I’ve been a customer of foxys pizza for over 15 years I never spend less than $50 every time I order and I’m definitely a loyal one. I was disappointed when I placed an order over the phone as I always do and was told that my order will be ready in a half hour. I waited over a 1 half hour and a half just to give them more time. Once I got there to pick up my order I was told that it wasn’t ready. I asked for an accommodation for the long unexpected wait and I was told that they do not accommodate customers for unexpected long wait times.. No consideration and very inconsiderate. I was very disappointed because I wasn’t expecting that answer after I’ve spent so much money with this business through out the coarse of 20 yrs. Very unprofessional the foxys in Oaklawn. The young lady at the register was very nice and polite but the older guy was not. He is the face of that business and surely don’t have any customer service skills. My pizza and hot wings was cold from waiting so long I will not be ordering anything else from that location again.

First time here pizza was very good so were the Irish waffle fries the thin crust pizza is really thin crust for those who do not like thick crust it’s awesome a definite must try. Our waitress girl named Emma was very polite and always kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. That girl is worth her weight in gold. Thanks for such a good experience we will definitely be back.

I bought the largest size pizza half sausage the other half spinach and green olives when I got home it was burnt I immediately called them back to let them know I was not happy. Mind you I live on the other side of town it was late so I didn’t want to take it back the manager said he would give me a new one and took my address when I called back it was a different story he said he would give me $5 off I paid over $30 for that pizza then he told me 1/2 off of course I was mad. My husband called back and told him that we had pictures so he said he would just make it over well there was no sausage no green olives the first 2 pictures is the burnt one the 3rd picture is the replacement I will not be back

Place is a great place to go after work to relax. Atmosphere is very inviting & their Ruben Egg Rolls are phenomenal! Highly recommend. It is kid friendly too! They even give kids pizza dough to play with while they wait!

Shout out to Kevin, Emma and Lisa the excellent bartender! We had an issue with a over cooked delivered pizza. Not only did management take care of us we had a great experience dinning in and the drinks are some of the best in the neighborhood. Every meal that I have made has not been perfect so mistakes happen but as a business for paying customers they took responsibility and made it right! Thank you! We'll be back. The pizza's are delicious!!! 🍕⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The burger and beef sandwich are excellent! We also had waffle fries, broccoli and Cole slaw. All exceeded expectations.

The atmosphere is pleasant. The seating is great.

Fox's is strongly recommended.

Great prices as well.

I m third generation of Fox s loyals, my kids soon to be fourth! When I was merely a sonogram, both my parents and step-grandmother worked here and knew Mrs. Fox fairly well. This pizza is part of my DNA! I live in Minneapolis now, but I ve had pizza EVERYWHERE you re supposed to have pizza (besides Italy, I guess). I ve even made pizza for a couple local joints. Fox s is the reason I tell everyone I know that Chicago pizza is the best! I ve had it at every Fox s location. Although it s consistently perfect at each one, you ll never beat the original! My only advice is: It s gonna be comin in HOT! You ll want your tastebuds. I don t think I could ever speak highly enough about this place! Trust me, you ll like it.

Ive been going to this place for over 3 decades. This is about the 4th time in a row that the pizza has not been great. I was very dissatisfied with my food. The cheese didnt even come close to the edge of the pizza and my buffalo wings werent completely covered with Buffalo sauce. Im very disappointed.

Yuk! Worst rueben I ever had. Open-faced? Mushy bread covered with thick cheese. . Buffalo chicken sandwich was bad too. Pitcher of beer was warm. Service was slow, and the restaurant wasnt busy. Maybe the pizza is ok? Wont be back to this location. Really terrible. Parking: One handicapped spot

This was my favorite pizza place but recently it has become harder and harder to get what I pay for or to enjoy the food here. I bought two pepperoni pizzas, one with added sausage, onions and peppers but received one pepperoni and one sausage with green peppers and onions. (Wheres my roni?). I also ordered a Italian beef for a very high price only to receive a salty $13.00 sandwich with very little beef inside. Every time I order a pizza here the bag is covered in tomatoe sauce so bad that I have to put the pizza in the trunk. Seems that they have lost the love and care for quality and service all together.

Its been awhile since coming here, now I remember why. The family size was a large at best, pizza had no flavor at all, crust was beyond thin and not crisp. I will be returning to Chucks, the pizza is flavorful and twice the size for the same price.

It was fine. Vegetarian options: I tried the vegetarian pizza, it was okay they have big chunks of the broccoli stems, I didnt care for that, I asked for bacon didnt really taste it but overall it was good. The side salad for $6:00 was nothing but stems and white lettuce, didnt care for that. But next time I will order something else.

