Let me start by saying I never write reviews however, this food was so incredibly BAD, I had to express my frustration! I arrived at about 2:15, they open at 2p. So maybe I was the first customer of the day. When I walked in I didn't smell any smoke or see a BBQ pit, so I don't know where they made the ribs (probably oven baked). I told the gentlemen who took my order that this was my first time here, so you would think they would want a return customer and put their best foot forward.
I ordered the rib tip dinner, which are tips and fries. The tips were cut from the end that's lean and tough, not the meaty middle portion with the bone.(if you are familiar with rib tips you know what I mean). The pieces were very small and slathered in sauce. The fries were ok, better than the ribs.
I also order the brisket nachos. (after I was told I couldn't get the brisket by itself) I couldn't even taste the tiny pieces of brisket, which were tough and slathered in sauce. I didn't like the flavor of the sauce either. The nachos were just regular tri-colored chips. My total was $39 and change. Not worth it at ALL!!
I went because of a post I saw on Facebook. The restaurant must have knew they were coming and gave them special pieces that would photograph well. Don't believe the hype, this food was awful!!! I will never go back and will advise all my friends not to go either.

A single burger option might be a good idea for those with smaller appetites, but let’s be real, you’ll probably end up ordering the double anyway because once you pass this brisket test, there’s no turning back.

In conclusion, Bell Heir's BBQ has turned me into a brisket believer. I’ll be back, burger in hand, ready to tackle round two. And if you're still reading this, stop. Go get one. Now.

Came to support my husband’s long time friend & birthday twin. He came to hate on him (😂) but TORE THAT TURKEY LEG UP!!! It was so tender, falling off the bone. The Mac & cheese was cheesy & delicious. I had the brisket double cheeseburger….. I have no words. Worth every penny! Keep doing your thang!!!

UPDATE: I got the Shrimp Po' Boy and OH MY GOD! That was one of the best ones I had outside of NOLA! I think it's a limited time special, so don't miss out!

Great food! So much flavor in the tips that we didn't need sauce! But the sauce was great also! Brisket Mac & Cheese was SOOOO GOOD!

Food was amazing. Got the Brisket burger (very big portion) that came with a side of perfectly crispy crinkle fries. We also got a side of Mac and cheese (must try!!). Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to try their brisket pizza.

Went there for the first time . Food is delicious. The turkey tips were amazing in that they were moist , tender., and the sauce was great. Chicken wings were outstanding Macaroni was FAH! Portions are worth the money. I left out of very full. Some collard greens and candy sweet potatoes would have made my dinner award-winning. I recommend that on the menu.

Restaurant was clean. The next time I’ll call in first to keep from waiting. My only complaint is that they don’t have some homemade lemonade or sweet tea. I don’t do cheap pop and Ice Mountain water. We’ll definitely be back for more real soon.

I had the 3 piece wing and the brisket mac and cheese. When I saw the thick coating on the chicken, I thought it was going to be a burst of flavor in my mouth. It wasn't, although the flesh tasted of hints of lemon. With the brisket, I tasted the macaroni by itself first because I'm a lover of the dish and from the pics thought it would be full of cheesy complexity. The cheese sauce tasted watered down, and the brisket was the only thing really giving the dish any flavor. I was disappointed that I spent close to $30 and wasn't satisfied with my meal.

This is their first week open and they are descendants of Luella' Kitchen. So there aren't many good BBQ places around, so I wanted to try them. I was not disappointed. My son and I tried a variety of different items from the menu. The wings were fried perfectly, but needed a little more salt. Mac and Brisket was good. Tips were not all dried out. I think I tasted a dry rub on them. Disappointed with the amount of fried pickles I received with my order. Sorry wasn't a fan of the Brisket pizza. Maybe if the pieces of meat were smaller and spread all over the pizza. Just my opinion. 😀

I just found out about this place and, I'm always looking to Support LOCAL BLACK BUSINESSES.
I felt let down!
I ordered fried pickles, because I've always loved them....
These are dry, crunchy and I think these pickles are just not Fresh at all.

I wanna refund, but more importantly I want y'all to do better.

Couldn’t stop saying “DAMN!!!” While I was eating this. It’s soooooo good. Best bbq Mac I’ve ever had! My hubby got the brisket burger. We’re both fans now! Friendly service!

