My sandwich is always good when I come here . Today Jack was at work . He did a great job making my sandwich.” Eat Fresh ! “ The meat cheese and veggies are always fresh when I visit . You can taste the cleanliness in the food . I ate at many Subways east and west and this is a great location over East . Be patient and friendly . You’ll have a great outcome . No I’m not going anywhere else ! lol . I always order the Subway Club on Italian herb bread with pepper jack and toasted . Yummy ! It’s quiet enough also to eat your meal .

Absolutely hate going here.each time I try it only gets worse. This guy as seen here working in pajamas has no customer service skills what so ever.he never wants to make the food and he always has a attitude. I think he sleeps In The back rm. Please re train him or get rid of him..simple as that

There was one server who was always unpleasant when U would go up in here.
Again, like most Subway U pay whole lot sometimes for very little or it just depends on who YOUR server is for that day with your order.
The cookies here today to be hard and not really fresh always.

The service was quick, but I was very upset that I received cold chicken! I ordered online and requested the bread to not be toasted because the bread usually gets burned, so I always say no toast, but the contents, especially chicken, should always be warmed! And you can't warm it yourself without messing up the whole sandwich! Very upset !

Sandwiches fresh, people consistently in and out. Need African American working. Don't understand stand why subway will not honor coupons. I often go elsewhere for this reason.

The restaurant is pretty okay depending on who is waiting on you. The person wait on me was pretty nice was able to get my order right and heard me clearly. It just depends who they have working there when they're fixing your sandwiches or taking your order. However they do not honor the coupons they have in the papers

Food quality is good in my opinion but this app is lying about the schedule. The restaurant isn’t 24 hours like some other locations unfortunately which can cause major confusion if your ordering mobile.

Worker placed double meat on my sandwich without my request and then charged me for it. Second time, I was told they could not toast my wrap, but the Subway on 87th and Jeffrey asked me if I wanted my wrap toasted. The service is not up to par at all.

Went there last night to purchase 2 subs for myself and my husband. The chicken smelled and tasted like tuna and we immediately got food poisoning and many toilet bowls full of diarrhea. It’s not worth it I’m telling you.

The sub was good, but not enough workers for the walk ins, deliveries, and pick ups. I had to wait 15 minutes after my sub was scheduled for pickup because he had 5 customers in line. 😠

They were slow because they only had one employee and 8 people waiting. There is usually at least 2 in every other Subway I have been to and I used to frequent Subway a lot.

Horrible customer service from a young lady with French Braids going to the back. I was leaving because the sandwich size for the kids meal was a lot smaller than another Subway that I usually go to and she persisted to initiate a confrontation with me explaining that I was wrong and all Subways have the same sandwich size. Now my issue is that she was not the person helping me and was actually at the register assisting another customer and I was walking out not saying a word when she decided to add her unnecessary comment. I will NEVER go back to this Subway!

Just left Subway at about 7: 20pm . I encountered one of the most rudest and unprofessional workers ever. She rushed me while I was giving my selections and them she yelled at another patron who had a disagreement about a price. I will never enter an establishment that hires such ghetto and uncuff people like I hv just experienced. The worker..who was a tattooed woman had breads and was African American.

Horrible customer service. The owner/manager told me to call the health department because I asked if he had any spinach that wasn't wet. He then proceeded to say how everyone that works there complains about me. Doesn't sound like he wants my business so I will go else where and also call the health department as he recommended.
