Awesome thrift store! Very clean and organized. Great selection of furniture, jewelry, and vintage clothing. Their non-vintage clothing are priced very low ! Workers are always very helpful and kind! I have grabbed a set of chairs, a table, and some cool wall art mask from here recently! Highly reccommend.

OMG, the merchandise in this thrift store exceeds the name. This should be a official Home Decor store. These guys do an excellent job at providing top notch unique pieces that are elegant and one of a kind..love this place!

I’m a longtime Customer of this store. Being a Reseller it’s not odd for me to spend hundreds of dollars per week at 10:10 Thrift. I discovered on yesterday’s receipt that the Cashier forgot to include my Senior Citizen’s discount on a ticket totaling $91 from Wednesday. So today, I went into the store to shop as usual, presented my receipt & was told by an employee that “Management” said they will give me a $9 discount “this time” but the signs are posted as if it was my responsibility as the Customer to remember the Store sales? Well there won’t be another “next time”. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere at Stores that appreciate & welcome my business. Unbelievable!!

Not what I expected at all. Clean and well organized. Housewares were reasonably priced. Accessories were priced high for a normal budget. One homemade handbag was $65! These are donated items.

Always love shopping here! It's a very clean store with quality selection. I always leave with a great find! I went again today to drop off some donations. I told myself not to go inside because I don't need anything! Of course I left with a pair of Teva hiking sandals, a new blanket (definitely didn't need that as I have a solid blanket collection already), and 3 small vintage glass bowls with lids that will be perfect for sauces and what not. Everyone that works there is so nice. I really do love this store.

Young girl at counter not personable never said hello or cracked a smile not welcoming, she doesn't want to be there. Specifically asked her if I received my cash discount and she said yes, went to car she lied to me & also my friend before me. We love this place, and discount is a huge incentive at 1010!. The only things that are thrift are the clothes, everything else is new and overpriced. You can get the same stuff at Ross for way less. I’m so disappointed, used to be so wonderful and fun to shop there.

This place is a mix between home goods and plato's corner. Most of the home decor are new and priced like Marshall's etc.The customer service that I got was not great. I asked for an item that there was no tag and apparently not for sale. Maybe put a tag that is NFS or display only. She didn't offer any other products or asked more. It was just "not for sale" ...period.

Literally my favorite store in the world. Not only do they have a great selection of clothing at super low thrift store prices, they also stock on trend, brand new furniture, wall art and other decorative items for the home at or near wholesale prices. Its owned by and benefits the church next door. Check em out!

Wonderful store!! The store is full of beautiful furniture, pictures and outdoor items. A treasure in every corner. The prices are a little high on some items, but you'll understand why when you walk in. 1010 Thrift definitely doesn't disappoint. Now, I let y'all know how wonderful 1010 Thrift is. I really want to love this thrift store. 4 years ago this place was great. Prices were adequate but now employees have been rude the last few years. Many judging and even mocking customers for items they buy and prices are greatly inflated. I pop in every once in a while just to see if things have changed and still leave with a few small items however the experience uas definately changed.

The pricing is much more among the lines of an upscale boutique. The majority of this stuff is brand new. The clothes are second hand and reasonably priced. Not much in the area of plus sized clothing.

1010 Thrift is a great place to shop for home decor and there are so many unique pieces to add to any room if you are doing a makeover. They also have bargain clothing, shoes and jewelry. It's worth the time to shop ... just take your time and have fun!

Not a thrift store. The clothes are on par with prices at consignment shops. The furniture and home decor appears new and has price tags you’d find at rooms to go or Aaron’s. The first thing I saw when walking in was a couch, looked new, carried a $620.00. If you’re looking for actual thrift shops look elsewhere.

Not what it used to be, more like a Kirklands now with over priced home decor. Definitely not a thrifty place anymore. Clothes are still at thrift store prices but the selection isn't too great. Disappointing really. My husband and I would go all the time and get great deals. Not anymore.
This was my review a year ago. We were there yesterday. Prices are up even higher. $80 for lamps? How can they call themselves thrift??

Great store lots of unique decor items at reasonable prices. However, considering it is a business afflilated with a church I was expecting a better customer service experience. Noone spoke when my son and I walked end just looked at us and I thought we would have gotten a have a nice day or thank you for coming in but neither.

In my opinion, 1010 is the best Thrift Store I have visited so far. It's clean, well organized and supports great charities. They also carry "new" items in addition to used.

Prices have increased significantly, since we last shopped at 10:10. It now caters to a higher income clientele. Us middle class and lower income shoppers are out of luck. Nice stuff, though.

They are pretty good. It's pretty and clean inside, but they are way too overpriced on most of their stuff except clothing and toys. They have used lamps for $80-90. That's ridiculous considering it was all donated to them. Even more annoying is the amount of "display only" items. It's a thrift store. it should be sold. Overall they are decent. I have found some good deals here on kitchen stuff, clothing and some times toys.

Today on May 30th @ 1030 I was at the store asked to buy something outside, about 10 minutes later someone else shows up to buy it. They sold it to them.
The manager is lowdown, sneaky, unscrupulus. I told her she was unprofessional. She didn't care it was obviously someone she called to come get it.

For a religious organization it speaks to the character of the church when this is the behavior going on!!

Sad this kind of stuff still goes on in 2018!!
5/30 3pm
Now they have text me back and said it's available for $225. This morning they told me $125. Really???

My friend is in the store as an employee was loading up the bamboo set. She got inquisitive about it. They said an employee bought it for $125. This is blatant employee abuse to a business for the church. Still they have no SCRUPPLES!!!!!
What kinda church let's this go on???

I have been here many times. They have cheaper prices than the goodwill and it goes to a better cause so you don't mind spending your money here. They have selection just not a bunch. Their sorters really watch for stains and rips.

I started shopping there when it opened about 3 yrs ago. You could get a lot of good deals at that time. But now they are selling a lot of retail decor and if you want to pay $125 for a chair or $45 for a 18 inch topiary (very small). But a lot of their stuff is from a retail distributor with price tags to match. You can still find some good deals but not thrift anymore. They need to change their name to 10:10 retail store.

This review is on the store itself, not the customer service. The store is clean and the setup feels like home. I love how they have items in front of the store, listed as free. Get there early because the good stuff goes fast. And most stuff is reasonably priced.

Honestly the best thrift store in douglasville to me;) yea some of it can be a little pricey but I still love this store even there set up just feels like home. It's not like value village or goodwill it's way better and it doesn't really have that smell that most thrift stores have its just overall a awesome store with nice stuff;) and there reasonable to the staff is extra friendly and even the church is 100 to me ;)

Very friendly and nice pple at this store. They showed me their Godly spirit. I came in with my two year old.Had a bad day and my card wasn't working. They were very nice and I left their thanking them and smiling home. I get good discounts there too. Thank you 10:10 for being nice to me and my kids.

Great place! It is a fundraising front for a church mission program. They don't gouge you like Value Village. They have flat rates for items by category. Great cause, great people, great prices