I’ve been here quite a few times, and I’ve been meaning to write a review. The turkey tips are ALWAYS amazing—the sauce, the texture, everything is exactly what you want when you’re craving tips. This has officially become my new go-to spot for tips and wings!

Food so good I didn’t even get a chance to take a picture. Had the the fried green tomatoes to start🔥🔥🔥. Finished it off with the Hot Link & Wings Combo. They definitely didn’t miss. They had really great service as well. The environment was welcoming and they have good music. Real vibe with amazing food!

Saw this place on Day Time Chicago & my wife & I decided to give it a shot We ordered the rib tips with chicken wings and they were outstanding tips were flavorful and tender wings were delicious in that buttermilk plus my wife love the Mac & cheese we went back a few days late & tried to Jerk turkey Tips delicious we we definitely come again we live in Berwyn

5 stars for the turkey leg meal, but only 2 stars for the new gmo style tips. And I will leave it at that. Quality meat is a stickler for me, so thats why.

update: The turkey leg meal has been taken off the menu and that was the best thing they had, go figure.

The service was great, the music was great and food was AMAZING !

We were there at 12 as soon as they opened and they were ready to take our order.

My daughter was getting cranky too but they didn’t mind it and as a parent that was such a relief ! I would highly recommend the brisket burger !! I got a piece of brisket with every bite and the bbq sauce was amazing. It wasn’t overwhelming like most sauces it was very balanced !

Went to their to order turkey legs but they were no longer on the menu. I told them the web site says their there but they change it and have not updated the Webb site. Food was good but poor selection. Pork in everything. Need to accommodate others.

They served food at a festival on 7/12/24 and it was truly awesome. That BBQ brisket cheeseburger is really something to behold. Plus, they are down-to-Earth, friendly and decent people. Highly, highly recommended. I am definitely visiting their restaurant.

Visited the restaurant last night it was a recommendation off of Instagram walked in View The Menu effective listening is not something that is practiced my thing is is that I purchase five pieces of meat but only one slice of bread I was very perplexed on that so I had to go get some more bread in order to finish out my meal from this restaurant

I recently took my family and some friends out for a good bite at Bell Heir's, and let me tell you, it was foodgasm!
Each of us had a Brisket Burger and shared an order of ribs. The BBQ sauce in the burger is out of this world. We didn't leave a single bite of left over.
Highly recommend this place and specially the Brisket Burger!

We had the tip and link combo, brisket Mac and cheese, and brisket burger. Came to about $75 and was worth every penny. The ribs were tender, the link was hot, and the brisket on top of anything is just right. Will definitely be back

My first time trying the place and I was so impressed. Their food was so flavorful and tender. I got the macaroni, cheeseburger with brisket, and the fried chicken and rib tips combo. Everything was immaculate, and I would definitely come again. And the price was very reasonable and they made ordering really easy. I even got a text message when my food was done.

Got the Brisket pizza not so good don't have no taste no meat on the pizza very small bits of meat like for real all you taste is sauce and cheese very disappointed.. I called the restaurant they say bring the pizza back to get another ,they meat is sat at portion size and they don't give refund .I'm so mad I dont live in the city why would I go back to get the same pizza with the same amount of meat. When ever I’m home I have to stop at “Bell Heir’s BBQ”

Why? Food, personal, cleanliness and yes. Good music.

But hands down. I want to express how the food is seasoned perfectly.

We came from the Westside just to have them for lunch. My husband seen it on TikTok, and it wasn't what the hype showed. I was excited for some ribs but after reading the reviews of the sweet sauce I questioned about the sauce before placinga order. The young lady allowed me to taste the sauce, and it was definitely to sweet for my liking so no ribs for me. I ordered the 3 wings, and my husband ordered the fried pickles. The wings has way too much batter, and absolutely no flavor at all. He said the pickles were over cooked so needles to say this was a wasted trip south and we are still needing lunch. Hopefully they begin to focus on the flavore of the wings over the crunch because everyone don't eat all that batter.

