Starbucks

Starbucks is not always my first choice for coffee, and I don't like when companies get themselves caught up in politics. You are in business, and if you want to sell your products, remaining neutral in the business is important, although outside the business atmosphere, everyone should speak their minds Starbucks coffee is generally a bit strong but this morning I enjoyed a caramel macchiato, very tasty I'm sure everyone can find something good here!

Staff standing around talking, while I tried searching for a table that was clean. We finally had to disturb their conversation and ask if someone can clean the table we wanted to sit at. They came over and cleaned the area on the long community table we sat at, but left the rest of the table unwashed along with all the other tables that were messy. This was the laziest group of employees I've seen. On top of that the Frappuccino we ordered was not that good. Will not be returning!!!

The worst Starbucks we’ve ran into!! My husband recently got me a Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew from this location and it was TERRIBLE!! So I asked my husband if he could go back in and ask them to make a new one and he said the worker was pretty rude about it and gave him an attitude. I always believe in second chance so today he got me another coffee from here and my god it’s even worse. It’s literally just foam and coffee and I don’t understand how they can’t even make that with everything provided. I feel like I just gave them $5.25 for NOTHING!! DO BETTER!!

This is a new & one of the biggest Starbucks locations I have visited. My App (online) order was accurate plus ready for pickup. There are WIRELESS charging stations all over this location (a bonus). The Outside eating area has its own space at the east side of the store. Plenty of seating and parking. Love this location.

Your standard fare Starbucks. I like the store layout. Nothing too exciting to report here. All depends on the barista time of day, mood etc. overall ok experience they got my drink right and the bathroom was clean. Oh yes, their outside seating area is quite nice. Enjoy your visit.

I just went through the drive-through at the Starbucks on Finley and Butterfield. The barista Rachel was very kind and cheerful! I love coming to this particular store she always makes my🧋coffee perfectly!! 😀

Sidenote, to fellow customers …. As you await your cup of Joe ☕️please remember…baristas are people too!! They were there for us during the pandemic, when EVERYONE else was closed! That alone should remind us to be especially kind to the Starbucks, workers. Thank you for reading!

We stopped at this Starbucks while we were out shopping and every single employee greeted us. Our drinks were made enthusiastically and correctly. Every one of those employees said goodbye and did so with a smile, even the person unloading boxes and stocking the shelves stopped to wish us a good evening. The baristas here are rude and hate if you order a doppio with oat milk. Not everyone wants a latte. They lack communication with their customers and would rather make you feel bad for coming into Starbucks for coffee. Get it together.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. It's in a convenient location, I like that it has extended hours and is open a bit later, plus the baristas here are especially helpful.

I ordered an a iced matcha latte, but the man in the drive thru handed it to me warm so i corrected him and then he handed me a chai latte instead and told me to “check the order next time” instead of offering to take it back or make a new one. He over all was very rude. And i coke here every morning before work, and have a great experience but this overall ruined it. don’t have an attitude if your gonna work in a customer service job!

Very slow, terrible service and the food was lackluster and i severly doubted their cleanliness. I walked in with my husband around lunchtime, stood aside to decide what I wanted for a minute then walked up to the counter. It took over 5 minutes before I was acknowledged with 4 people working there and making eye contact with me (they were quite busy, but still). Got my drink in a fair time but it took almost another 10 minutes before I got my one food item (I think the lady working it burnt her first attempt). As I waited I watched the batista making drinks barely clean the tumbler to shake drinks. Maybe half a second in the power rinser before using it for another drink. I also didn't see any gloves on the workers. I will not be coming here again to not waste my time or risk my health.

Received venti latte no foam with the liquid level more than an inch below the top of the cup. Asked for more milk to get the full venti serving. Speed of service felt slightly faster than snail pace. Got my order about 5 minutes after the app pickup time said.

Last time ordered from this location.
Gave them many chances since my office is located close but each order any time of the day morning noon or afternoon was wrong, sometimes not even drinkable! And an excuse that ‘we are busy’ when you have 3 total customers at your location is not an excuse! You are trained to do that and no matter how many people order you have a clear label what you need to do!
Staff definitely need to be retrained.
Customer service very rude.

really rude customer service. i wasn’t sure how to order something correctly and cashier at the drive thru and another employee were really passive aggressive when trying to clarify with me, and they still made it wrong. will try to avoid this location in the future

Wow this location is absolutely fabulous, to the staff working 7/14/23 at 830pm kudos, you all are absolutely wonderful so friendly, so helpful and you truly make a wonderful drink. I was very happy. I wish I didn't live 35 minutes away or this would be my everyday go to. Drinks were all made to perfection which seems to be hard to come by in other locations. Thank you so much.

Even at busy times, the service is relatively quick. The coffee and food are always good and consistent. Earning rewards using the app is a nice perk as well.

I came here to relax while running errands one day and everything was, for the most part, a standard good Starbucks experience. While sitting inside trying to read though, it did seem much colder than you'd expect and there was also a very persistent, very irritating whistling of the wind outside somewhere getting inside the building. Normally this would be something so small that it wouldnt even be on my radar, but this was so distracting and pronounced that it detracted pretty significantly from what shouldve been a fairly normal (good) experience.

