Dollar Tree

Store has good collection of items but the customer service and staff is AWFUL. They close the doors 10 mins before closing time and would not let customers enter the store. Wasted 20 min of drive for nothing.

This is a bigger Dollar Tree outlet among those I visited at Alpharetta, Suwanee, Buckhead, and Hapevile.

Lots of choices and varieties. When compared to other outlets where I found few aisles empty, here all aisles were having merchandise.

Billing is - as usual at Dollar Tree - fast and easy. Lots of Parking. Few other shops nearby - so you can plan your visit combining other shopping.

I didn't had much time to shop. Will visit leadurely later.

Always short staffed and messy. High note is the cashiers are always nice and friendly. I was given a hassle to return envelopes that weren’t the size stated on the label. After comparing it to two other brands the Dollar Tree brands fell short. Finally after pleading a clear case with photos I was given a refund/exchange. I took a photo of the exact same item being mailed in the DT mailer and the Walmart mailer. DT brands were too small and my book had to be mailed bent.... The other products are still great deals. Just be fair when it comes to returns. This is a large chain company customer service should be more important for your long term success.

OK, this is seriously the nicest Dollar Tree in the area. The shelves are stocked. The floors are clean. You don't have to step over things to move through the aisles...

Went into this Dollar Tree by the Arby's and Discount Tire. Walked in no one at register. Picked up my items and went to wait at register. About 5-10min later BIANCA walked up and said nothing. Maybe her mouth was zipped up. No greeting no nothing. Rang up my items and still said nothing for total or anything. So I didn't say anything. I paid and she gave me my bag and I walked out. She definitely does not need to be working at a counter where customers are the focus. I've been manager and GM of several stores and her demeanor does not represent the company well. I would not hire her for anything customer related. VERY POOR SERVICE. this was around 11:15-11:45am on Tue Apr 2nd 2024.

The store itself is fairly clean, shelves are straight, floors descently clean. Always friendly but I hated is seeing pregnancy tests slung around the bathroom. Toilet paper and paper towels drench is some fowler oder and the trash over flowing with the same. Not using this place for anything really. A little paranoid I guess.

Throughout this pandemic and over the last five months, I haven’t received the best service in just about any business I’ve walked into. However, this afternoon, I had the opportunity of interacting with Sara and she was amazing. Her tone and demeanor was so upbeat and welcoming! Even though I found what I was looking for, she was willing to help me and other customers check out quickly and was so pleasant while doing it. I will definitely be returning!

DO NOT COME HERE , I both witnessed and received a combination of racism and sexism last night at this location . Both of the employees are rude and one even left his register to get in my face . The woman I have had SEVERAL terrible experiences with including my mother . Do not come here the employees are horrible and I will be reporting to better business bureau .

Bathroom was disgusting!!! Obvious hadnt been cleaned at all in days (orange ring around waterline in toilet) The associates on the other hand were very nice and informed on what they stocked in store.

Update 4/8/22: Much like other DT stores, under staffed and behind in stocking shelves. Not the best stocked store, but does get in some of the YouTube want items. Fairly organized shelves.

@2pm on the Date of February 24,2022. I called this location looking for help with looking for products. The Manager answer the phone and said Who is this and what do you want... in a rude condescending tone. I asked her...Is this how you talk to your customers, wow, Im calling to... she cut me off in mid speech with her reply being This is a place of business... then proceeded to hang up the phone in my face. Mean while I was on hold (at a 19 minute hold at the time the manager which didnt confirm her name answered the phone) with the customers service line for dollar tree. That level of disrespect is on a level that should not exist at any place of business. THIS DOLLAR TREE LOCATION.....YOU NEED TO DO BETTER....

Closed thier location early and watched customers standing outside. I quite literally needed a water bottle would have taken less time than it did to write this review. But in the time I still wrote this review the store still technically has not closed based off the hours posted online. The short manager with the green hair, old lady with the short gray hair, and curly brown hair fro all watched me through the store laughing. Would love corporate to address this situation as I frequently visit their locations and Im no longer going to be shopping at Dollar tree.