I had such a great time and or experience!
From the presentation to the food and how amazingly the employee was. The order was on point and I have order for the third time. One by myself loved it. Second, a recommendation with my friends, they also loved it and this will be my third time with my family and they can’t help but to ask more about it. I’m glad I’ve stopped by. Once again I had an amazing and wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

This review is long overdue! I went in there about two weeks ago and had some of the best food that i've had From a barbecue joint I ordered the cheeseburger that had brisket on it and man ngl I was nervous about the price because I've been hosed on expensive burgers before but man oh man , let me Tell you that was 100% worth it! I'll be taking all my friends there for lunch next time they come around. Don't change a thing, PLEASE

Little place in Back of the Yards on 47th. Went there after having a few beers at Whiners Brewery. Outstanding rib tips and catfish. And very very nice staff. We’ll be back for sure.

After our White Sox game was postponed, a friend recommended this BBQ place.
It was da bomb. I got the Rib Tip dinner and it was so delicious 😋. It was hot, tasty and loaded with.meat, fries and goodness. The BBQ Sauce was great. If you're looking for a good BBQ joint, this is it. I'll be back for sure.

Inside of the place smells amazing and got me very excited to receive the food. The brisket burger was insanely huge and tasted great. Happy to live close by! Definitely want to try the brisket Mac.

I ordered the Brisket Pizza and it was amazing, down to the drizzle of BBQ sauce on top! It was cheesy and the brisket was perfectly seasoned. The portion size was so generous that my family and I were able to have leftovers. The Service was excellent; the staff was very friendly and made sure my order was hot even though I was late picking it up. I can't wait to go back and try the other menu items!

Turkey leg was great, the BBQ sauce was a little sweet but worked with the favor of the turkey. Hot link was delicious.
Brisket Mac was good. Brisket was very tasty. Also had bacon on it which was okay. I wish the mac had a little more cheesy flavor, it was slightly bland. Would go back though!

Ordered the food via a courier service… it was FANTASTIC!!! Still piping hot when it arrived and didn’t take long at all! I ordered a turkey leg and a rib tip combo!!!! Soooo damn good!

For the quality of food it's definitely pricey.
Food isn't bad overall but you can literally go down the street and get more for what tastes similar.

So in all transparency, I love elotes and eat them multiple times a week (dont judge me... lol)...well, I had the honor of being the first to order an elote and my inner fat girl was so happy...It was delicious, had all the ingredients of a tradional elote but they must have a secret ingredient that took it to another level...their elote gave all it was suppose to give and much more! The rest of the food I ordered was also great too...

Food was amazing. Got the Brisket burger (very big portion) that came with a side of perfectly crispy crinkle fries. We also got a side of Mac and cheese (must try!!). Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to try their brisket pizza.

I discovered Bellheir's on "Chicago Today" and the food looked so good I had to try them out...6mths later, I've never been disappointed! Whether I'm picking up or delivery, lunch or dinner, it's been the same great quality! I don't know them personally but they cook as if they're making a plate for family❤️. I haven't taken a pic yet bc my family is too busy eating. I definitely recommend them!

Went today for the first time & was very impressed, satisfied. The service was very professional & everything was ready when requested & I/We will definitely return. We ordered the tips, chicken wings & hot links walked in & saw the pizza decided to order a slice while waiting for our many orders & I tell you the brisket pizza was to dye for. OMG it was greatest. I’m not fond of brisket but will definitely order this PIZZA again. This business is a Must Try. You won’t be disappointed in any way except it is about 45 minutes from my home but the more I thought about it would really be worth the drive. The best BBQ location in the City. Thank you to the establishment. 🥰🙏🏾

I ordered the tips and catfish nuggets. The sauce was good but the catfish nuggets had to much corn meal!! Unfortunately I wasn't able to eat them. My tips was ok, I ask for Mac cheese didn't receive it. Not impressed for $26!!

Two words.. BELL HEIRS! Okaayyy!! Listen if you want some GOODT food (and yes I meant the T in GOODT) Please RUN to Bell Heir's!! Babeee let me tell you first of all y'all social media restaurant suggestions did not disappoint this time! Let me tell y'all about my experience! First I couldn't decide on what I wanted so boom I call the restaurant and give my pleasantries before I give him my indecisive thoughts or loud. Tyrus answers the phone (found out later he's the owner ..ok doing the work as the owner I see you) I ask him what do you recommend, he responds well what do you have a taste for... I go rib tips . he like I got you we have tips and tip combos one option is even catfish * pause* where can you get tips and catfish at? I'll wait 🤔 right... Ok so after our literal 5 minute conversation, me pleading to put 2 out of the last 3 slices of brisket pizza (yessss you read right brisket on a pizza) to the side for me he said he would...mand he did! *My first win* so I gave him my eta and we settled on calling my order in when I was 20 minutes out... still haven't make a decision but I had a little time. I called back and just got a bit of everything... and Honey!!! This was an experience..

