I ordered a coffee, breakfast sandwich and donut on door dash paid $35 dollars and they gave me a coffee with NO SUGAR!!! I’m furious! And they don’t answer the phone!

Online is listed open 24 hours.But I just sat in the drive through for thirty minutes and now I am almost late for work and nobody still has not come to the windowand this happens all the time here. This is the only dunkin near my job

This place used to have good coffee but I been getting water down coffee with mostly cream it's a shame cse this is my favorite Dunkin . I want real tasting coffee not the coffee u all stretch out thru the night plz and thank

Update: This used to be my favorite DD but now it's one of the worst. My order is ALWAYS wrong. Or the coffee is watery or old tasting

Great coffee, I'll past by 2 other Dunkins to get coffee from here. The only time the drinks aren't good is late at night

I had bad experience at this Dunkin
Ordered hot coffee with food
But the coffee taste like water
Went back they changed it ( they didn’t like it) claiming their coffee is good
For second time coffee tastes the same like water
I think they keeps brewing the coffee for a long time

Nice folks and one of the DD's that know how to steam their oat milk!
Only drawback for me is the lack of electric outlets if you're trying to do some work.

Coffee is terrible on the overnights. The coffee isn't even hot. The person they have working is always screwing up the order. It also takes an hour to get a warm to cold cup of coffee..

Came around 12 a clock hooping some nice donuts and i was waiting by the speaker for 10 min. And i when i finally decided to come to the window I ordered what i wanted which they didn’t have so i got something else just for the worker to say the cash register isn’t allowing him to ring me up. The manager left a new employee in the store by himself and he doesn’t know how to do anything

It's not fresh unfortunately and the taste is not good,,, it's not rich I thought the caster smell not good, I was really surprised and felt disappointed , specially I sent as a gift to my family,, hope the manager takes this feedback serious

Worst location ever. They never have anything available. Donuts stale. Customer service rude. Homeless people outside bothering you as soon as you pull up. And when they do have items available my coffee is always made horribly. Just go to the south holland location. Much nicer staff.

The hash browns are good, the coffee is alway HORRIBLE!!! I’ve given it a chance twice and keep forgetting to try it before I’m out the lot, it’s always terribly watered down and bitter despite asking for cream and sugar which has been the exact opposite of my experience at other locations. I always end up going home and fixing it myself so I’ll continue to make coffee at home instead of paying someone to do it wrong. I’ve always had otherwise pleasant experiences at this location in the past and look forward to something a little different from what’s at home as an extra pick me up but as of recently I would always check to make sure you’re not wasting money

What took away from what would have been a 5 star rating was that for one, my hash browns were very cold. Number two, this location seems to always give you your food orders without napkins. The munchkin hole treats seem to taste WAYYYY better than the donuts. For some reason their donuts have been tasting a bit "stale like" lately. The coffee was okay though. Drive thru staff was nice.

I only purchase regular or decaf coffee it's always made correctly with sugar, creamer, and a little ice. I think it's the best coffee. My daughter and granddaughter love the cold drinks.

I will never go here again. I used my app and the manager took my free points and didn’t charge my coffee for free and said they don’t give out free coffee from the app. But he took my points. I went to another DD and they said they do give your free coffee with the app. Who ever owns this establishment needs to upgrade their system or I was scammed for fake advertisements from them. And the workers where agreeing they have the app but it don’t give free coffee. They should have been fired or wrote up.

Terrible! Ordered a iced carmel latte and it came back super dark and had too much sugar. I got back in line and told them I wanted it remade and when I got to the window the manager had an attitude and the stank face. She asked me what was wrong with it and I told her it was too sugary and was just disgusting. She gave me this annoyed look said okay and left while the other girl handed me my drink. The new drink wasn’t made any better but I just drank it anyway. Bottom line this place has terrible customer service and bad listening skills.

Poor customer service. Staff messed up my order. Order ice cream in a cup with certain toppings. They put the incorrect toppings on my ice cream and was very unprofessional and very rude when they had to remake my order.
