Jordan is one of the managers at this location and she's absolutely amazing!! I appreciate her knowledge about making sure that I got the best deals. Her customer service is amazing and I will make sure to come again to this specific store because she is that good at serving you as a customer! These people are a dam joke! They were trying to pull a fast one on my son! A controller was litterly priced and displayed for 37 and the guy took it and changed the price and would not honor the original price! That’s some bull!!!Dam Scammer!

If you call, prepare to not have the best service. Sometimes they're nice but others, depending on who answers, they seem bothered by answering the phone. In store service is a lot better. They're helpful and answer questions when they can.

I was going to leave a review about how nice and knowledgeable the staff was, until I cancelled my pre-order. I went in, business as usual, the guy greeted me very friendly after he was helping 2 others guy. Everything changed when I said I asked him to refund my pre-order as I didn’t want it anymore. I got an immediate guilt trip and he was very rude to me. Avoid these stores and just shop GameStop.com if you really want something from them.

Ordered ninetendo switch 1030 am on Nov 1st paid extra for same day delivery.... November 2nd 1150 am customer service tells me they acknowledged the order but haven't marked it ready for pickup.... and I have to call them... from 1205 till 1230 I called back to back no answer.... went up at 115 pm they r freaking closed. Call customer service back spend over an hour on the phone with them they can't get in touch with the store and I'm like yea cuz they r closed.... the.only thing they can do is cancle and refund the order but then I gotta wait 3 to 5 days to be refunded so I can drive to Hiram to get the darn game system

This GameStop is absolutely garbage. They’re never open when they should be like 2pm on a Saturday. They selectively take trades when they want to and then if you have a return they give you a hard time. What is the point to this GameStop???

A pretty decent selection of games and collectibles. Has a tendency to get crowded when it's busy, since this is the only Gamestop in Douglasville now.

I when in to get some information on The Fortnite Cards for which I was not at all vaguely familiar with for my Grandson who just made 10 years old.The Manager on duty there gave me some great advice. I ended up purchasing Two Cards one for the $13,800 points and the other for the 5,000 points, I also purchased a used PS-4 game cartridge called (CALL TO DUTY) that came with a additional warranty for one year for a $1.99 which I found reasonable priced and a great deal as well. I look forward to making additional purchases in the future from The Game Stop Store because of The Manager that was there on Friday July 30th 2021 during the morning shift was Excellent with Great Knowledge of the products, for which he had also explained to me just how everything worked, and that I could purchase more storage space in the future for my Grandson's PS-4 Console Unit.

Waited 40 minutes after store open time to trade in some things towards a preorder and other things. The computers were down created the store open delay. When it opened I went in trying to trade in my items and i was told the person working didn't have a license to accept trades. I asked if anybody else was able to that day. She said no not till tomorrow.

So i waited 40 minutes and was unable to complete any transaction.

I enjoy going to this Gamestop. DeShawn helps me and she is always courteous to me and other people. Made this my main store. There is one in Arbor Place Mall but im not a mall person. If you're like me, the come to this location.

GameStop as a whole has become overpriced for their goods, but the real reason I gave them a one star is because of their shady unethical business practices. My receipt for my purchase shows clearly that I was overcharged by about $10.00; this was done by the register swapping prices and supposeded discounts. Even with their complicated algorithm used by their registers, I noticed a penny added to the receipt total for no reason; I had this calculated to the nearest 100th of a cent and rounding up, yet they still added a cent on top of that. Adding a cent here and there is a old hacker trick where you skim money off of individuals or customers; this can add up to a lot of money. With all the overpricing and scams that GameStop is running, there is no reason for the company to say that it is not making money nor is there any reason for them to not pay their base or low level employees more; this is a clear sign that the CEO and upper management of GameStop are getting paid way too much as they run their company in a mafia style organized way; customers and low level employees are worthless, fair game to steal from and to take advantage of; even their customer service is a scam as they hire outside people with no power and no way to fix problems; customer service people are only there to answer the phone and say, "I'm sorry." They are not going to help you with your problem, but they will say, "I'm sorry." To put this in perspective, if a mugger beats you up and takes all your money, it's ok as long as they have some lacky say to you, "I'm sorry." When GameStop goes out of business they need not blame the internet or anything other than their customers realizing how corrupt they actually are.

Usually I have no problem here. Today however I was browsing around looking at games and the sales associate was being extremely pushy even after we told him we were fine. He kept pushing us to pre order games, to let him help use find a game, and over all would not leave us alone. We wound up leaving and going to the game stop in the mall. They at least let us shop in peace.