We started with the brisket pizza... The flavors OMG... The brisket was nice and juicy and tender... The cheese to sauce ratio on point, crust buttery and perfect and I don't know what the drizzle was on top but baby I need some to use like we use parsley ok! That pizza didn't make it 10 blocks..

Then we started on the ribs tips and hot links.. Now when I got tray out of the bag I had to use some extra upper body strength cause it's HEAVY! My husband asked for a hot link .. wrapped in bread (y'all know the one that's steamed and stuck to the top of the tips with the sauce on it, that you will fight over.. Yeah that one) ok I oblige and he takes a bite and his eyes almost popped out his head like the cartoons... I ask is it good he like baeeee taste this! So I do and when I say omg.. I'm just gonna say OMG! Juicy, hot, skin isn't tough and it's seasoned perfectly, I think he might inject it with something because the flavor profile and the juiciness I just can't believe it's that level in a hot link... Yesssss win #2... Me I'm ready for these rib tips... I picked up my 1.5/2 inch cut of tip and a drop of juice feel from it... I knew I was in for a treat... When I bit into it!!! Lawwddd have Mercy! Seasoned to the Heavens.. I mean the seasons married with the slight char but it's sooo moist.. Not fat and every bite got better and better... My absolute favorite thus far on this food journey.

Next up... The double cheeseburger with brisket... Yup here go the brisket again... Love! Let me tell you ... These little perfectly chopped rectangular pieces of brisket that's basking in his homemade bar b q sauce.. on top of this juicy burger with the cheese melt just slightly spilling over the bun.. aesthetically pleasing and that first bite was a eye roll in the back of your head... Guess what I found extra in my burger y'all... 4 Fried Pickles.... I almost passed out while seated. I had sauce and cheese all over my face and hands... Which is my favorite... ALL Of them! Ok you would think that's it... Nope it's not... Lastly we had the....

Turkey leg stuffed with Mac and cheese... My mouth watering thinking about this magical combo... First of all this turkey leg was amazing within it's own right.. big, tender isn't an adequate word but yes TENDER... Adorned with that homemade bar b q sauce again and this homemade Mac and cheese piled high on top... It's creamy, cheesey and seasoned perfectly.. the pairing right there.. top notch!

Saw it on TikTok and had to give it a try. I was on my way home and ran across it. Customer service was great. Food was horrible a waste of money. I ended up throwing it away. I had to go back out and get some real food.

I got to say this is some of the best bbq I have had in a long time. Bell heirs BBQ is doing something special down on 47th. I stopped and ordered the brisket pizza and the brisket nachos. I couldn’t even make it home before I ate half of the nachos. Whatever shirt I was wearing got a couple spot of cheese on it lol but I was happy. The food wasn’t expensive came out to a little over 20 which is nice for people not trying to break the bank. If you ever in the area please give them a try I wouldn’t vouch for anything sub par. I am a chef by trade and even I was impressed!!!

Was there on 9/20/23 Saw it in channel 5 new for Black Restaurants Week. Made it a special not to try them. The food was ok not terrible but definitely not anything that I would go out of my way to purchase again. I ordered the tip dinner which was very much on the bland side. Need to season the meat or give to sauce a lil kick. I truly try to support my own in the community but for me this was a disappointment. Maybe I'll try them once more and order something else after that it's a wrap if I get the same results.

I have been a loyal customer since they opened. I love the turkey leg with Mac and cheese. Rib tip are juicy and the wings are crispy. The brisket very tender.
They are friendly and efficient. I love this food.

The 'rib joints' that we used to frequent either closed or changed ownership. Thanks to the Black Foodies review of Bell Heir's BBQ, we decided to try it out on Sunday.

The menu has a little bit for everyone. My mother & I were pleasantly surprised with not only the selection but prices too! We ordered a Rib Tip Dinner, Rib Tip & Chicken Wing Combo and the Brisket Mac & Cheese. When I tell you that EVERYTHING was delicious, you gotta believe me! The portions of food are plentiful and you can't finish a meal in one sitting. The wings were golden & crispy. The rib tips were tender and meaty. The brisket was tender with crispy corners and topped full of bacon. The Mac & Cheese was flavorful and cheesy. They had the perfect fries to meat ratio that I've ever seen! I didn't forget the most important part: the sauce. They had a hickory style sauce that was literally finger-lickin' fantastic! Not that red or burgundy 'mild sauce', real brown BBQ sauce! While we were eating, we were already planning what we were going to get on the next visit. It's out of our way but well worth the trip!