SHE WAS ON HER PERSONAL PHONE DURING WORK HOURS AND DINT EVEN BOTHER WRAPPING MY GLASS VASES BAGGED IN THE SAME PLASTIC BAG!!! ON TOP OF THAT SHE ASKED ME TO PUT THE BASKET BACK! That s her job But she was lazy to do so while being on her personal phone during work hours!!

Stopped by real quick to buy some balloons yesterday. A line formed formed behind me and the lady at check out was still filling up my balloons with air so the manager/supervisor was very quick to act and opened up another register. I work in retail so I know that thats something we should do to keep the line moving but what really put a smile on my face is how she interacted with each of the customers. She greeted each person and chatted with them and asked them about their purchases and how they found everything etc.I couldnt quite make out the name on her nametag because she was two registers over but it started with an S! Just want to give her a shoutout for her wonderful customer service and positive attitude.

Melissa at this location is Phenomenal! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Linda was very helpful and volunteered to find a product I was looking for. She even helped me bring my items to the register. They were both patience and provided great customer service. After having a bad experience at the Duluth ( Venture Dr) location, I will definitely drive out of the way to get a clean well stocked store and extremely exceptional customer service like I received from Melissa & Linda. This location looked like a storm hit it . Some aisles were a mess, and the home, school supplies aisle was woefully under stocked. Management said they were understaffed. Hope other locations arent like this.

This place is amazing. Everything is a dollar. Whats different is that these products are pretty good for just one dollar. I have been to Dollar stores before. Things usually break or fall apart. Dollar tree is diffetent.Go to the dollar tree, you wont be disappointed. Staff is pretty good too. A shout out for the manager on state bridge Road.

So, hear is the deal. They have drastically improved the store. Hence why I give 2 stars instead of 1 star. If you asked me last month or previous months I would have given them negative star if I could. This rating is also a little harsh because I live blocks away from this location. When they are understock, closed early or before time mention or just randomly. Which use to happen all the time. Now, customer service and cashiers are the only highlight from the store. For cashier that stayed during the transition they get 10 stars from me. But, the hours of operation have change, stocking issues and buying/merchandise selections isnt as good as the one in Roswell and Suwannee/Alpharetta which is ridiculous because I live 2 (TWO) blocks away from this location. My suggestion give the older cashiers a raise. Because, they are the only reason I still come. And make some management upgrades ASAP and hire more stockers shelves never look fully replenished.

This store on State Bridge rd is closed early on many days with notes on the door saying unloading truck,cleaning up, or no reason or employees in site.

store hrs are posted wrong. Me and other 2 customers were disappointed.. reaching to store at 9:05 and door was locked , where as on Google maps it shows open till 10pm. Please edit.

The line was long and the employee didnt call for another cashier so she decided to have 7+ customers to wait. This was Tuesday April 17th 2018 at 11:30a to 11:50a.

I shop here at least once a month and I usually see grumpy faces and when saying hello to them they give the most fake response.. but Ms. Melissa is smiling and laughing and talking to every costumer!! I love it!.. I usually dont give feedback on my shopping experience but seeing her all happy and cheerful made me want to give a feedback.

I called at 8:30 pm to ask about small red gift bags because the other dollar tree store I was at ran out. I needed 20 packs. When I arrived the manager had them all pulled for me. Great customer service.

Normally this is a good store, today however we went and at least three employees were on their phones (talking not texting) about work. One saying im stuck here while running to the baxk bumping into us and not saying a word, another saying the problem is theres no recovery. Sorry but i was under the impression this was unprofessional. I get up to the register and the guy doesnt say a word to me then throws my stuff around the belt (i had it arranged so itd be easy for him, i have worked as a cashier before) and they were picture frames. None of them broke but that was rude. Then he stuffed everything into one bag - i had 8 items. Three of them picture frames. The bag was ripping and i had to ask for another bag he didbt seem to notice it was ripping. Hoping they can get their act together.
