Tony's Original Philly Steaks

I been here twice. The first time I bought a turkey burger with fries, it was okay, but not worth buying again. Recently I bought two slices of cake. One slice was wet on the bottom and the other was dried out. The sell buy date was the date of purchase. I'm pretty sure they guy working knew the slices of cake weren't any good. I saw him look at them before he bagged them up. I won't be back.

August 27th 2020 I stopped by .Tony's to purchase four wing special. I should have checked my order before I left the restaurant. I will post a photograph of what I received please customers please check your purchase. By the time I got to my location I was too far away to return . I did call I spoke with the cashier and I spoke with Jose who wanted to give me another dinner for my old chicken wings. Are you for real! We should not have to accept anything like this. That was my last time to visit this location😟😟 Buyer BEWARE!!!!!

I had lunch at this restaurant 😋. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, the owner or cook was very polite and delivered fast service! I would definitely recommend a quick bite here with tasty food! Upon my next visit, I will definitely return!

Order a chicken on pita and it was the size of a taco. I’m confused because I’ve ordered here before and the chicken pita was very good and big but not no more. I don’t know if they change ownership or just decided to be a little cheap about that chicken pita

The food is hit or miss... the music is way TOO damn LOUD.. they can't hear the order, and you are standing right in front of them. The female that works there is beyond unprofessional....
Why do they need to be seen from the moon.. turn some of them outside lights out... it really looks cheap and ghetto.

Food is halfway decent, the plus sized lady at the window needs to find some customer service skills, and they changed their butter cookie supplier.. The cookies taste like oil instead of butter.. Probably next to last place i would recommend..

Ordered two of the one pound cat fish nuggets, they were terrible. The fish was cooked with old grease and it was extremely greasy. Tasted more grease than fish. Will never return.

Consumer Beware!

I walk in with my wife and daughter and the first sight is a guy at the front counter rubbing his nose. Then the young lady at the register turns around grabs a order and eats a fry out of the food.

Now this is my first time in this establishment and thise are the sites I see. I am extremely upset because we have too many foreigners opening restaurants in our community and the standards are subpar.

The food may have been good but after that I wasn't going to take that chance.

I love Tony's. I'm a transplanted Chicagoan.😄 When I want a good Italian beef, I go to Tony's. I always take 7 or 8 sandwiches home with me for my grown children-also transplanted Chicagoans. He doesn't scimp on the meat and it's not that chopped up beef some places like to serve. The other foods they prepare are excellent too. Gyros, fish, shrimp, chicken...all are excellent. Taste. Quality. Service. 5 stars!!!!

I had the philly steak with fries. Portion size and customer service was good. I had enough for 2 meals. However, the fries were a little soft and the steak could have been seasoned a little more.

Don't waste your time coming here. It's actually kind of pathetic, the door was closed and locked at 10:30p lights were on and it say they are open till midnight, no one was in the front, no one answered the phone. I waited 10-15 minutes..

After calling to place an order, I was told to come back in 10 mins and then told that my order wasn’t taken after 27 mins when I arrived.
I was asked to place another other when I arrived and this happed twice, leaving me waiting in the middle of no where. They don’t respect customer’s time

Tonight was my first time at this location. I really appreciated that they're open because it is a holiday. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff was pleasant as well as the music that was playing when I walked in. I will definitely be dining from them again.

Ordered the philly chicken wrap. It was good but the prices are way too high. All sandwiches use to come with fries. Now you pay extra for fries. They are nickeling and dining the people of the neighborhood. Not happy with that at all.

Ordered my meal over the phone, and none of the things I asked for like lemon pepper on the chicken or tomatoes on the steak were added. I payed for all these additions, but they just ignored my phone order entirely.

This is the second time they have done this. Will not be coming back. Can't believe I tipped the lady behind the counter.

The new Dole lemonade that's out. They want too much for the 16 ounce and the 2 litter. 16 ounce $2.35 and the 2 litter $3.38. I will not be buying soda from this place.

I have always liked Tony's until the new cashier arrived. 4 people waiting for food, 6 of us in line, she moving like a turtle, orders sitting on the station (sweating), instead of knocking out the people in line she writing up orders (I guess from online), then start talking and playing with some kids in line in front of us. The lady behind me interrupted them and asked if she could place an order. As bad as I wanted that Philly cheesesteak, I left. The worst customer service ever !