Cool BBQ place in an area that desperately needs some good restaurants. The Brisket Mac and Cheese is amazing. Everything i've tried has been good. Can be a bit of a wait if you don't order ahead but that just means its good food prepared individually. Nice mural inside paying tribute to The owner's grandma who's recipes are still used.

Nice hidden gem, a little hidden away on the 47th, but great food. The ribs were meaty and tender, and so were the jumbo chicken wings. The fries were fried to perfection, and the sauce was most definitely the boss, i couldn't stop licking my fingers so i could savor its rich and smoky flavor. And to top it off, they were priced just right. Stop in. You won't be disappointed.

The food was delicious!! I was cheerfully greeted as soon as I walked in. The brisket Mac was delicious. The tips combo with the chicken was soooo good. Even the fries were good. Nice and saucy bbq, just how I like it. My whole family enjoyed the food. The only complaint was the portion size of the fried green tomatoes (it came with 4 slices for $10), I think it could’ve been bigger. Other than that, everything was excellent and portions were more than enough.

The BBQ was some of the best I ever had, the Rib Tips were very tender and perfectly seasoned..and the amount of food that you get is awesome. We tried a variety of dishes. Very friendly, courteous staff. We were a party of 7 from St. Louis, Missouri. We will definitely be back in the future.

My family I were visiting from St. Louis and decided to stop on on the suggestion from my brother. We were not disappointed! I ordered the Brisket Mac n Cheese and OMG, I highly recommend it! OMG!!! What a great dining experience. Being from Saint Louis where BBQ is king this was such a BBQ lovers delight. There was five adults and two children and we were in BBQ heaven from the first to the last bite. There was soooo much food (portion wise) that we all walked out with to go bags. If, you're ever in the Chicagoland area visit Bell Heir BBQ. The owners are very personable and friendly. The love and passion shows in their food.

I recently had a work event catered by Bell Heir's, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The owner was very accommodating to the menu needs and the ordering process was smooth. Food did not look anything like the menu.. sorry but this was a waste . I had ribs tips & fried chicken.The
ribs tips I could not chew some of the pieces,some were so hard i could only put them to the side..chewed a few pieces han in a napkin it went...The chicken Crust would not stay on. I guess because by the chicken being so hot you have to let it cool before you can close the top on the chicken, bread was stuck to the chicken..chicken was also very very very dark almost like burned they need a new recipe for that buttermilk mess..The fries were the only good thing. Will I go back??? NO...a waste of $43.00. Rib chicken combo and 6 wings...Now I need to make us dinner..

Got a chance to stop to check this place out. Customer service was decent I was greeted as I looked over the menu options. I went with the Brisket Burger and fried pickles. The fried pickles were terrible no flavor, overcooked and the dipping sauce wasn't good either. 4.5. The brisket burger was good but still off thou at the same time...let me explain thou. The burger by itself was delicious, it was perfectly seasoned and had a little char to it. The burger was big and had melted cheese as you would do at home...solid. The BBQ sauce thou really ain't no flavor to it...kinda meh. The brisket was decent but still not feeling the flavor and it was kinda gummy. But, overall the burger is 7.5. They need a menu option for just regular double cheeseburger imo. The place got room to grow and hope to try again to see other options from the menu...7.4.

As a new restaurant or a restaurant in general I suppose they aren’t open to constructive feedback or any feedback for that matter. It’s discouraging to continue to support when they aren’t open to feedback from the community for simple things such as adding more sauce to the mac. I commented under a post that showed them making their cheese sauce which might I add was made with a gallon or more of whole milk as the base and individually sliced wrapped American cheese (at least that what it appeared to be).

I simply stated under the post “ If I can give honest feedback; when I got the mac it was barely any sauce. Basically was noodles with little to no cheese. I and others couldn’t enjoy it”.

