The lady at the front is always so rude! No joy in her at all! She needs to smile and be nicer she acts nice but it’s fake. The jeans are $10 because they are “brand name” she said. This is a thrift store and there’s people out here that can’t afford those prices. I wanted jeans for my daughter. I wasn’t about to pay $3 for 3 jeans at a thrift store that gets EVERYTHING DONATED! Like Wth?? She didn’t offer a discount or anything! I doubt I’m coming back here.

Really awesome experience everytime I go. Always find unexpected things in there. The workers there are always upbeat and very courteous. We bought a couch set from them and didn't have a truck to move it. They helped move it and refused to take anything. Their response was to pay it forward or help someone else out. There is definitely God's love in this place.

Diamond in the Rough as far as thrift stores go.
Inventory is always changing with great items. They offer half price tags, and instore sales . The store is clean , staff is amazing, my secret is out.

MY FAVORITE PLACE TO SHOP! I stop in here 3/4 mornings every week looking for treasures and boy do they have em. Their prices are unbeatable! Leighanne is a true GEM. Oh! And the guy Jeff, well he's a keeper. ALWAYS SO VERY HELPFUL!

It was alright. Didn't seem to have much variety in household items or sleepwear for women. The options for maternity clothes and baby items were a bit lackluster as well. The overall service was nice however, and the lady at checkout was polite.

I was entirely satisfied with their selection of clothes. They also have a vast inventory of items that could be used by virtually anyone
The staff is very pleasant, especially Kimberly. I was blessed in just meeting here

Just picked up 4 pairs of shorts and a vest for less than 15$. I'm a big fan of a good deal and you can get that here. Plus supporting local ministries is a great plus... Unlike goodwill that donates 0% of their profits to charity.

Only negative... No changing rooms... Or not that I saw.

I am very concerned with this organization and the authenticity of their employees! I am speaking in particular to the Director of the organization Leann. She had a conversation with a co worker, at the time in which my co worker was in the process of donating several bags of cloths and shoes to this organization. My coworker asked her basic questions in terms of non profits and her interest. Leann was not helpful in answering the questions, she had somewhat of an attitude, she was not joyful or loving and to be quite honest she was rude! I really am hoping that RACE is not playing a factor in her ability to be kind to my co worker because that would be downright ignorant! If you are running a non profit/ministry especially with the words “LOVING” in the title then we in the community expect great service and a helpful demeanor! We will now take all of our donations elsewhere..only to a company that has high values, respect, patience and love for individuals.

Please be more KIND! That’s all we are asking for!

I absolutely love this place is so amazing! The people are so helpful, wonderful, caring and have a great heart. The products are great and the prices are great as well. There’s always something for everyone. They help a lot of people in the community!

I had a problem where Loving Hands could've helped me with. There was a cashier that out of the blue got very rude behind her boss's back. I felt the boss took sides. It's hard enough living with a disability. There's no way after that first impression I would trust them with anything. And I was totally surprised especially since they supposed to be a Christian based organization. That's not the way it should go; to make a person feel so hurt, which they did with me. Actually the whole experience brought tears. I don't think I'll ever go back there. And if anyone from Loving Hands reads this, plz coach your personnel. That wasn't the only time it happened on a visit, but this time was the icing on the cake. And if this was done to me, it's got to be others. Why, if I said nothing out the way, it turned out like that? The only thing I did was say nothing out the way and walked out.

Great place to shops for used items. Clothing and linens are carefully sorted for quality. Free day-old bakery items from local Publix usually available. Nice selection of used books.
