On December 29th 7AM wenf through drive thru, and ordered 1 hash Brown and 2 sausage biscuits..when I left a d got 2 blocks away, the hash Brown was really cold.mext time I will sit there and check my food before I leave window. Guess the hash Brown was made at 5:30 am for it to be that cold....same thing will happen to them,unless they like cold food.

Super clean! And everything was hot and fresh. The kiosk was kinda messy up. But no big deal they got my order out as soon as they realized it was not received.

The mcnuggets, fries and diet coke I had were all great. Service was also excellent. If it would have been a bit cooler I could have enjoyed the outdoors where I am writing this review. Instead I sat on a bar stool because of limited regular seating.

All in all a wonderful visit.

I recently visited McDonald’s and had a notably disappointing experience. The cashier at the counter appeared disinterested and disengaged, making the ordering process feel like a chore rather than a service. Unfortunately, the experience only worsened with the staff member who eventually served me. Her rudeness and lack of courtesy were palpable, leaving a sour impression. The overall service was lacking in both professionalism and basic customer care, which made for a frustrating visit.

I am actually thankful for the quick service and for the manager making sure to have me come back to get the latte I ordered replaced! I was impressed that my food was hot and that they cared enough to ask me to come back, since I received the wrong drink! Thank You 😊

I was there today Monday October 5th ordered from the kiosk. The machine didn’t give me a receipt this isn’t the first time to this location, but it will be my last. The machine didn’t give me a receipt. When wait in the line with no one I was not Acknowledged once for 5 minutes in front of the Register. After 10 minutes a young black female with pig tails red hair comes and asked me what my order was I let her know I wanted to pay cash cause I ordered from the kiosk she looked listed and didn’t know what to look for then tells me to wait a minute ok I wait for another 10 minutes she come back with a blue shirt woman that must be the manager she didn’t know what she was looking for I told them my name. She goes on to do something else and completely ignores me. I asked for a manager or the corporate number of the restaurant she didn’t know and laughed at me!! I asked for a manager and told me I had to wait till the manager gets there. This is the most unprofessional Establishment I have ever been to! Their system there is only to worry about the drive thru! I will be getting a hold of corporate on every level! Their employees that were work this shift at 5pm should all be fired! Or trained properly. No one should have this experience in a fast food restaurant. Like I said I will be going to corporate till I get to the person that is in charge of this facility! If this is locally owned you better work on their people skills when you train them there’s 10 people working in the back and not one is worried about people at the register!? 1 star if there was 0 star that’s what you deserve!

UPDATE: I've began to visit this McDonald's again frequently since it is the closest to my home and the customer service has improved a lot.
I frequently visit this McDonald's for my kids and 85% of the time, I receive horrible customer service. This location is closest to where I live, however today was my last visit to this location. I would rather drive all the way to the McDonald's on 91st and Western, than to continue dealing with this location's terrible customer service. This not only applies to the staff; this is applicable to the Manager (Cesar) that I encountered today, also. He ignored my concerns and rushed me away.

I just went to the drive-thru and ordered an ice coffee with French vanilla and received more cream then coffee and then I went inside and ordered the ice coffee with just 5 pump of French vanilla to mix the other one in and they didn't add no vanilla 😐 poor customer service in the drive-thru and poor in the ice coffee the manager was nice but to 2 ladies weren't this happen 1/11/25 at 12:10

unfortunately i’m cursed with having this mcdonald’s as my closest one so i go here to have somewhat warm food when i get home. It feels pointless, the food here is usually cold and somehow the fries never seem fresh. the staff here is awful too, they don’t even acknowledge you. i work retail so i get it, nobody wants to do a mundane job like this 40 hours a week but brother welcome to capitalism. usually i’m like whatever it’s mcdonald’s why would i expect good quality and super friendly people, i just want a cheap meal that does the job. i’m usually getting that somewhat. Today though? nah. giving me a regular big mac when i ordered a chicken big mac and saying nothing is insane work. i don’t expect much but cmon man. gonna just travel a bit further for a better mcdonald’s and reheat the food at home now.

I'm not trying to be rude in my opinion I think they made a mistake but after a long after after practice I just wanted Large Fries, and that's what I got but there was no salt and the Dr.Pepper was Plain only sparking water.

