Naples Pizza

So this was our first time ordering wings from them and these are what they sent us over cooked chicken I called them and they said that’s how they cooked them, but my other chicken wings were good not over cooked. they said all they can do was give me back $3.00 when I paid $24.00 for them then they told me they would take it back and send another order. The delivery driver came up to my house didn’t call or anything she rang all the doorbell’s to the apartment and said no one picked up the phone but she never called. They gave us an attitude when we called them about the wings and was laughing. I didn’t see nothing funny about messing up someone order.

I do love the pizza all of my family agrees it is the best pizza from all the local pizzeria. the only issue is when you walk in they do have video gambling, which is not my personal preference but I do understand why it is there. that is why I gave a four star review on the atmosphere as far as the quality of food. It is beyond amazing. I will be making this my regular go to pizzeria.

Pretty good spot to stop for lunch. Got two slices of pizza, one combo that came with fries and a can of pop, order of huge cheese fries covered with massive bacon bits, and chicken tenders. That ran about $27. Pizza was pretty good, crispy bottom and good cheese/sauce/topping ratio. Not a bad spot for a quick lunch but not sure if I'd go out of my way to come here again. Service was good but had to wait a while for the chicken tenders. No prices on the wall menu or receipt. I was kinda surprised at the total, but the way prices are now, it is understandable. Gambling machines in the lobby for those that are interested.

I won't no lies I was a little in denial about this place .i remember the restaurant de arcos use to be there which was the absolute best growing up as a kid.But I decided to give them a try anyways.Look I lOVE ITALIAN BEEF and it's definitely all about the flavor & tender of the beef.Let me tell you this PLACE has it .They did not disappoint you hear me.If u love the beefs too this is the place charbroiled burgers were a hit too.cant wait to try the menu item such as their pizza ..they were very friendly too ..5 stars

Food is terrible cold fries
Nasty burnt chicken
Chicken burgers half way cooked
The sub sandwich was not fresh turkey meat it was old .. really they need to be shut down 👎

Went during lunch and they had no slices whatsoever and a 25 minute wait. Service was terrible and with an attitude.
How can you not have food prepared during a busy time? The cook was very slow.

The pizza is great, but you have to get buffalo wings and the onion rings too... recommend to everyone, awesome food.

Unfortunately First and last time trying. Delivery took forever to deliver our food. When arrived our food was cold. Food had no flavor. We ordered a thin pepperoni, which just felt like cardboard. We ordered onion rings which completely had no flavor. Order mozzarella sticks which were so cold and seemed undercooked. The marinara sauce cup was legitimately almost empty and super watery. Highly disappointed, was not worth our money.

I used to love this pizza but the 2 orders I made the pizza is nasty the sauce is very salty and they put little cheese also the sausage is hard and over cooked also the calzone pizza the bread is hard and the meat is hard so little cheese little tomato the sauce is no more sauce is like hard salty meat I been ordering for years here and out of nowhere the food is no good I appreciate the good service when ordering through the phone cool people but the food is no good bring back the recipe from back then my God father used to own this place back then but he passed away

If I could give them more stars I would, not only is the pizza delicious and fresh. They have consist amazing customer service, every single time I call. The quality of the food, their prices and customer service are the best!! If you're thinking of trying go for it.

No pizza ready at the parlor. Ordered 2 slices - they were undercooked when I got them home. Thin crust isn't thin. Fries are decent but a slight after taste o couldn't place. Buffalo wings were good (hence the 2 stars)

I have always loved Naples Pizza and after I moved further south, my go to location didn't deliver so far. However, I found this location and I am no longer missing my favorite pizza place. Food is always correct, delivery feels long but food is never cold, and the taste is always just right. Thank you all!

I came here last year and it was mediocre at best stopped coming I came back again a year later i dont know if they got different cooks or if they learned a thing or two new but this time around the food was really good the crust was perfect not burnt or dry the fries and chicken wings was exquisite definitely will come here again 💯🤤

Sausages is great on the pizza, flavor! A lot of pizza places have bland sausage now due to cut backs. Naples on 63rd California sausage has good flavor! Thanks

Excellent costumer service from everyone!🤩 specifically from the tall guy with curly hair!! Super nice and sweet, the pizza is honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had (without over exaggerating) the wings are crispy and delicious, their chicken sandwich dipped in Buffalo sauce, with fries and mozzarella sticks is my ultimate favorite!! Definitely recommend this place!

I’m so happy I ordered from this place. I never order pizza unless I’ve been there before and this place didn’t let me down. I threw a little surprise pizza party for a coworker that has to be away from his family due to COVID and this place hitting the spot made the not so special lunch into something great.
