90!?!? Dollars for a Kpop album is such a big scam, it's ridiculous for these prices never realized how expensive everything is, I recommend Target or Ebay to get your kpop albums

I took my son and daughter into the store to check out all the candy and stuffed animals they have. I loved all the different candy they had, stuff you can’t find other places. The store manager, Tasha, was so extremely helpful and so patient with my kids. My son is only 1 and kept grabbing things from his stroller and my daughter had to literally pick up or touch everything! Most stores we’d been in that day had gotten irritated by this but she was so understanding and it was very refreshing! The store was very well organized as well, very clean! We will be going back for more of the candy and great customer service!

My daughter and I visited this store this past Saturday 2/10/24 to spend the remainder on her gift card. The cashier asked if we wanted to sign up for the 10% off discount card, I told her yes. I went ahead and swiped the gift card once and she told me it didn’t go through, she asked me to swipe it again and I did and it didn’t go through that time either. She then went on to say that the 10% off doesn’t work with gift cards and would need to take it off, I told it that was fine. Once she removed the discount she asked me to swipe the card a the third time, when I did it this time it went through on her end but said I had a zero balance on the gift card. I called the back of the card and spoke to a representative that stated there was two transactions made today one in the amount of $31 and a second in the amount of $5 and change which completely emptied the card. I told the rep that we did indeed swipe the card twice but was told that it didn’t go through on the stores end, the cashier showed me the screen saying the transaction was voided. The representative stated that since it went through on their end, that the store was at fault and the owner or manager would need to call. The assistant manager called twice and could never get through to a representative. I even asked for the items to just be refunded back to the card but she stated she couldn’t because in the FYE system, the transaction was already voided. I spent over 45 minutes calling the customer service number and being transferred multiple times and never received any kind of help or resolution. I had a prior engagement that I needed to get to so we had to leave empty handed. My daughter was very upset that not only was she not able to buy her items but that her gift card is also empty. This trip was a total waste of time and of course money because we paid for items that we never received nor were refunded for. I was told that the actual Manager would get back to me by the end of the day, but I haven’t heard from her. I even called store several times to no avail. I’ve already emailed the corporate office in hopes of getting some kind of help as I haven’t received any help from the store. If I haven’t heard anything back by the end of this week, I’m going to file a police report.

They always have great selections of videos. I've never been in and not found a movie or show I was looking for. And Die Hard is a Christmas movie!!!

Highly disappointed with the management. my daughter got a gift card for her bday and saved it for a year and then went to the store to try to use it and it was swiped twice as a gift card and a cc andthey told her there was no balance on the card . So she paid cash and when i called to check balance and trans of the GFC it said the amount was swiped for it that day. I tried to have the store assist me with it and see why her card was swiped but the balance was was not showing . Well i have gone back and forth witht them and the manager was basically saying "it was swiped but they cant do anything" i was very disappointed bc my daughter is a huge FYE STORE fan and i am a member of their backstage pass. They are a pricey store and we still go in there and spend money so for that. to be the outcome I am going to consider spending our money elsewhere !!

Very nice staff. I remember when FYE was more of a music store and was on the upper level of Arbor Place Mall. They had a small anime section in the back corner which everyone that liked it at the time (not many) would go back too. I like the smaller store with the re vamped look. Also they moved on with times but still have sections to get CDs. Which just looks cool. We grabbed Reptar bars from there. I remember sitting with my brother and always wanting them while we watched Tommy and Cuckies tongue's change colors. Great store, pricing and gadgets.

Me , my sister and husband visited fye because they have different types of snacks we don’t get to see a lot . As my sister and husband were playing around a lady yelled at them across the store. I turned around and say “excuse me “ thinking she was going to change the tone in her voice (she seemed annoyed , angry and she was yelling). She continued to yell across the store as I explain to her we are adults and that’s not the way to talk to anyone and very inappropriate, she told us it was her store and she doesn’t want us to mess it up. A young man beside her tells me not to over react and we can get out. They didn’t apologize I called the store they said they couldn’t do anything. I’m just wondering what if we weren’t adults, is that how she talk to younger customers or talk to any customers? They were extremely rude. And if it is her store why would you treat anyone like that.

Not the best place but not the worst either. Clearance sales are pretty good here but most evening else is a little on the high side for me. You can find some really cool things, just be prepared to shell out theoney for them.

The cashiers will straight trick you into signing up for subscriptions without offering up all the information. I'm sure they have to do it because its their job, but its shady of management.

Not as good as it used to be also stuff is really not cheap either that looks like cheap merchandise, there was some kids going around harassing strangers to buy stuff for them when I was there, the workers didn't say anything. I swear I thought I saw one of them pocket some of the candy as well since the workers were too busy conversing.

The staff is weird, except for one. They're the awkward teens that don't like work, but need to work, and the vibe is definitely present. Store inventory is sub-par. It's like going to Ross in the hope you'll find something worth buying. Used to be an amazing place to shop.

Fye might have the cringiest store name of all time, but that doesn’t subtract points from this review. The biggest problem is the insane prices on some movies, tv shows, etc. Fye does have a decent section of movies with sleeves so you guarantee you get the full product, but many products are 5x the Amazon asking price. Before buying anything there check Amazon! I have found some things for less but never by much, the most was by $10 on a $100 tv series. The only good part about fye is the ability to check if the movie has a sleeve and some dvds get marked down quite a bit if not bought off the shelf in time. Also, all the preowned movies are in very good conditions almost new. If you are a movie collector, I recommend going. The best advice I can offer is to at minimum check how much the prices on Amazon are and price match. The anime area has some insane prices, one tv series w worth $22 on Amazon is priced at $99 on fye, I’m not kidding, and price matching isn’t allowed from my knowledge. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE price check before buying anything.

If you're really into anime and geeky type things, this is the place for you. I've been able to find cool collectables and decor for my dorm, it's all cool. I find some items in there pricey but what's not to expect especially with this being in a mall. All in all, really nice place to geek in haha!