At 10:05 3, security officers pulled into the drive-through on 95 by Ashland.
The manager in the picture was very disrespectful, knowing her store was closed and refused to take 3 separate orders. Upon driving to the window to speak with her about why we couldn't have 3 different orders, the reason wasn't never explained professionally. I'm writing a review for a complaint about this manager in the picture.

Horrible service. Waited at drive thru line 4 minutes while the other line kept moving, finally I pulled up to the window and told her, she says , oh I guess no one was there, I would take your order but I have the other people to take.. need better training and management if they think it's ok to respond that way.

I love the McDonalds at 1637 W. 95th Street, chicago. They remodeled, and it looks amazing, and the food and service are excellent. My food is always hot and beverages on point - love the strawberry shakes!!

At approximately 12:30 a.m. I pulled up to the drive-through and placed my order, and I was told to pull forward. I got to the window, and the lady repeated my order but included an item I didn't place. She said she didn't have my order that I must have spoken when the mechanical voice was talking. I told her it was a live person, and they told me to move forward. She told me I had to go back around to place my order. This person was very confrontational, rude, and nasty. I asked for the manager, and to my surprise, she stated she was the manager. I pulled off and went to McDonald's on 115th and Halsted.

The workers on the morning crew can be so rude and nasty at times.. especially the bow legged middle age woman. Her attitude stinks and the words that come out her mouth are hurtful. How dare you belittle another adult because you can't perform your job??? I will most likely not come back to this establishment..

Maybe I've outgrown McDonald's because I wasn't feeling it today. I got my favorite, a big Mac and usually it's great, sauce and all but tonight it had a weird after taste and the meat was extra salty. The sauce wasn't what in used to it was really runny. Then my fish filet, it was only the fish and the cheese, no tartar sauce. Was I supposed to ask for it? I thought that automatically came with it just like the cheese automatically came on the sandwich

Back in the day service! The Staff actually says thank you and please. The floors, tables and restrooms are spotless. One of the best McDonald's I've visited. I definitely will return.
Still one of the best McDonald's I've visited. Keep up the excellent service.

So on 11/11/23, veterans day, all over it's advertised that on veterans day, veterans would receive free food, or discount. I came into this one, and other MC Donald's, and managers were telling me that they don't participate. I asked, no discount, nothing! No. I really felt like boycotting McDonald's. I found out it's up to the franchise owners, that is disappointing and it should not be out there at all then, using the McDonald's name.

Was near the front of the building in my friends car, who was dropping me off. An employee, older woman, started raising her voice at me to move or get towed. When I got out to go in, I looked to see if we may be in a place that would disrupt parking lot traffic or the drive through. We were not actually in the drive through lanes. This employee was taking food out to a car waiting in front. When I went in, she was taken orders and was rude to kids getting food. Very disturbing.

Though there are posters posted next to the door saying the dining room closes 7pm- the doors were locked before 6:50 and no one would answer the phone. While taking an order at the counter they ignore the phone and other customers at the door.

😱The outside speaker is soooo LOUD it’s unnecessarily LOUD we are not Deaf! I have brought it to the managements attention so hopefully they will address it👍🏼

Regularly eat here due to it being close to work. They never get the order right. I ask every time I go for extra salt and I always have to ask again after receiving food. Burgers have been undercooked and staff can be rude and inattentive.

I arrived in the drive thru at 9:05, got to the speaker at 9:20 but received no response, pulled to the first window, no one there, pulled to the 2nd window, was asked what was my order, exoskeleton what happened, then was told I would have to go back around to the ridiculously long drive thru line again. I left, never to return.

McDonald's in Hyde Park food was hot and delicious. Made to order French fries. Caramel frappe was super sweet and caramel delicious. They don't serve HI-C orange or frozen cherry anymore though.

I ordered a steak bagel with cheese only. The sandwich taste like onion and had sauce on it. A waste of money cause i did not eat the sandwich always something at hood and predominant black restaurant sad.

Went thru drive thru, about 7:10pm 4/22/22. Cashier was nice. Food came in under :55sec, young lady that handed my food was super nice and polite. I actually use to work there 15yrs ago, was a hell hole. Whatever happened to better the place, you've did a great job. Outstanding.