Instead of using that moment to maybe express how they would be open to adding more sauce to the noodles, or offering a gesture to come back and give it another try; they blocked me! Trash response if you ask me, which is exactly where they can toss that mac and their attitudes. Now I will say what I did enjoy was the ribs and catfish. I ordered the ribs with sauce on the side and luckily I did because it was nothing but bottled Kraft at best with no extra seasonings or flair to make it original. Cheap is the perspective I take from them; plenty of restaurants make a better base for bbq and cheese sauce with other options. With the photos you can see, there was NOOOOOO cheese sauce. I think they should take the advice that they advertise “and please no attitudes be thankful that you woke up today…spread love not anger”, the inability to take feedback shows they aren’t ready for the restaurant business.

First time going and I wanna say customer service was good, she gave me time to see what we wanted.

The food was a no for me , the ribs really had no taste. It didn’t have that smoke grill taste, they taste more like they been boiled or oven cooked. The chicken had no seasoning and the sauce was not to my liking and did no justice for the chicken. the fries was just a no , and I’m a fry lover at heart. And to top it off it was to much grease going on for me I just couldn’t eat it.

I got the rib tips and chicken combo, you also can get links instead of chicken for $21 and some change.

Two stars for customer service and time waiting was not bad.

Fantastic food, happy people, a great experience. Iasha greeted me with genuine enthusiasm, I saw the Brisket Burger on the menus and I couldn’t resist. It was just as amazing as I hoped. The tangy, smoky, sweet BBQ sauce and the brisket…forget about it! The meat was so tender, yet satisfyingly substantial. I had an experience eating that burger. I was left happy and utterly satisfied. I just had to thank the chef, who was also all smiles. If you want a positive experience and great food, you gotta pay Bell Heir’s BBQ a visit!

I've been patronizing Bell Heirs for about 2 months and each time it was goooood! It's something about that SAUCE! The tip and wing combo comes with fries and white bread. I tried the following pizza slices: cheese and sausage, and brisket for the first time (it did not disappoint) and shared with my co-workers. It was DECLICIOUS!
The food is always fresh and hot, the service is great, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. If you're on the southside traveling, work near by, in your house, hotel room, just driving and thinking about some buttermilk chicken, rip tips, or googling for some great BBQ, Bell Heirs is the place to be!
P.S. Don't forget to tip (smiling)

But today I had the chicken and Brisket Nachos and you see the third photo is after i got down on those Nachos lol 😂 fire 🔥!!! Bringing an edge to the chi BBQ scene. I will be back.

BBQ rib tips are very flavorful but portions are small. With the Rib tip dinner either more tips or more fries needed to be added. The Hot links are surprisingly good. The BBQ Turkey Leg is the real star here.

My sister catered from here for Mother's Day and we were highly disappointed. Each option clearly states it would feed up to 20 people-- when they sat 20, they mean 15, and that pushing it. A large chicken wing had 20 wings in it, same with the catfish and ribs She ordered the rin tips, catfish and fried chicken wings. I guess if each person were only getting one piece each, it would've been enough food. It definitely was not. The rib tips tasted as if they were maybe boiled, very soft The fried chicken also tasted very old and was unseasoned.
For the price she paid for this food, I advised her not to order from here again.

The service and food are outstanding! The food is always fresh and hot served with nice portion sizes. I have tried the catfish, chicken wings, and smothered turkey leg which are all very delicious. My favorite is the brisket mac and cheese. I get this without the bacon but only because I don't eat bacon. I would rate this restaurant using 10 stars if I could. Great place!

Very friendly staff greeted me and the food is delicious - got the brisket cheeseburger - WOW brisket is tender and tasty and there is plenty of it, burger patties are cooked just right and juicy, the bbq sauce has just the right amount of kick while still slightly sweet and is perfect to dip the fries into. Bonus: i did not know the burger came with fries 🙂

So my co workers and I decided to try Bell Heirs Bbq for lunch but straight to the point our rib tips had no smoke or bbq flavor tasted baked and they were burnt,our turkey leg was bland burnt and covered in this tasteless Mac and cheese the fries were greasy and the sauce was gritty. We called to speak with a supervisor and tell them how bad our order was the young lady was combative and telling me all of they're meats are smoked.We spent 114.00$ on this horrible meal and was told Tyrie would return my call never got a call .but this food is horrible do not waste your money. I knew when I walked in the door a huge NO REFUND sign is on the window and that's because they sell a bogus product.The publicity from the news and tik tok had to be fake .
