to be of service to me and my husband in our time of need. It is beyond Beautiful. People who have been here many times realize it when they come in and look over in the kitchen area. Thank you guys so much. Will definitely use you again for things like this. Jim and his staff at Allergra are friendly and responsive to my growing printing needs. Kathy redesigned my company logo and I love it I ordered new door vinyl, business cards, business cards for my entire staff, letterhead and lawn signs. Everything was ready in a short amount of time. I am preparing my marketing needs new key chains, note pads, bags and T-shirt

Fantastic folks! We use Allegra to print our vehicle club newsletters and the prices for their services beat the big box office store competitors by a mile. We save money every month and the results are always of the perfect quality. Recently for the 4th of July holiday, we had stopped by to see whether they could make some vinyl stars for one vehicle and talk about some options for a windshield cling. They were able to accomplish both projects and the stars came out great, and looked great on our vehicle in the July 4th Parade. These guys are fantastic at quality printing and fantastic customer service both of which are rare traits in today’s retail market. If you have any web/media/copy/print/vinyl/signs I can highly recommend Allegra Marketing Print Mail for your job!
