ALL was great! I just drove here from Milwaukee, Wisconsin for a cheat meal. The biscuits are fresh, soft, and buttery. The chicken is fresh and hot. However, the macaroni and cheese is basic. It was just okay. The apple pies are great too. I'll definitely be back. Well worth the 2 hr drive.

This was the best Church's chicken you could tell the food was fresh. Unfortunately, I was passing through this town so I can't visit as often as I would like but when I'm on this side of town I will always stop by.

Once I get app to the one go to lady. Informs me that there's a 9 minute. Wait on spicy. Close the window and walk away. Refuse to wait on me. Immediately call the corporate office informed them of the services that I had at that church's, but you know how they'd go? They're gone oh, we've receive saw a resire, but that was 1 person in I who gave me a free drink which was very cool. I enjoy that, but man don't go to that church. Yes, the service is terrible. The people I'm unfriendly. Not all some people unfriendly. But if I had to go back there again.No I would not recommend that church has been nobody real talk.That's just my personal opinion

I know everything is going up. But the prices for the family meal is outrageous. I ended up ordering the 12 piece spicy family meal with the two premium sides and 6 biscuits. The chicken was slimy. Not only one piece, but all two pieces were like that. The sides were OK and the biscuits were lackluster. I ended up spending about $45 on this junk. I wasn’t going to risk food poisoning and this location was a little further from where I live to make the trip to try to get a refund, which I know they’re going to try to fight to keep. Unless you want slimy, undercooked chicken, and want food poisoning avoid this place at all costs.

Thought app/online ordering would save a few bucks but it'll be 25minutes before the store receives your order.

Just avoid. The staff on this day at the hours 8:15p-9p was horrid when I came back for pickup. The chicken was no longer hot nor fresh which is what I knew and wanted to the staff. I am not a scammer. I'm not lying the order number is here and it's paid. Just take it and write it down then mark fulfilled when it shows up. Geez Louise all this for 3 pieces of whit meat chicken. I left to return and sure enough the order came through at the restaurant 8:44p which was packed and ready for 8:45p.
My only question which is coming up next? Spicy or original? She proceeds to tell me I orders original. Yes, but that's not my question.

I haven't been to a church chiken for a while. So when I walked in and asked for suggestions. They recommended the 10 pc family meal. They were really fast with preparing the order. I really believe people should give this place a chance. Also the staff were nice. So thank you guys alot 😁

There was an unruly customer ahead of me. She was not necessarily violent but just disrespectful and rude to the cashier. The cashier was very kind regardless and smiled at this woman. She never gave the nasty attitude the woman gave her back. When it was my turn, the woman was standing off to the side saying nasty things about the cashier. The cashier continued to smile and was kind and professional to me, even though I was only getting ice for a warm weather cool down.

After ordering chicken here on 4/21/2024. The following morning I woke up with food poisoning. Me and my mother had to suffer for 48 hours . I will not be eating here again! A waste of my 40 dollars .

they're trying really hard after waiting a good half hour in the Drive-Thru eventually getting there what are food then to be cold to move up and we had to wait another 10 minutes finally got the food it was hot very hot very very hot I guess that's a good thing if you really have a taste for some chicken and you have some time it's okay place to go

I ordered original chicken and the chicken was so dark and hard I thought they gave me spicy so I returned it.....
The cook said no ma'am that's the original and replaced the chicken (only) not my other ordered items to only receive some more over cooked nasty chicken that doesn't look or taste like Churches! Change that grease or y'all forgot to season that last batch! Nasty!

It's not the flavor of the food, but the quantity. Two piece chicken, a biscuit, and a jalapeno was around $5 which felt ridiculous to me. Inflation is a jerk but the cashier was not! Actually quite friendly for the time of night I was there.

The restaurant has been remodeled, the drive thru however is the same (shabby). The food was great 👍 chicken hot krispy did not have a greasy taste. Biscuits good and the Apple pie rge best. Just don't expect quick service on special discount day.

Every last one of these ladies need to be FIRED!!! I placed my order and told the cashier, “I do not want any spicy chicken all regular.” I came in last week and ordered the same 12 piece family meal and was given all spicy! She said ok no problem…I get my food and drive off. I pulled over to taste the chicken and it was spicy. I returned to the restaurant and stated, “I specially said I did not want spicy chicken twice and you all still placed spicy inside my bag!” Everyone was looking stupid! I’m never returning to this location again and the chicken was old as hell! Don’t waste your money! The entire location needs to be tossed in the trash! The food is trash and the workers!
