Pepe's Mexican

Called in my order, arrived to pick up and pay. There was a guy in front of me picking up. He then proceed to ask for a run down of the order the guy gives him the total and then he wait how much if I take something off. He then proceed to call the people who ordered with him cause apparently someone didn't pay enough. I'm like at this point can you assist me while this guy get it together. The server finally acknowledged me and I go my good and left. The steak tacos were bland had to use the hot sauce and eat the peppers to get any flavor. Not the same restaurants as it was back in the day. I won't be back.

I have been coming to this location my entire life Pepe's have a different kind of classic Mexican taste with like tostada suiza, burrito Fritos ,which are fried burritos their style of Mexican food is a bit different but still excellent and it has been a staple in my community for as long as I can remember the only thing that bothers me is that depending on what you order they may or may not give you peppers and sauce and I feel like you need sauce and you need peppers otherwise again this place is an amazing Mexican experience!

The stuffed nachos are delicious. A classic I used to get as a kid. The enchiladas were so fresh and hot. Delicious. Been coming to this specific one for some years. Glad they're still making it.

The food was good this time after not being there for many years.
The man taking the orders was not friendly, and appeared to be a bit impatient when taken food orders..often times other nationalities, disrespect, Black people, even though they make their money in our communities that feed their families. We need to really set a standard of behavior from the other nations of people that come in our community and make their money on how they treat us.

I was told before ordering make sure you tell them how you want your food . I was ordering for someone else and they didn't want any tomatoes on their tacos. It was to late the food was already prepared. They just landed from a flight and wasn't able to tell me. Great food 😋

The tacos are nothing like they used to be! Don’t know what kind of meat they’re using for the beef tacos but it sure isn’t ground beef! UPSET STOMACH…. Live close by and will avoid this place at all cost!!!!!

Website said they opened at 11:00 I got there around 11:30 and it was closed. A male employee arrived a few minutes later but still didn't open up.

I have been going to Pepe's for so many years and I have never been charged for the peppers when buying a very large order & I know the prices are going up.. But now they neglect giving them at all wow..now the peppers are almost $2 for pieces of Peppers that are sliced you can go and buy two jars this is insane this one is always bad service unfortunately you're more likely to get better service from the young lady never the men

I love this location bc they actually care what and how the food is presented. Seasoning be on point. Customer service is great. I ❤️ pepes already!! With attributes that separate them from other locations is a great plus!!

look at the menu before ordering they have specials that are way cheaper and they won’t tell you they will act slow like they don’t know what you want for example 5beef taco are 13.75 but if you just ask for the 5beef taco special it’s only 11 you have to ask for it tho even tho its the same exact thing

I didn't enjoy any of the food. It was very bland. The grocomole tastes like it came from a jar the worse I ever had, no chunks of avcardo Never will I go there again. The rice very over cooked or reheated to much

They have good ribs but the lady that work there is very rude and ugly attitude the sauce is so good when you buy it but it come out the tray they put it in before you get home. She said it does but it does they give you so much meat they put it on top and it run to the bottom because it's not enough. I wish they could talk to her because people come to get there food and there business will sooner or later be in trouble. They wont say who the boss is because she will lose a lot of people.

I was at this location today. the food is always excellent. I live by the lake, this is not close. I paid for extra sauce that was not I n th bag when I got home. nothing was offered to make up for the inconvenience, and when I asked was told no come pick up your sauce. they can keep the $2 and the sauce I will never go back again. why do businesses in BLACK communities feel like they don't have to provide excellent customer service.

Stole $40 from me, then proceeded to tell me it was my fault. I never got a refund or food. My total came to $38.35, my card was swiped, money was taken. Upon completion the cashier proceeded to tell me that he made a mistake and charged me an additional $4.07. Unbeknownst to me, the $38.35 was already taken off my card. Then him trying to swipe my card again made it decline after trying to charge me $42 for the entire order AGAIN. I tell him, money was already taken from my card, and he tells me no it didn’t. Transaction was posted on my bank statement and all.. and the cashier tells me there is nothing he could do. I debated with him for over an hour. The manager Joshua Garcia was called and still no understanding. I was left without my money and without food. Never support restaurants like this one.
