Marshalls

Generally a good store to find good products. However, the timings on google show that they’re open until 11pm from Mon-Sat but I went on a Wednesday around 9:50-10:00pm and they were closed. The poster on the store window said they close by 9:00pm from Mon-Fri. Could’ve saved us some time if they had updated their page 🥲.

Feb 2022. Pretty clean store, not many workers but mostly stocked. A large selection of items with the notable exception of winter coats. Plenty of household goods however.

I love this store, they have soo many unique items. I enjoy my shopping trip everytime I go. I love to,go to different ones because they are not created equal and if you see something you like, you better get it because there is a small percentage that you will find it at another marshalls. But they all do pretty much sells the same stuff but some stuff I regret not gett3at other marshalls. As I was here, I took pictures of stuff but I hope that cookie sheet is still there when I visit again. I also love that little chair they use to im guessing put up items on small shelves, I wish I had that chair at Walgreens when I used to do resets.

-The pros
-Loaded with items, you will always find shoes, or nice clothing.
-Good stores nearby.
The not so good
- Please note that my 14 yr old has gotten pretty bad attitudes form employees that get upset becase she is walking around alone.
-This last weekend I had to take my 7 yr old to the bathroom so I allowed my 14yr old to go try on some shirts alone.
She had gone to the dollar tree so she had a shopping bag from there.
Lady at the Fitting room looked her up and down a few times and with broken English tells her something about the Dollar tree shopping bag she was carring. My daughter goes to put it at the front register and comes back to the fitting room.
Once again she gets scanned up and down, the lady counts and recounts the items and asks her where is your mother.
( please note my daughter had a tiny wallet, and even though she obviously was not planning on stealing where was this lady thinking she would put the shirts? They had sensors too! So she still get an attitude once she comes out.
Once my daughter told me the situation and against her will, I go talk to the fitting room clerk.
-All she could say was that the store has policies of kids not being alone, I then told her she is 14 yrs old she is NOT getting lost. I was in the bathroom with my other child. Long story short we did not get an apology from the clerk for being so rude to my daughter.

I went to talk to the manager and eve though she tried to apologize I did not keep pressing. She simply looked tired, and at the end of the day she did nothing wrong.

So if you have teens, go with then when they need to try something on!
4 starts for this bad clerk but the store is very well stocked.

Man, what an upgrade compared to the one by me near Harwood heights. Even the one in Niles does not compare to this one. Some of the people are a little bit stuck up in this area, but man totally worth it. When you're looking for a specific items. I found everything I needed in not just one but many of them. I will definitely be going to this designated spot. Hopefully when I'm out there for a doctor's appointment and the future. It's definitely worth it if you're looking for specific items. The food selection was not as big though like the one in Niles that has a little bit more selection with food, but everything else exceeded expectations to be honest

Horrible customer service 

I went to Marshals in Willowbrook today at 11:02 to return some merchandise I bought yesterday from another Marshal. Usaually the cashier is nice But today cashier was horrible. SHe was racist. He doesn't want to return the it although every thing is good I have the receipt, we didn't use anything. It is in the same bag as yesterday. She is the cashier in number one at 11:02. She has no excuse to refuse to return my stuff. Why I said she is raciest because more than a week ago , I was purchasing clothes from marshals and she was my cashier too and she told me she used to work overseas in I think United Arab Emirates and she hates Arab people. And today she as last time she assumed I am Arab that why she was so mean to me . I am a lady wearing hijab , also ,she has no right to be raciest to anyone. It is a free country and all is welcome here in the united state of America. I went to another marshal, the cashier was normal return my stuff with no question. I shall mention that me and my family are big fans of marshals and weekly we do shopping in either Marshals, Home goods or TJmax . This cashier behavior is not acceptable.

Went today at around 3pm. The lady who was in charge of the fitting room was extremely rude. I was returning the number card and clothes I did not want when she walked away from me and started rolling her eyes at me multiple times. She pointed to the rack for me to put the clothes on which I did and she rolled her eyes again before taking the number card. Her behavior was very unprofessional and I didn’t even do anything wrong for her to act like that.

I went to this location at 830pm picked out a few shorts to try on when I got to fitting room it was closed a employee cleaning up told me if it's slow they close the fitting rooms early no other location does this but this location . I would have spent money there tonight but I take it my money isn't welcomed !

Clean and well organized store, with some awesome staff working inside. I met the store manager. She was very friendly and polite, kudos to her! Great experience over all. Highly recommended Marshall's store!

Horrible customer service! I was at this location about 15 minutes before they closed. They had just made the announcement the the store was set to close and as I was making my way to the front to pay for my items one of the workers asked me if I needed any help and when I said “no, thank you.” She said “Well, we’re closing in 15 minutes so pick a section and hurry up”. I was so shocked because there was at least 2-3 non-people of color around me and I was the only one she directed that comment to. I am not one to complain specially because I know how hard retail workers work but this didn’t sit right. So when I got to the register I decided to bring it to the managers attention. When I told her what had happened she replied with a simple “Okay”. Had to laugh it off at the end but it’s unfortunate as I did like to shop at this location quite a bit. Marshall’s please do better.

Came to return a dress that I bought at their store and they would not accept it because they said they don’t carry that brand. So how was it sold to me in the first place? They couldn’t find it in the system so I don’t understand how they sold a dress to me that was not in their system. Money went to waste with a dress that couldn’t be refunded.

Can the employees be any more unhappy?
Lucero and Gloria N were terrible!!!
I walk in to ask a question before my shopoing experience, I'm standing at the register and Lucero doesn't address me and walks past me as though I was invisible. I had to walk toward her as she walked away to ask my question and it was as though she was doing me a favor.
Lucero checked me out and she was slapping the, little, merchandise i had like she was doing me a favor. Get them off the floor Marshall's!!!
However, there were employees on the floor that were eager to greet and help-- Bravo to them!!! Keep up the spirit we are going to need it in the coming months!!!!

I find myself coming to this specific Marshall’s for shoes, they have great deals! It’s very organized and clean. Staff is always friendly ! One of my favorite Marshall’s !
