I live out of state and needed a bouquet delivered and I have been burned before ordering online but I see why they have a high rating. Through an email with an example picture of what I was looking for and a phone conversation, they created a big beautiful bouquet that was delivered the next day. I love the efficiency, professionalism, and craft of Flower Talk and I highly recommend them! (They even texted me this picture before delivering to make sure I was satisfied and I definitely was!)

In the order, this was titled 'Pastel Day'. They also added some other colors at my request. These designs are the BEST I have seen at any floral bouquet!!

I've placed an online order to deliver a bouquet to my friend in Atlanta since it's her graduation day(I'm in NY state). Has asked a few things in the order such as I would like to see pictures of flowers before the delivery and hope it to be delivered by 11am in the morning, also I've included a few details about the bouquet I want. They did a really great job it's the perfect bouquet and my friend loved it. Would definitely order it again next time if I need to deliver some flower bouquets. Thanks so much!

I order flowers and trees frequently for all occasions and everyone is very happy with them. I ordered several flowers for birthday and new business. The designer knows what she is doing and very creative. Some people are sending different flowers when they deliver, but she always take a picture after delivery and send me delivery confirmation and everyone is very happy for the flowers.

Flowers were beautiful! It was my mothers 82nd birthday. They called to verify if she would home as they didnt want to leave them outside. My mother was so excited and was able to show them off to all of her friends! Thank you for making my mothers birthday special.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with this florist. Not only were their prices exorbitant, but the staff was also incredibly rude. It was clear that they did not value my business, and I felt as though I was being taken advantage of. I was extremely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this florist to anyone. In my opinion, there are much better options available in the area that offer more reasonable prices and better customer service.

Did a lot of research on flower shops because I know nothing about flowers. Most shops had bad reviews except this one, and for good reason. I ve purchased twice from here and both times they exceeded my expectations. Not to mention the staff are so sweet and kind. Whenever I get flowers or roses I will always find my way back here.

Fantastic! The bouquet was artfully arranged. The flowers lasted a very long time. They sent me a picture of the arrangement before it went out for delivery. The price was very fair. The flower stems were gracefully twisted so even the view through the glass vase was beautiful. I d give more stars if I could!

Very nice people working, but a little erratic. Ordered a bunch of flowers a week in advance, received a call they were ready on the agreed upon day. I ordered a bunch of tulips only. This was established more than once. When I went to pick them up, it was all roses and lilies. What I found more problematic was that they tried to tell me the lilies were tulips. Not sure if they assumed I was flower ignorant or what, I found that remarkable. Very expensive for not getting the order right at all. But nice, very nice service.

Really great flowers even with the substitutions made. They were receptive to my requests and texted me when the flowers were delivered as I was a bit nervous because they were a surprise. I felt comfortable with the amount of contact and am satisfied with the customer service.

Had a very last minute catastrophe and needed a corsage for my sons homecoming date... Googled florist closest to me while I was at work on a Saturday and this florist came up.... Because I am a director in assisted living my days are usually pretty crazy so they were literally closing by the time I had a chance to call...they were FABULOUS! Stayed to make a gorgeous corsage for me...they saved the day!!

Last post from 7/9/2021- My boyfriend sent me flowers this week and as soon as I saw them I knew they werent from the same place he had ordered from a couple months ago. It reminded me that I needed to let Flower talk know how great they are. They followed his directions perfectly for deliver. The flowers were bright and just beautiful and they were able to deliver earlier and called to make sure I would be home. I was looking for a florist for my wedding in April and came across Flower Talk on google. I gave it a try because they responded to my inquiry very quickly. I worked with Angie for the most part and was very pleased with her suggestions and opinions. I had a set budget in mind and she helped me work with it without sacrificing the quality of the bouquets and corsages. Overall, I was very impressed with their work and products. First time using them and was nervous to try someplace new for my Grandmothers 90th birthday. Because of the pandemic we werent able to have a big celebration with family. Because of my job it wasnt even safe for me to visit her. Flower Talk delivered a beautiful bouquet, exactly as advertised, to my Grandmother. So I was looking for a shop to send my employee s wife flower because he had passed away all the sudden, literally two weeks before their 30th anniversary. I came across Flower Talk, did some research on Yelp and Google and decided to give it a try. And I have to say I AM AMAZED!! This was my first time ordering flower bouquet so I made a call before placing order online. Yvonne from the shop was very patient, helpful and friendly. She basically explained how it works and the difference between standard, deluxe and premium. I also told her the story behind this delivery and she said she would make sure it s taken care of. She was serious y all! The bouquet turned out so beautiful. My employee s wife shared the picture with me and let me know she loves it and it definitely brought tears to her eyes on this special day of theirs. I totally recommend this place and will use them again in the future. Thank you for doing such an amazing job!

I had to order out of state flowers for a funeral of a co-workers family member and picked Flower Talk because of proximity and good reviews. I was not disappointed! This florist saved my wedding I had made an order for my wedding bouquet from another florist 2 weeks in advance. The day before my wedding, I called and they told me they had no record of my order. To make matters worse, they couldnt make my bouquet. I was frantic! So I went to this florist and suddenly everything was okay. They told me they would have my bouquet by the next morning. It was beautiful. Cream colored roses with dark pink tips and the stems were wrapped in a cream colored satin bow with a rhinestone. It was beautiful. They will take care of you too. I highly suggest them.

I called on a Tuesday morning, spoke to Yun, I made a small change on a bouquet I saw on their website....delivery to my friend the same day no problem! But the awesome thing is, when you send flowers you may never know what they looked like...Flower Talk emails you a photo of YOUR bouquet! (And it was stunning, I might add). Called day of a visitation and they were able to create a GORGEOUS arrangement and get it to the funeral home on time. I was very pleased with their work. It was not the run of the mill looking arrangement. Very beautiful selection of flowers. Very pleased. Would definitely call again.

Every time I call these people, they remember me and know exactly what I want! I always have a special request and they do such a great job and their customer service cannot be beat! Dont use FTD or whatever...if you need something, just call them and tell them what you need, they will not let you down, then they will email you a picture! Cant believe the service I get.