I mean, it's Starbucks right? You always feel kinda hip going here. Staff is always kind and warm and my drinks never disappoint. I don't really eat food here... They have food, but it isn't their specialty so it wasn't super good when I tried it. But BabAY, those refresher drinks and any of the coffees will make you holla every time!

With all the Starbucks locations so close to this one, you’d think this location step up their game and be better. I avoid going to this location unless I absolutely have to because there’s always a problem. I ordered from this location instead of one of the other nearby locations because it was the only one with everything in stock that I wanted, but when I revived the order one of two drinks were made incorrectly and the breakfast sandwich ordered was missing entirely.
The wait is always long regardless of the amount of customers in the store and/or in the drive through. Drinks are consistently made incorrectly, either missing ingredients they come with, or missing something extra you’ve paid for (an extra shot of espresso). Sometimes the drinks are so poorly made they’re not even edible. Regardless of if I order in the store, I’m the drive through, on the app, or for delivery, I’ve consistently had a problem with the quality of my order or with items/ingredients missing.
Highly recommend skipping this Starbucks location and visiting one of the many different locations just a few minutes away. Better customer service, better drinks and usually better at keeping items in stock, and typically much quicker regardless of business.

Too small and they didn't ask for name to put on my order so I got somebody's else order. Not happy with their new layout facing the counter. I had to ask for a spoon to eat my oatmeal. I did not receive an apology just a spoon 🥄. Will not return to that location.

This location was terrible, inefficient, long wait time, staff (tyler) that was not helpful and not customer focused, i drink starbucks everyday, am a member, and I asked for a refill and the barissta tyler would not honor this request. I paid full price and bought another one.

On March 2nd, 2022, while getting my usuals - espresso and a pastry I got the espresso only. Most of the time I get tea as well, if they have it in stock. That day they didn’t have my tea in stock and neither my usual pastry. I settled for the banana loaf. Unfortunately, the drive through person made me feel unwelcome for continuously waiting for the pastry I ordered and he flat out told me what am I waiting for?!
He stumbled around until he finally located the pastry and oh, boy, what a disappointment it was. Stale, cold, rough, not warmed as requested half edge of a pastry but half the size of what a normal loaf would be like. I understand that the size is out of their control, but it was probably a display old pastry - gross. They didn’t follow instructions to warm it either.
When I called Customer Service to inquire if it would be possible to get my stars back. The guy from Customer Service refused to help me. I would have rather use my stars on a different pastry - not old and hard. After that unpleasant experience, I decided Starbucks will not get my $20 a day anymore. I had been a member of Starbucks since 2006 but the Customer Service person made me decide to part ways with Starbucks. They have been mooching thousands and thousands from me every year. Starbucks is way overpriced and Customer Service sucks. I have no time to deal with non sense. My time is more valuable then some overpriced coffee and pastries.
I will buy my coffee from Dunkin Donut’s and McDonalds. It is cheaper too.

I feel like this is kind of a secret location that nobody ever knows is there. TBH I love this location and if I'm being 100% honest I go to this starbucks drive through before my therapist appointment. They also were the first location to have the flavor 'rasberry' back again for my centi white chocolate mocha w 4 pumps of rasberry and an extra shot. I went without rasberry for what seemed like an eternal amount of time (Maybe a year?) but now they have it back. Bless them. I'm addicted.

Don’t waste your time here unless you want your order messes up as consistently as they do. I have been to the location 5 times and they have got my order correct once.

Starbucks on Geneva Rd. in Wheaton is where I go to get my favorite drink, their white chocolate mocha. The entire team are all fantastic! I'm a regular and they all know me.
I'm there most mornings and if I happen to miss a day or two, when I pull up and place my order, I hear ' hey Becky, we missed you yesterday!' 😊 They are the best!!👍

Clean. Rate 1 less star because staff was not attentive when I arrived. I was the only one waiting in line and she kept her back turned. I had to ask was the shop closed because she didn't seem to want to assist.

I was amazed by the great customer service skills! I went through the drive thru and the guy who took my order really brighten my day with his enthusiasm and joyfulness. I wish I could’ve got a name. I have been to Starbucks all over northern Indiana and Illinois and I have to say that this was by far the friendliest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was greeted by multiple members of the staff and they made my order perfectly.

I tried this cold refresher drink Mango Dragon Fruit Lemonade with extra ice & it was very delicious & refreshing 😋& it quenched my thirst...it has pieces of Dragon Fruit in the drink. If you don't like pieces of fruit in your drink make sure you ask for a spoon

I was at the drive thru and the Barista Tori is just so nice!!! She is so polite, the service was so quick and just her attitude and the way she carries herself within my 1 min of being there really made my day. Upon arriving at this location I witnessed multiple workers pulling down their masks to eat and talk. This was on top of the complete absence of any hand washing whatsoever. What kind of establishment would allow such gross negligence? Never again.
