HAPPY JJ FISH & CHICKEN AKA: MR. CRAB

This was my first and definitely last time ordering from this place. The food was an absolute disaster—everything was overcooked, and the shrimp? Filthy, unclean, and clearly not peeled, despite the fact that I paid extra for peeled shrimp. It’s disgusting that they had the audacity to send this out to a paying customer.

This restaurant should be ashamed of itself. Avoid this place at all costs!

I ordered 10 pieces of all.steak cat fish
I received all EXTRA HARD horse shoe pieces ...
I don't know what happened, but the fish was hard and greesy.....
I called to advise them of how much of a bad batch I received
The Young lady who took my order was very nice and tried her best to rectify it by refunding me $20
Total.order.was about $50

I asked her to ask the cook what happened as I know normally my food is pretty good
She told me the Cook said he ran out of pieces.....no.comment of why the fish was cooked so HARD..
My question is why not ask the customer is this is ok?

I totally wish I had time to bring the entire pan back....
I was not happy this time, guys

drove 50 minutes to this gem of a restaurant and it was more than worth it. The Fried Jampo Shrimp and Chicken Tenders are large and delicious, but it's the Gyro with Secret Sauce that's a must-try. Despite the distance, I'll be returning soon for these irresistible delicacies. Stay tuned for pictures on my next visit. Worth every minute of the drive, highly recommend!

The food was amazing! I live in the suburbs and wouldn’t definitely make the trip to them. I’ve tried different places with the same menu and none of them come close! Definitely going back and recommending it to anyone looking for a really good boil.

I ordered $189 on food at this establishment and everything was so salty except for the Catfish. The service and everything else was good though. Won't be coming back though

Fast food items. Chicken wings, burgers fries etc.The food is pretty good. The prices are really good due to new owners. Stuff is temporarily sold at a lower price to attract business. The food is hot and fresh but you do have wait a while for your food to be prepared. They also have crablegs and seafood items.

First time going. I ordered in and the food I still got my order quick. I got a shrimp pan and it’s actually good. Will be recommending to everyone. The seasoning was great and more spicy than I thought🤣. Nice prices too! Better than fisherman island.

This was my first time coming to this place and it will be my last. I’m new to the neighborhood and wanted some jumbo shrimp and wings. It was absolutely the most horrible shrimp I’ve ever tasted. They tasted really gamey and sour. I ate 1 and just could not eat the other 4. I hope I don’t get sick. The wings were mediocre. This was a waste of my time and my money. I would not eat it again if they gave it away free.

Only reason I gave 4🌟'was because the restaurant front dine in area was a tad dirty, that was the only reason, had nothing to do with the food, atmosphere or service.

Food was absolutely delicious and tasted so fresh! Service was fast and restaurant was clean.

I ordered the crab legs with the shrimp combo with Cajun sauce and it tasted so fresh and delicious.

Definitely recommend this place. 10/10

This was my first time coming here and I will NEVER go back! I ordered seafood which don’t get me wrong flavor wise was decent but once I found the dead fly sauced up in my shrimp, none of that mattered! They politely gave me a refund but bugs in my food is a no for me.

I'll admit I wasn't expecting much, just wanted to try a new place. But this place has the best plain seasoned fried wings I've had. I lot of places depend too much on the lemon pepper and if you don't get it, there's no flavor at all, but this place hit it. Less impressed with the fried catfish and perch but I'm still coming back.

They are cooking/selling spoiled chicken and burgers...I call and they say the manager is not in....always say come back the next day and bring the receipt. This was my last order from there.

On door dash, says store closed at 1130 pm. Google says store closed at 11 pm. Currently 1050 pm. Ordered at 1010 pm. Get closed message at 1045 pm. GET IT TOGETHER. I dont care about covid-19 hours, they need to update all the times clearly.

I waited for this place to open! Was not disappointed. When I’m looking for good seafood at the last minute, this is the first place I check. Good quality! Good flavor! Nice Staff

Edit: since opening the seafood quality appears to have decreased. I haven’t tried it since opening but what they keep on the ice display, doesn’t look appetizing

The sauce is too watery I was expecting the sauce to be like the regular butter sauce with all the good seasonings and onions. But I didn’t get what I expected. It had tomatoes in it. Absolutely disgusting. And I was given rice it had no flavor as well. I am disappointed. Will not be getting a seafood bag from there again.
