I stopped by here for a quick bite to eat since I didn't even know there was a Checker's here. The place is clean. It might be the cleanest Checker's I've ever been in. Pretty much was a ghost town aside from the drive-thru getting some action. They promptly took my order. A surprising amount of things were broken, including the ice machine & the front registers so they had to take my order using the drive-thru register. They've got the heat turned up so inside everything is toasty, even uncomfortably hot in some areas. The hot soda didn't help the situation either.

My order was brought out in about 5 minutes. Everything was piping hot & fresh. The food itself is better than the other Checker's in the city which honestly doesn't say much as Checker's is mid-range in itself. It's also sloppily prepared to the point where you question if they even followed the recipe since it looks hardly anything like the pictures.

Overall, it's Checker's. The food is cheap & you get what you pay for. This Checker's is one of the better been ones in the city if not the best.

I ordered a bbq bacon mother cruncher today…I get home and there is no crispy onions on my sandwich. I tried to call the store and no answer. I didn’t get a receipt, so I took a picture. Service was pleasant, but my food not being correct is a disappointment and this is not the first time.

They didn't have anything I wanted at the time. No slushies, only had a spicy chicken sandwich, and the fries were not that good. Maybe it was just that day but it was not a good experience.

I get off the bus to get some food and the lobby is close, which is fine. I try walking around to the drive thru and they tell me I can't have anything unless I'm in a car. This is 11pm on June 21 and the fact that someone who can't afford a vehicle but can afford food can't eat is disappointing. I get by with this when I'm in Ohio but not here

Amazing service, amazing place, just needs more staff. The only two people in there seem pressured on how people come inside, and how people come from the drive thru too. Also needs a restock on ice cream.

Service was almost a 2 no shakes,or cone.I had the Checker burger, no flavor and was cold! The cup of chili was all spicy sauce, very little beans and a sprinkle of meat! Never should sell the chili by itself! Horrible! So I waisted my money, I had to throw three items away! Fries were so Salty and greasy! What has happened to Checkers????? I won't be back!

Got a chance to eat at this place and the food was good, but not amazing. It's kind of like your typical burger joint turned fast food restaurant style. The decor is what it sets it apart from the rest, but other than that, don't expect much more. The staff there was quick and easy going.

I did a drive thru order and originally wanted wings but the wait was wayyyyy to long so I opted for a Champ & fry +... I don't mind a wait especially if outta being prepared fresh. That's what I really like but my time didn't allow it so I was satisfied w /what I had. Take out window girl was very pleasant!

Just wanna say I ordered on a Sunday at 7pm Food was so oily quality was half done worker didn’t have in a uniform he was is regular clothes doors were locked to go in but worker had a guy in there waiting on him to come out so he could do who knows what I’m very disappointed and will not be back

Stopped in yesterday after a bus breakdown, it was around 5pm. A beautiful young lady was working at the register & drive thru window I believe. It took about 10 minutes before any one took our order (myself and my child) the young lady was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I ordered a single cheeseburger with bacon only, I repeated this multiple times to her and she still misunderstood! She assumed I wanted something other than what I stated, when the sandwich came out wrong (condiments on them) I simply asked again for a single cheeseburger with bacon only. She gave lotsss off attitude, and said very disrespectfully "I didn't even charge you for the cheese" I never asked for free cheese lol and didn't mind paying for it, which is what I did! The young woman was nasty, rude, and unprofessional. The atmosphere was pretty quiet, but full of dirty tables and unpleasant staff members.

Omg checker u got the most disrespectful young lady work at drive thru right now after what I encountered she forgot my pop and left me at the window and was gone I blew the horn a few times to get someone to come to the window VERY DISAPPOINTED 😡

Came here for a quick bite to eat and everything was 🤩. I love Checkers/Ralleys. They cooked my food perfectly and I was very satisfied. I even spent the time to do the receipt survey and gave them perfect scores. Excellent 👍🏾.

Checkers is a Chicago favorite. The seasoning is different from what you're used to so their line is always long.

The service was very poor. They wanted to charge me what they wanted (for a large combo) $16 and some change I didn't want it the worker went back and forth saying first I put your drink in the wrong cup lying didn't want to give my cash back said she was management lying had to call the police and that's when the real manager came gave me my cash and still wanted to say if it's going to be a large without a small or medium coupon since when do they do that? Horrible customer service not sure about the good but I wouldn't go there again for nothing. The stress is real!

Typical Checkers B.S. The lady ordered 2 $5 bags with plain only cheese cheeseburgers while I sat silently. The dude was rude af and I started to argue with him, but then he definitely would have spit on the food or something like that. You could just tell he was a dirt bag like that. I figured because my girl was really nice about the situation that he would fix the food right. Wrong! The burgers had all the condiments and toppings that most people love but Gross me tf out. I don't know who thought it would be a good idea to make a topping that looks exactly like where babies come from.

Excellent customer service, clean store, visit this location Monday 12-20-23 @12 pm excellent customer service, I came back for a second visit 12-27-23 @2pm and received excellent customer service and a clean store 2 young ladies were on duty I couldn't remember their names but this checkers has made a big improvement please keep up the good work. We went on a Sunday afternoon and the drive-thru service was horrible. This was our second day in a row because Saturday evening's customer service was so phenomenal, we went inside and even sat down. We enjoyed our experience on Saturday so we returned on Sunday, it wasn't the same crew and it was a terrible experience. The attitude when she'd gotten my order wrong, the unwillingness to give me more ketchup, the meals weren't separated she threw extra bags in the 1 small bag for us to do her job. Never again

Unable to order a single burger, the order taker acted like he had never heard of a burger that was not a double or triple meat. I only tried the double hamburger, no cheese. Difficult & unpleasant experience.

Tonight I begrudgingly went to checkers before heading home. I usually avoid fast food in this area all together but was so happy with the food and service tonight , I had to leave a review. The gentleman working tonight not only gave me the best wings I’ve had there but was so kind. It looks like he was also working alone. Please give this man a raise he is going above and beyond!!

I went to this establishment to purchase a $5 meal deal. I received my meal so I ask for dipping sauce for my nuggets and the young lady said that's 75 cents for what? Dipping sauce don't come with the meal for the nuggets. I said are you serious? Yes, I'm sorry Sir... this should be corrected. 1 complementary should be included with the meal!!! (My opinion)

The window cashier taking the orders was rude, Gave me my change in a rush it almost fell out my hand, then just gave me my food and didn't even say thank you at this point I think even McDonald's drive-thru service is better.

Their Baconzilla Burger is delicious. The fries are good because they served them very, very hot. The milkshakes were creamy but a little limp. I recommend Checkers.