I Wanted a good salad and my daughter wanted some fettuccine Alfredo so we decided to go to foxs. I know they are only known for the pizza but I know their salads are fresh. I also figured it is Italian so they would have good pasta as well. WRONG!!! They didnt have fettuccine Alfredo but they had mostacolli noodles with Alfredo sauce which was fine. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! It taste like some kind of cheese sauce. Not parmesan or asiago more like cheddar mixed with BLAH!!! It was a nice big portion but it was awful!! My daughter ate 1spoon of it and I told the waitress that it was horrible, it didnt look good, taste good and we didnt want it. She said there was nothing she could do about it. So I asked for the manager. The manager apologized for the dish because she saw the way it looked and although she saw the whole bowl of food was still sitting on the table untouched she said she would discount the dish 40%(which was not enough for such a horrible dish). I felt like she should have taken the entire dish off the bill but I didnt say anything. I paid the bill and left the entire bowl of pasta on the table. I just wont be back to any Foxs.

For $15 you get 3 onion rings, 3 little zucchini sticks, 3 little fried mushrooms and 3 cheese sticks. If you buy an appetizer combo for $14.99 it should be at least 5 per thing that s over a dollar per fried item y all are looney tooney.

Customer service is horrible I just placed and canceled an order for $52 worth of food because the person female taking the order was very rude and condescending. I expressed that her rudeness was unacceptable after letting her know that the menu price online was incorrect. And proceeded to say that that s her personality and she will not apologize for that. And said she will apologize for foxes in accurate prices online. I told her that I don t think the owners would appreciate the way that she conduct their business. She just was extremely unapologetic. She said no manager is on duty which seemed very shady. I told her I wanted to cancel my order and she said I can t do that And then proceeded to yell in the back don t make that water. beyond unbelievable!!!! order placed for 4/29 @4:05 pm. this owner needs to retrain his employees or hire new help... And to add insult to injury, the owner just ignores a customer s negative experience. Word of mouth spreads like wildfire.

This is a favorite of ours. The best pizza and sandwiches. We love dining in, especially because of our very favorite waitress, Marge. She is kind, funny, and even puts up with my husband s very specific pizza order! Fox s is so lucky to have Marge!

As of now they have the best thin crust pizza in the area. Consistently good and their sausage is the only sausage around that is flavorful and has no grizzle. Crispy thin crust is perfect. Im glad I live in the neighborhood because Fox is a gem in this community.

Do not recommend : The service is not good, we ordered a family size pizza veggie and a medium with pepperoni. We picked up the food the medium was not made, and when we got home the veggie was cold. The manager offered 5.00 on our NEXT order. We wont be back. We dont recommend this place.

Once again, Foxes messes up an order. Not only has the quality of the pizza declined substantially in the last couple of years. But they seem to never be able to get an order right. Order a pizza with one topping one half and another topping on the other half, and then get home and all of the toppings are on the same half. I used to order from Foxes once every 2-3 weeks. Not sure when Ill order from them again.

Burnt my pizza badly, never happened before. My mushrooms were burnt and bitter. Usually the pizza is the best in the city, I guess the young men working the ovens may have been new. Parking: Small lot.

Visiting from Wisconsin and it was my first time there. My sister had been there many times. In our table of 4 we had several things. Cobb Salad, Fish and Chips, Thin crust Pizza and the Artichoke appetizer. I had the fish and chips and found the fish great. Plenty there and tasty. My sister and her hubby ordered a small pizza, which I had a taste. One of the best ones Ive ever had. The waitress was super !! The fact that a pizza place has stayed open for some many years in the Chicago area tells you something. Great job !

Tried to order Irish nachos at 7and said she couldnt serve them, the pizza had very little to no sauce and no cheese they must of franchised and they were either no beer or dessert we wanted but the waitress still remained upbeat I felt bad still tipped her I dont see them staying open running it that way

There were 3 of us stopping in after attending a funeral. The meal was delicious. I had their Foxs hamburger; my friends had the broasted chicken and the Pasta bowl. We were all very pleased with our selections. Since there werent many people dining, the service was good. My companions had doggie bags and one ordered the hamburger to go for her husband.

Ordered linguine with broccoli and added chicken to be delivered. It was the absolute worst meal I ve ever had! The broccoli was so overcooked, it wasn t even green. It was gray! Looked like it must have sat in a steam table for hours. I added chicken for an up charge. It was dry and leathery. It came with a cup of beef vegetable soup. It tasted like it had been reheated several times. Ugh! What a waste of $16.99! My family has been ordering food from them since 1975, but won t be ordering from Fox s any time soon.

Pizza sent back twice service was okay will not return 2 hours to get a pizza and the restaurant spoke to both managers one was the owner and did nothing about it. Will not return. The manager said he would take it off the bill they never did they still charge my card.

The last few times weve ordered from them it has been awful. Its a hit or miss. Weve been going to them for 30+ years. The quality has gone down tremendously. When expressing concerns on their Facebook page, comments were deleted and nothing was made right. Not the Foxs we know and love. Highly disappointed.

I would give them zero stars. We ordered pizzas, then after we went to pick them up, we paid for them, THEN the kid at the counter told us they forgot to make the order. They made us wait 20 minutes, then they offered us half-price for the next time, but there won t be a next time. Hey Fox s: don t disrespect your longtime customers! Shame on you!
