Seriously needs to do better. Our cheese was on the paper not the sandwich. I know you guys are Inna rush but please stack everything together nicely it's not that hard. Plus the drive-thru didn't have a line!

When I tell you this had to be my WORST EXPERIENCE in all my years of experiencing customer service at the Dunkin’ Donuts on 250 W. Sibley Blvd. in Dolton, IL. The guy took my order, I ordered 7 croissant stuffers and apparently they didn’t have any in the store but I had already paid for my order. The cashier never told me they didn’t have the stuffers and then he left the store, left me standing there waiting, never said he was leaving to go get them, never said he will be back, he just left and I had already paid my money and then he comes back 20 minutes later with a rack of croissant stuffers! The other workers had no idea as to him even leaving the store to get the stuffers! When I tell you I am freaking HOT!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and I WILL be going on social media to express my dissatisfaction in this restaurant!!

Usually I have no issues but today I ordered a mobile order. My boyfriend went to go get it because we have a sick 1 year old at home. He gets the order after they claim they can’t find it..& then as he’s leaving he gets hit by a brown pick up truck & nobody in the surrounding stores or anyone helps him. Paramedics got called & they wouldn’t issue a refund!

I paid for a chocolate donut and they gave me some strawberry BS with sprinkles. I DONT EVEN EAT SPRINKLES! Coffee was good tho. I didn’t have time to go back because i have work. It has been multiple times where the employees have a listening problem. And they don’t answer the phone which led to this review.

I went to this location on April 20, 2019 @ 3:55pm. The doors were locked despite the fact that they do not close until 4:30pm. The drive thru was open. I ordered a Ice coffee and was told "We are not making anymore ice coffee because we are about to close and I don't want the rest to go to waste." She was very rude. I asked for the corporate number and was told "It's not owned by a corporate." I asked for a manager and she stated, "I'm the only one here." I asked for her name and the number to the store. She stated, "Look it up." Horrible customer service!!

Worst Dunkin donuts in the area. Decaffeinated coffee means just that. My cousin have been waiting at the window for 10 mins 8 coffees not labeled and no cup holders. Why ask for cup holders with 8 coffees?

I love coming in on the morning the lady at the window is Always Nice!!! Great Service . But my sandwich to just a little to long to wait for and the hashbrowns were a little cold but other then that love it.

Young lady they have at the window doesn't listen nor let's you finish your order before she's yelling is that all. Well done isn't that hard nor is saying no egg on an sandwich when you actually repeat the darn order.

Customer service was great and fast picking up an order as an Uber Eats Driver, but the outcome of what was supposed to be hot and fresh food turned out to be half warm. Food order was lukewarm when the customer received it. Just a slight suggestion on working on timing and food.

I went there today to get a coffee for my mom some donuts and to refill my dunkin donuts coffee thermal and i had a good experience..i walked in, immediately i got greeted and taken care of and the girl working the drive thru was so nice and she was smiling from when i got there till when i left and i miust say that alone is gonna keep me coming back..ive been here a lot of times and everything is always great, keep up the good work

This Dunkin Donuts is definitely a hit or miss. The only thing I get from here is coffee ( not because everything else is bad but because I just only want coffee). I usually go to this Dunkin Donuts because the prices are better than the ones around it.

Get there at 4:40pm today go thru the drive thru...I'm sitting nobody says nothing so I back-up and park go to the front door the door lock...its only 4:43pm now...soooo how you close 15min early when your closing time say 5pm...
