Dollar Tree

The fat white guy who is currently on the clock May 18th at 12:50 P.M. provided me with no customer service. No hello , no how are you , and didn’t even offer to give me my receipt. It’s 2024. Black people deserves the same customer service as everyone else. The customer before me and after me was acknowledged with a greeting. Definitely should not have this guy as a cashier maybe stocking in the back

Not a bad store wish their bathrooms were a little bit less unisex. They have a decent selection of breads and baked goods. Just wish the young people working there would get off their phones and actually do their job. And they need to start paying attention to how many customers are in line.

Not my favorite dollar tree, I’ve given it a couple chances, it’s clean but most of the employees are rude and act talk to you like garbage. Last time I walked out and went to another dollar tree.

This dollar tree is nice and organized, clean, and has friendly staff. Always has cute seasonal decorations at the front of the store. And you can't beat the price.

This was my 1st time at Dollat Tree. I was referred by a former employee and I was pleasantly surprised. I didnt get a chance to walk through the whole store but from what I saw in the small part it went through it was nice, clean, and orderly. Anyway, I went to get some reader glasses. They had all the strengths and ALOT of them. I got 3 pair of reader at a dollar each! That's amazing, since they are 15 to 35 dollars at the regular stores and pharmacies. This way I dont have to worry about losing or breaking them and I can have a pair everywhere I need them. Usually, I can't find them when I need them, having one liar. Now, I can have a pair everywhere I need them in the house and at work. Good score! I recommend this Dollar Tree as it was clean and orderly. Plus, EVERYTHING is a dollar, unlike some of the other dollar stores that have very few things for a dollar. Dillar Tree has seasonal stuff as well,,, for a dollar! Happy shopping.

The cashier, Anita, is super cut-throat. She greeted me as I walked up to the cashier. I set my phone in my pocket so not to appear rude. I purchased some flowers for my grandfather's grave for today, veterans day, and a bottle of water.
Anita proceeded to snatch the flowers apart to get the labels (that I purposefully left pointed outwards to they could scan and not pull apart the boquet i initally made), placed the flowers face-down into the bag, and to top it off, put the bottle water (1L) on top of the flowers in the same bag!! Excuse me?!
Please have a little more courtesy for the items that we bring up. I'm not sure what kinda attitude is ok at these locations, but some manners would be nice.
She didn't even tell me my total until after I pull out my card, "that'll be $6 [and change], would you like your receipt?" I'm sorry, but I should know my total after the items are scanned. Not after I already paid. Afterwards, she didn't say anything but "next!".

I just came made a purchase today, the cashier pat that worked 7/8/23 around 11am, she greeted all the white customers And even it was my turn she didn't look at me just scanned my items, i said i thought greeting the customer was apart of the cashier job description, she looked at me and still didn't greet me. This is my favorite Dollar Tree in the area! It is always well stocked and has a lot of nice items other Dollar Trees do not have. It is always very clean and organized and the staff is very friendly. As a bonus, there was a ton of extra Christmas decor and Christmas gift bags the day after Christmas, to stock up on for next year, at half price.

Store was well stocked. Only one cashier and the lady in front of me spent over $100.00 so needless to say I was waiting a long time. Finally another cashier comes out and takes the customer behind me???? I only had 3 items.

The store was a complete Dump! It looked like it had been ransacked! I left! There was nothing on the shelves, they were empty! Boxes everywhere in the middle of the isles you couldn't walk by. 2 ppl working!

What a nightmare! No thank you! I won't be going back anytime soon! That's for sure!

Nice quiet store, barely anybody in it shopping. 2 of the cashiers were not very pleasant, made a major mistake with my bank card 15 minute ordeal, thank God nobody was in line behind me.

Cashier started off friendly until I requested something off the shelf that was too high to reach. Luckily there was another worker in the store to assist. But I think it’s very unprofessional to talk about customers to another customer and literally say out your mouth that you don’t care and would not have assisted me getting the item if there was not another worker in the store. Especially when I was being nothing but respectful and patient at the time. Lady with the white hair in a ponytail. You can leave the register to blow up balloons that no one ordered but you can’t assist me with an item. I literally waited at the register for her to finish blowing up balloons but you couldn’t assist with an item that was too high up on a shelf. I took it as her being racist because if it had been another customer she would have rushed to their assistance.

Shopped here and i selected an item that was actually nested and there were 2 items. I counted items b4 i left store and compared receipt. saw that there 2 items of the samed nested at this time. Store manager refused to give me dollar back. DO NOT CASH OUT BEFORE YOU CAREFULLY COUNT ITEMS. TELL CASHIER YOU COUNTED XX ITEMS AND IF ITS DIFF TO LET YOU KNOW B4 U PAY. Sure, Dollar stores offer cheap stuff but its not good customer service to screw you if you catch an error b4 you leave the store. I won't come here anymore.

This is one of the nicer locations. Always clean and neat. Well-stocked, and close parking. Very friendly gentleman cashier, but the cashiers are doing other things and only go to the register when someone gets in line. Had to call for additional cashier as line quickly stretched down the aisle.

This is a big Dollar Tree and they have a lot of items. I always like going here for cards and to make my friends small gift boxes

Shelves are always empty. They have more product in boxes on the floor than on the shelf. Then they have the audacity to ask if you found everything ok. REALLY, my answer yes i just couldn't get it to purchase because its still taped up in a box. Dont waste your time go to one that actually wants to sell items

Each time i visit this store it is ALWAYS UNDER STOCKED ALWAYS. It never has ANY ANY BREAD, ALWAYS low on nuts and the ales are always full of boxes and not stock It is unclear and unorganized. Staff are over worked and still get not done. I visit many locations and this one by far is the worse ever. Skip this location!!

It’s a handy place to go, but not sure if I would go back to this location. Friday night I bought several items walking out with at least 10 bags. I was moving so I didn’t take it out of the car until the next day at my new place. Spent the entire weekend unpacking and realized I was missing a bag with at least 2 items in it that I could remember. I called the store asking if maybe someone found a bag in a cart or something. The lady said “had you called the day of you might have been able to get it back but since you waited a week if we found a bag we would of just put the items back on the shelf” and that was it didn’t ask me what was in the bag or acknowledge the fact that only a weekend had passed and not a week. I didn’t take the cart outside so if it was left it was either on the register in the cart and you would think the cashier would see it and realize she had just rung it up and someone paid for the bag not that someone grabbed a bag filled it with items and then put the bag down... maybe it’s just me but I found it extremely rude the way I was talked to

Meh. Mediocre selection. The stock doesn't change a lot. But when it does nothing similar goes in. It's ok. Better than some other DT and worse than a lot of of other DT. Walked in there fir a specific thing and know they had them before then nothing. So I left without buying anything.
