It's White Castle... if you've never been, go at least once! Greasy sliders, yum.... service is ok, but what do you expect for a fast food place?!? I went a few times because it's fast and fairly cheap...

We go to this White Castle frequently. We love to order their cheese sticks with some marinara sauce! They have friendly customer service and are always professional. The food is always hot and the order is always correct. You dont have to check your bag to ensure your order is correct like at McDonald's lol. The only negative is that they are slow, especially when its crowded. But overall the experience we have here is always positive.

I don’t mind long wait times in the drive-through but I tried to call and just to make sure that the drive-through is working since there was one person in front and one person in back of me and they answered the phone and then they hung up the phone, so I’m not really sure what’s going on. Someone did walk out of the building and then walked back in after checking some thing. I’m not sure what may be a garbage can. Just a little more communication would’ve been appreciated. I would’ve been happy to go into the lobby if need be, even though it’s 3 AM. I’m sure the workers were short staffed, so nothing on them but maybe management needs to schedule some more people during this time of night.

The clerk taking the order had an unpleasant demeanor. No one there "working" looked like they wanted to be there. The tables weren't clean and the drink machine was untidy. The food was edible, but my fries looked like they were cooked yesteryear. I want fries that look like the ones on the posters....all golden.

This White Castle is always out of everything. They just need to close at this point. Whoever is running this location is terrible. I always get my food from 103rd because I never have a problem. Get new management that can keep up with store order demands.

Ignorant cashiers, placed order online to picific store, 111th & Halsted. Showed phone order to cashier, they claim wasn't on their system, instead of solving problem they just ignored me bluntly to my face. And have me no food or a refund. Just kept my money. 😡🤬

The food is normally decent but today it was terrible I ordered a 10 slider case with cheese no pickles and sack of fries I received 7 cheeseburger 2 chicken sandwich cheese sticks chicken rings . I also order a jug of minute maid lemonade and they ain't have that .

This is a location I frequent, it's a very busy location so I really appreciate the customer service. I like the recent renovations but they should of expanded the drive thru service. I'm thankful for the hard workers because this drive thru can have very long waits at times.

Every time I go there after 10 pm, the wait is ridiculously long. Almost an hour. Just doesn't make any sense. I asked the cashier for a corporate number, and she said that she didn't know.

This White Castle usually does a good at handling high volume rushes. I come here often tonight I didn’t check my food before I left and they forgot one thing. When I called the manager she checked to make sure I did order it and told me she’d take care of me call when I’m close so she can get it to me FRESH. Big thank you to this staff working late nights.

Horrible service as usual. Placed my order in drive thru. Pulled around and waited FOREVER with NO ONE AT THE WINDOW to acknowledge my existence. Ghetto chick wearing glasses and a BONNET ON HER HEAD shows up to take my money RIGHT before I was about to drive off. Mind you, I was the only customer in line. She had the nerve to try to get smart with me because I was CLEARLY pissed by the long wait. After she took my money I CONTINUED to wait. Pathetic ghetto service. Management sucks, no one there cares about the service they give because it doesn't affect their paycheck either way.

Went here to get the Harrold and Kumar exp. Lol yeah staff was slow took 10 min for them to get change from a 20 lol the bathroom was discussing my wife needed to use the bathroom I said u don't want to 🤣 that's how bad it was. Then a random person holding a 2x4 tried hitting my wife because we would t give her a burger lol that's is the white castle exp you get when you go here

I ordered 6 Impossible sliders with extra onions..2 with cheese... they ALL had cheese. I live in Atlanta so coming home to Chicago is a treat for me in getting White Castle this us the second time this week that this has happened. As a vegan you still love the taste of some of your favorites this was a let down.

I got to this White Castle for the shakes. They are so thick you need a larger straw. Thick and rich. If I can get a extra well done burger I'd be all over it because the Castle is good food.

Never understood why a burger restaurant claiming 24hrs open for business but it becomes inconvenient to serve the actual burger at 3am I didn't ask for a book I asked for a burger your product..... the answer: "✋️ its a wait for that" fine if its hot, how long? too long

The food had a funny taste to it, especially after I would drink something after it. The person working the window didn't give us our complete order. When my husband asked her if everything was in the bag, she said yeah. I checked the bag and we had to turn around and go back because we were missing the main thing we ordered n more. A whole bag was missing, n we still didn't get the other order of fries, so he had to go back to the window again, but the young girl was nice and had a good attitude.

They're doing construction on Halsted. They move as if the construction is being
done on them. But, I digress. I was in the drive thru. Don't know what was going on in there. The double jalapeños cheeseburger, 3 sliders, and those nibblers( Alaskan pollack) were pretty fye.
