Falco's Pizza

Screams SouthSide and baseball. We ordered a cheese and sausage pan pizza, was informed it takes a little longer to cook so that was nice, but my god that Pizza was truly a master piece of PERFECTION. Absolutely delicious down to last bite and crust. Highly recommend. We did order calamari which was very good my only issue is dont serve with red sauce gotta get some cocktail sauce its a seafood item. It was cooked perfectly so no issues there. Our server was so friendly and was very attentive.

Wife wanted to try a new pizza place as we were in town. Ordered here and it was ready pretty quick. Lots of cheese, pepperoni and sausage. My wife didn’t like it as much as other places we have been too but I was very happy with the taste. The meat actually HD taste and flavor compared to a lot of place. It could have had a little less sauce but overall was good.

Used to go here all the time as a kid but moved away 30 years ago. Not only was I Surprised to see it open still it was fantastic! Absolutely incredible and better than I remember it. Sausage on pizza is the best around! Price is great and service was outstanding as well!

When I ordered a slice I wasn't aware that you get 2 slices, so I ordered 2 slices and got 4. These slices were very hot well done and filling. One thing that was off for me was the very strong seasoning what I believe was oregano, I felt like it was a bit to strong for my liking with every bite you tasted it had the same flavor the sauce I felt had a good flavor that can do without that extra oregano.

Quality pizza place and bar. Lots of options from thin to deep dish including a variety of toppings. Garlic crust pizza is my favorite. Plenty of other food choices on the menu, too. Always finding seating right away, and beer is reasonably priced. This is my go-to spot in the neighborhood

We have been ordering pizza for 13 year. The girl that took my order took my number wrong so My pizza wasn't deliver. The manager there has no customer service. I will no be ordering from there any more.

Received the pizza and it was a dep dish, not the stuffed pizza that I ordered. I don't understand how a pizzeria that has been around for over a decade doesn't know the difference between pizzas. Don't recommend unless you're a highschooler that is hungry.

I haven’t had a Falco’s pizza in a while so I decided to pick one up. I don’t live close to one but I was in Chicago the one on 40th Street. I ordered a large pizza half cheese and half onion green peppers and pineapple. So when I got home I started eating and to find out my pizza was raw inside. I considered Falco’s to be the best pizza. But this one was the worst I ever had. I called them to complain and they told me to send a picture of the pizza but I never got a response .

We had wings and thin crust pizza. I thought the wings were cooked well with a crispier skin. Always get your sauce on the side to keep skin crispy. The pizza was good, but not my favorite. I think the flavor of the sauce was a little off to me, but again, that's just my preference. This is a place where you order everything at the counter, they'll give you a number, and they'll bring it to the table you marked with your number. I like this style of eatery, and am happy to see they did it this way. I would like to try one of the locations closer to the city to see if there is a difference at all. Worth checking out if you've never been.

Delivered with in an hour. Pizza was almost hot. But driver didn't secure it and delivered a mess of cheese and sausage in a box. Fries were thick and under cooked more like potatoes wedges. Use coupons to have some saving not a cheap pizza.

Came here for a family get together about 30 of us... kept it super simple... service was great... FOOD WAS AWFUL... the chef was totally drunk and the music was so loud, it was like we were at a night club. Bathroom was very dirty. We will NEVER come back

I have always enjoyed Falco's pizza. The crust has just the right thickness, and I enjoy it's buttery flavor. The toppings are high quality and flavorful. To top it off, the price is right. I stopped in for lunch and bought a slice of sausage pizza for $7, and I was very satisfied with the portion size for the price. Highly recommended!

Customer service is trash. Some white lady on the phone always has an attitude and won't even deliver to me when I'm a mile away.

There's a big communication issue at Falcos. Staff couldn't't find an online order when the phone number given was correct (it was found eventually using the exact same information given at the start) and was being rude. Not finding an order when you have proof an order was placed (can see it on the app) should be addressed differently than it was. I understand she was confused but if she needs more guidance on where to look for orders placed online, that's something to be addressed internally

This issue wasn't even brought to light until we went in to pick up the order so we had to wait additional time for them to make the order when I got confirmation via text that the order was received and it was being worked on with the time for pickup listed as well. This was all through the Slice app.

