This is for the Amazon return station. The young man was kind and efficient. I only had one item to return. Not sure why but there were many of these women that had at least 10+ items each. Word of advice, buy items that are rated 4.2 and above on Amazon, it would save you the trouble of bringing in a box of items.

Nice location and very clean, enough to clean your pockets. The clearance item were at 70% off but those prices when crossed checked on internet were @200%. For example a fleece jacket which was marked down to $53 found on internet for $29. Buyers be aware. Not very customer friendly either. One gentleman working there sneezes so I said bless you and he gave me a look and walked away in men clearance department so I said you are welcome and walked away from that department. Three stars for cleanliness but no stars for courtesy or pricing.

Kohl's has an excellent selection of clothes. They are always updating their collections with the latest trends. You will find lots to choose from natural fibers too. I don't like synthetic and Kohl's is the only place for 100 percent cotton clothes of my liking. My favorite store since over 2 decades and counting. Long live Kohl's. You are the Best ❤️

the lady name robin is very rude and very unhelpful. I was there for a parcel pickup and she didn’t want to help me at all. She shouldn’t be working in customer service if she has a problem with answering questions and helping others.

I typically only visit Kohl's to return items to Amazon. I prefer online shopping. The young lady at the return desk is delightful. Patient, kind, and efficient.

Today, I had to make a return and ended up wasting over 10 minutes waiting in line at the guest services desk on the first floor. When it was finally my turn, I was met with the completely unhelpful and apathetic attitude of Diane, who flat-out refused to process my Sephora at Kohl’s return. I've been shopping at this location for over two years and have never had an issue with returns like this before—other associates have always handled Sephora returns for me without any hesitation. Yet, Diane insisted they "shouldn't be doing that," even though she admitted they are capable of processing the return.

It’s honestly infuriating that she denied my return, even though I had the online receipt with the order number clearly displayed on my phone. Diane was completely uncooperative, dismissive, and downright rude—short with me the whole time, as if it was an inconvenience for her to help. It’s baffling that I received such poor service when I’ve never had a problem at this location before. Absolutely ridiculous.

Frequent Kohl's mainly for their quick Amazon return station they have on the ground floor right by the entrance. In and out in a couple of minutes depending on the number of people in line.

Store is always clean & shelfs usually organized. If shoppers would put items neatly back on the shelfs it would help. I saw people digging through piles and just throughing clothing back any place on the shelf. Staff is always friendly & checkout always asks if I found everything ok!!

This is my neighborhood Kohl's store. I've shopped here, done store and Amazon returns and picked up online orders. Great customer service and selection. Sephora is a wonderful addition to this store! Link your rewards to your Kohls account for points on your purchases.

It was cool that it has 2 floors, and some of the products looked nice, especially in the home supplies and decor. Most of the clothes seemed okay overall, a bit pricy. It'd be nice seeing a better plus size selection available in store.

Outstanding customer service by Caitlyn. She was re-stocking by the registers and I was 8 in line. I asked if there was another register and she said "Let me jump on my register to help get the line down".
When she waited on me she was very pleasant and helpful to get my rewards in properly.
She deserves many accolades from you. She is an asset to your store and a model employee of what others should do.

The discount (up to 30%) that you receive in the mail does not cover all items in the store anymore. I purchased four items and the discount to just one item. I will not be shopping at Kohls in the future.

Horrible service!!! So I ordered a purse and a 100$ gift card for in store pick up I was able to pick up the purse but was told the gift card was being shipped then was told by a manager to but an additional card and call corporate for a refund talked to Ivan from corporate id#129y and he said gift cards are none refundable and store should of gave me my card 🙃 very frustrating situation. Now I gotta wait til January for a Christmas gift card 🤷‍♂️

I went in to return a purchase I made at Sephora on November 18th at the Downer’s location. I misplaced my original receipt but was told my transaction could be looked up. The supervisor who “helped” said she could not find the purchase under my Sephora account, Kohl’s account, or through my card used. I have the purchase receipt on my Sephora account and showed her. It clearly shows the date, location, and item. She was very dismissive and kept saying I didn’t have any other option besides keep the product because she could do nothing and no one could help me. Then proceeded to scold me like a child about keeping receipts. I returned the other item in the transaction and misplaced the original receipt. But the fact that the proof of purchase is on my account, on my bank statement, etc. and absolutely nothing was done to help figure out the situation and was dismissed is infuriating. I will never shop at this location again.

The two older ladies in Customer service that smell like pure cigarettes are not friendly at all, both tend to always be rude even if you are nice to them. If they hate dealing with people they should really find another job or retire🙄 simple as that!!! Kohl's needs to find better employees instead of two crabby old ladies.

Dismiss the naysayers, they can find flaws in anything. Bottom line that this is a huge two story kohls filled with very kind employees, at a convenient location, always with great sales.