If workers from the location can't use the technology available to the customers then maybe they should remove themselves from the app to avoid issues

This wasn't the first instance of this type of issue here.

Their pizza and cheese fries are in my opinion the best in the city. They've been operating for many years. My only suggestion would be if you're ordering from them do it by phone or in person for delivery/pickup. 3rd party apps cause some hiccups.

Come on! LOW QUALITY FOOD FOR A HIGH PRICE! Ordered a shrimp fettuccine alfredo thinking it was gonna be nice decent sized shrimp, instead I got bland sauce with sopa maruchan shrimp....itty bitty shrimp... Ordered a pizza, cheese pull was alright, but the texture was pure rubber. The cheese sticks had an OK taste but again got that mozzarella rubber texture. Their beef? Just pure beef flavored water with the toughest meat I've ever seen... for those high prices, they should be buying top notch ingredients don't you think? Never again going there. Don't waste your money here go to Bertolis, little Frank's or Phil's pizza....

Always get it to go for lunch. You can't really see them making the food or the area that they work in, and I'm thinking because of the traffic with the door being open and close. And most of the time you have to wait for someone to come and take your order but it doesn't take long to get your food and it's delicious. I recommend them to my friend who was having a pizza party and she loved it. Giving them thumbs up. Thank you for your services.

Food is always great as always The only issue is the waitress can be rude sometimes today me and my friend decided to take my son out to celebrate his birthday weekend. We wanted to celebrate and ask for some beers and the waitress said we ran out of beers. We don’t have any today I was like OK whatever And then we were eating our food not halfway done yet and she comes up and ask are you ready for me to pack your pizza so you guys can leave? I said no and she came back with two separate containers like I asked, on our way out. We saw other people drinking beers and it made me upset. she refuse to sell beer to us I order for delivery all the time this is not acceptable never had this issue before when we come in to eat into the restaurant !

I honestly say the food was on point. My first time coming here brought the La Familia to part take on 9/16/23.

We ordered six Buffalo sauce wings with 14in sausage and pepperoni garlic butter crust. Was worth every penny. Definitely recommend.

'Five stars for the pizza!!! Avoid the calamari.'

My partner and I moved to Little Village in May and we've been hunting for a noteworthy thin crust ever since our first week here. We order delivery a few times a month, and pizza is usually our go-to when we don't feel like cooking.

After trying several places a little closer to home and being met with very disappointing results (Looking at you Naty's...), we decided to branch out a little further south and give Falco's a try.

Let me just say, it was love at first bite!! Falco's delivered arguably THE BEST pizza we've had since moving to this side of town. I'm very pleased with the crust, which is something that is make-or-break for me, and the cheese blend and sausage they use on their pies is S T E L L A R!

The only reason I am awarding 4 stars for this review is that the order of calamari we received was less than palatable. I ended up throwing out the entire order because it was more close to jerky than it was calamari.

Not to be too hypercritical, but from my own years working in kitchens, it tasted like this batch was not marinated in any sort of tenderizer, it was sitting in the window for a long time, and/or that it was re-fried. I would not order or recommend the calamari again unless I was dining in and had the option to send it back if it came out rubbery again.

Falco's has definitely earned themselves a regular customer of their pizza, an we look forward to dining in one day soon!

I ordered the pan 12in pizza with pepperoni and pineapple. Tasted weird. I think it was the butter not sure. Just ate one slice. Service was average not bad. They had a lot of baseball decorations which looked very nice.

Food is amazing. I live in the area and have come here quite a few times. EACH TIME. It takes FOREVER to get my order. They have cute signs about being patient or ask for an application. Which makes things soooo much worse. Prices have drastically increases probably due to covid and customer service has drastically decreased. Overall my last time coming here, will unfortunately be my last time. AGAIN the food is really good, everything else makes the experience bad.
